Barang saya stuck poslaju transit office (KLIA Hub) sejak 18 March 2020. Call office pun tak angkat.. Customer dah bising sebab sampai sekarang tak dapat..
Tolong ambil tindakan secepatnya.

Workers are deeply Lazy

Those guy are delivery A package to my place, don’t even to drop a call to me for item receiving... just leave a pos Laju paper on my door and leave.. have you guys check with this people do they work correctly.. During Covid-19 Period I have to get to pos Laju office to collect Parcel .. what is the name problem with those guys ? Those guys who work with pos Laju I think you all will really get into it .. otherwise why we choose Pos Laju in future

item not received

as all the response from the Pos team has been the same. Almost cut and paste reply which is disappointing because it seems no one wants to help solve my issue.

1. As previously mentioned the parcel: LA972229296CN arrived in Pos TTDI which is a kaunter serahan. All previous times I had parcels routed there I had received a note from Pos to go and pick it up. This time however, I was not given a notice. Only found out the parcel ended up there via track and trace.

2. The parcel itself is quite small though I doubt it can fit in my mailbox which is just a letter slot opening. I have checked, re- checked and checked again near the letter area. At the guard house. No sign of the parcel.

3. 'For your information, any inquiries for Pos Ekspress item should be made within 10 days from the item arrived in Malaysia.
We are unable to proceed with your further inquiries as it already exceeded the time frame period'
> I did not receive notification of the parcel's arrival therefore did not know it arrived at date as per tracking
> Please advise next point of escalation of this issue to as I want a resolution from Pos not just copy paste reply

ITEM NOT RECEIVED

ITEM ARRIVED AT CAWANGAN SERAHAN TTDI.
WAS NOT NOTIFIED BY POS THAT ITEM WAS THERE, WHICH THEY NORMALLY INFORM VIA CONSIGNMENT NOTE.
EMAILED THEM MANY TIMES, GETTING THE SAME AUTO REPLIES WITH NO END NOR PROGRESS IN SIGHT. HOW TO ESCALATE ISSUE TO THEIR MANAGEMENT. OR NEED TO GO TO THE DAILIES?
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, SAME COPY AND PASTE REPLIES ON FACEBOOK.

PARCEL STUCK FOR 5 DAYS

Hello,

I have been tracking my parcel for a while already and it has been "dispatched out from the KLIA Hub” since 22th January, 1:05am. Is it stuck? Hopefully I can get clarification on this and hopefully there is nothing wrong with it.

Please have someone to manually because its veru URGENT and personally check on the parcel, thank you.

kenapa parcel dalam system tak update, customer dah complain pd company, last update 4/1/2020
lpas tu senyap..call pun tak ada siapa yang angkat...pemalas sangat ke pekerja poslaju subang jaya ni..kalau malas berhenti kerja je lah. kecik2 tak nak mampos ,dah besar menyusahkan orang. stupid worker!

Delivery problem

Brg stuck weii. Plsla poslaju, aku nak buat report police ni kalau brg aku x smpai2 lg. Mula2 aku sabar lg, tp ni dah nak msuk 6hb amendeee ni. Lembap gile, dahla nak pakai brg tu urgent. Plsla poslaju, jgn simpan brg aku tu lama2. Hntr pls brg tu🙂

apa ni...pekerja poslaju buat apa..malas sgt ke apa...sampai bagi surat suruh ambik kt pejabat pos..alasan x de kt rumah...saya menunggu depan rumah...and tunggu panggilam call pon x de...apa ni..barang to besar saya dh x de kenderaan sbab to menggunakan khidmat ni...sila ambil tindakan atas pekeja pos yg buat perangai mcm ni
