POS LAJU PETALING JAYA didn't send my EMS parcel to me!
I am writing regarding of one of my parcel from Hong Kong by using Speedpost Express (EMS) which is pay extra to get the parcel in a short duration instead of normal post. (EA253082086HK)
My friend has sent the parcel on 6th of July and as per scheduled the parcel should be received by 10th or 11th of July but unfortunately it has been delayed until today (13th July 2018) haven’t got any news yet!
I have been called to customer care line for 5 times and each time spent me at least 30 minutes waiting period on the phone. Finally there were someone answered the calls and the staff told that I will be receiving the parcel by 11th July before 6:30pm. It’s sad that I did not received anything until 12th July I called to customer care line that I’ll be collecting the parcel at Poslaju PJ by myself and informed that the parcel to be ready by 7pm. I have been waiting for an hour after my turn to collect the parcel and the staff told me to wait again after 2 hours another staff “claims that she already asked me to go back”. If your staffs are unable to proceed for me why aren’t they inform earlier and asked me to wait for nothing for 2 hours?
What would you do if you were in my shoes?
Called customer care line on 13th July for 2 times to complained about the issue but didn’t got any actions taken or feedbacks by Poslaju.
I had been heard a lot of bad comments and the same issues happened in Poslaju PJ but did not expect that it can be happen to me. As for the EMS, I would be expected to receive my parcel on time since I had already paid for the extra cost, if your esteemed company unable to do it please do not provide this service or we, our consumers would require your esteemed company to pay for the refund or compensate.
Last but not least, I really hope that your esteemed company will take this matter seriously as I am one of the “victim” and I do believe that there are many out there could not receive parcel on time as they expected.

delay parcel poor service
this status obviously state that the parcel arrive at bm poslaju on 16/7, but when I go to ask, they say cant find my parcel and maybe still at prai logistic, maybe they scan wrongly, how come all parcel go to prai logistic, before that just can find on poslaju bm , this make the parcel delay a lot, and they still do not update me as they promise, and the status do not update also, so where my parcel and when can I get it? already 5 days.

Item had sent out on 05 Jun 2018, 09:17:05 PM, but until now i had not receive the item. when i call poslaju they keep on ask me to wait and its almost 1 month still never receive my item. Please check what is going on? Poslaju are not taking responsible for whats going on.

PosLaju should be “Laju” right? Why i not have this service?

Kepada pihak poslaju berkenaan dengan item says.Sekarang barang saya sudah consignment dispatch out from transit office pada pukul 2.30 pagi 12hb 2018.Says call poslaju 1300300300 mereka kata sepatutnya dapat terima hari INI pada 12hb 2018.Tapi tidak sampai2 lagi dekat poslaju Kota kinabalu Sabah.Saya harap besok 13hb jumaat saya dapat terima tu barang dengan segera .Saya perlu tu item dengan segera.Jadi sy mohon Dan cepatkan barang ITU sampai di poslaju Kota kinabalu Sabah.INI tracking number item tu ER347032619MY.Mohon dihantar dengan segera.Tq

Parcel got driven away to different states ?
On monday (9 july) my friend post over my parcel at Beluran , Sabah . Im not too suprised if they bring my parcel of to Sandakan before sending it to Tawau , bcause it is their operating style . Why must it takes 4 days till today ? And why must my parcel travel a long way to KL ? And now my item is going back to "item processed" ? Poslaju is only for taking customers interest or what ? your service is not that fast . And you should check your system oftenly . Why must my parcel travel through Kuala Lumpur since it is only Sabah to Sabah postage ? Kindly check your operating style . Bcause not only me who experienced your bad service , so many of Malaysia's people does . Thanks .

Pos man lazy just putting collection card
The Pos Laju postman on July 10 2018 left a card for us to collect a parcel. However the staffs in the office was there during the office hours and the postman did not even knock the door. Lazy bums....so that he can perhaps go and have a teh tarik downstairs. He didn't even put the time on the card stating the time he came.
The 1 300 300 300 (useless line. machine voice talking everything else and finally ask you to press 0 for operator and then no operator will ever pick up the phone) Shit service at its best. There has to be a disciplinary section and a VALID and direct telephone number for customer to complain and they must take action for these shady and lousy services. If not Pos laju can see its company winding up. Postman recruited must be service orientated and not kaki lepak and kaki malas. Wait and see.
We are asking the pos laju to do a second delivery but on the card the telephone number to call was left blank by the lazy postman.

I just want to ask.. who / which department will take the action / find solution on what we are complaining about poslaju?
This issues never solve / no improvement
Recently the service very2 slow... im waiting my parcel almost 2 week.. the reason is not proces yet..
They dont even know what is S.O.P... no wonder the service become worse
