KLIA HUB stuck update my parcel ERA339047673MY.. i have seen previous complain about this I feel so scary to wait my item whether its safe to use poslaju again or better use other delivery option. It is your SOP to send to KLIA HUB? Seller is from Bahau and i am from Tampin which is quite near and in Negeri Sembilan itself. Why you must send it to KLIA HUB since its not necessary,not effective and reasonable to do so. Last time i buy big item parcel from the same seller but it just need 2 day to arrive and no even passing through the KLIA HUB section. Weird system u got here, just go change your staff or increase their salary or maybe hire more staff!

Did not deliver parcel
Waited for 6 hours “in front” of my house expecting a parcel as in the poslaju application updated “your item is out for delivery”. Nobody came or even called me. Then I checked the apps its stated that “we attempted to deliver but nobody was home”. This is not the first time nor the first incident happened particularly in my area. We always has to do self pickup.so we paid for nothing? Very disappointed with the services and plus your workers are rude.

I send back my monitor screen to china by pos international by surface (melalui laut) on last march 2019.until now half Month of year, my parcel not reach china receiver, now I can not check my parcel. Call Centre no answer, check in the pos office, they said 'your call service Centre to ask.' pls some ppl can give me any answer where my monitor.

Poslaju - Bad delivery services
I ordered 2 poslaju parcels to be delivery to Kota Kinabalu Sabah.
1st day. The first parcel never delivery. But online check it's fail delivery had key in by postman.
2nd day. The second parcel also same. Lazy postman did same stupid action again. I online check. Fail delivery again.
Question to poslaju, your online check status had fail ? Make embarrassed to Malaysia citizens.
SMS received for Parcels detail are as following :
RM0.00 : Unsuccessful delivery for your order 190719132832PVT, tracking no: ERA317635615MY. Call Pos Laju at 1-300-300-300 for assistance.
RM0.00 : Unsuccessful delivery for your order 190719132892PVR, tracking no: ERA318906408MY. Call Pos Laju at 1-300-300-300 for assistance.
Postman never make a phone call to me.
Malaysia need to provide bacis post services to citizens. Kindly improve as we had independent and privatised post.

Late, Not updated, Parcel went MIA
My parcel went MIA for 15 days with no new status updated. I've filled in feedback form, contact them through emails, through twitter but the answer is still the same. "We are still waiting for response from respective department". 15 days, since 24/6 until today 7/7? My parcel has been dispatched out from transit office for what? 15 days? And to where? When will my parcel get to its receiver? It's very urgent and poslaju decide to play hide and seek MH370 with customers? Dissapointed.

I did not receive my parcel
I don’t seriously get it with the service from Poslaju Malaysia!! I ordered a pair of lenses from a particular store on 02/05/2019 and around 10pm that night, I’ve got the tracking code from the seller. So when I keyed in, it shows me that the item has been dispatched out at Kuala Kangsar on 02/05/19 (7.12pm) and the item has already been picked up at Kuala Kangsar on the same date at 7.25pm. Sadly, till date (06/05/2019) I did not receive my parcel and the worse part is where the system still shows the last progress as the item has already been picked up like I mentioned just now. I’m from Kluang, Johor and should be getting my order from Kuala Kangsar. This is so obvious that it’s not the mistake from my seller but it is to do with the courier service! I hope Poslaju Malaysia will take an immediate action about this and for reference, this is my tracking code : EN373156735MY . Thank you

PARCEL NOT RECEIVED
This is getting nuisance. My parcel tracking number is ERA000722476MY .
I haven't get my parcel till now. When checked , it shows that delivery was attempted but premises close. Excuse me! I was in my apartment whole day , waiting for the parcel , no calls no messages not even a note was left! And the status was automatically updated to premises close! Is this how POSLAJU treat their customers?
Couldn't even get track of the parcel , because that PIC in POSLAJU PASIR GUDANG is FOREVER NEVER PICKING UP THE PHONE. I can't even attempt to arrange another delivery , and now great , I don't know why the status was updated that it was delivered to ECPC SUBANG.
Sent an email to poslaju , no replies , call to their customer service , no reply too.
If you are not going to give us the service that you charged us , then make it cheaper! Do not promise your customer that you would deliver it to our doorstep! This is not the first time , charging us overly , but not giving us a proper service! What for paying pricy for our parcel to deliver to our doorstep , but end up needing us to get out of our premises to the nearest branch to collect our parcel?
By the least when attempting delivery , please inform customers by giving us a call , or a SMS. If you are too lazy to do that , I have nothing else to say. You would lose all your customer's trust in future.

POSLAJU TAPI LAMBAT
Its been 2 days since my parcel status "Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office" but sampai skearang tak sampai2. Takda update langsung. Biasanya guna poslaju cepat ja sampai. Please la pos laju. The things yg my fiance post to me is urgent! So disappointed with the service this time.
