Postman is rude

Venue : Cawangan serahan jinjang

The guy that deliver to my house is very rude when he called me. I told him i will check with my family member whether anyone is in the house. I told him my mum probably at home. So i called my mum and get back to him as my mum just reached home.

I asked him to pass to my mum as my mum was walking upstairs. I don't know he lost his nerve or what then he got angry and said I'm a liar. Through the phone i heard that he is being rude to my mum. I'm like what is wrong with you. I'm in the office. How I'm gonna knw whether anyone is home.

Please train your staff on how to communicate with customer. Basic manner is very important.

Tiada update pada tracking

Mana item saya? Sudah 3 hari tak update tracking, last update 8/9 dispatch out drpd KLIA Hub, takkan tak sampai2 lagi? Saya dah ke PO Johor Bahru dan Pasir Gudang, both PO kata item masih belum sampaiii? Dan yang peliknya, kenapa post ke KLIA Hub sedangkan sender pos drpd Muar? Kenapa mengambil masa begitu lama padahal pos dalam negeri jeee? Tolong deliver parcel saya secepat mungkin ASAP

Tiada update pada tracking

Pada 8/9, item telah dipos drpd Muar dan saya check di tracking malam hari tersebut item dah dispatch out from transit office, KLIA Hub tapi hari ni 11/9 masih tiada update. Jadi di manakah item saya berada? Saya pegi PO Johor Bahru, mereka tak tahu item dah sampai atau belum, saya pegi PO Pasir Gudang mereka pon tak tahu? Yang saya pelik, kenapa perlu hantar ke Klia, sedangkan ini ialah penghantaran dalam negeri dan kenapa mengambil masa begitu lama? Tolong hantar barang saya ASAP

Parcel stuck kat hub

Parcel saya EP429251071MY stuck di hub dari 4.9.2018.
Hari ni check masih tak gerak lagi.
Mohon pihak poslaju ambil tindakan segera dgn menghantar parcel kepada penerima dengan segera.
Saya pos pada 3.9.2018.
Biasanya poslaju ambil masa sehari atau 2 hari shj , tapi ni dah 4 hari. Pos dlm selangor shj takkn ambil masa selama 4 hari. Terima kasih

Item not received because poslaju courier delivered to different address

I ordered item from Lazada Malaysia.The item was delivered by poslaju courier.Now my item was delivered to the wrong person and address.I check my lazada address and confirm that it have the right address.I received a SMS from the person that received my parcel.I called the person but he or she didn't even answer.I then go to poslaju sitiawan to get assistance.They just ask me to go to address given which is a shop to get my parcel.When I reach the shop,the shop was closed.I called the person but he or she didn't even answer the phone.Does Poslaju have such lousy customer service?Do they even check the name when they deliver the parcel?Not to mention when I showed the address on my phone to one of the poslaju sitiawan staff,she just took my phone and went inside and I waited for a long time...Is this how poslaju treat your customer?

Poor Service

Parcel Tracking Number: EP487284600MY

The delivery person called me to attempt to deliver the parcel to my house, as the delivery person was lost for directions. I informed him to give my wife a while to come out as she need to put a scarf over her head, about a few minutes only. When she came out to look for him, no one was in sight.

She received a message from the website after about 5 minutes of searching for him. The message reads, the item could not be delivered and would need to go to PosLaju Johor Bharu to collect the item.


PosLaju Johor Bharu have numerous branches, yet the delivery guy did not even specify which branch he drop off my item.


I am very frustrated at the attitude of the delivery guy and his irresponsible way of handling my parcel.
I had to run several places before I manage to track my parcel.
I am giving this feedback so that they can improve the service standards and give assurance to the customers.

Penjual barang kata barang telah ditulis dalam alamat yang betul.

My items until now haven't received yet.

I order barang I on 16th July from official Body Shop suppliers, and I expected a smooth transitions. Since it was on Lazada, they stated fhe estimate duration of when my items will be dispatched to me. It stated there that i should be receiving my items on between 20-22th of July and today already is 25th. I contacted the Body Shop page itself regarding this issue because I paid for the item. Kalau tak bayar lg, tak kisah. Ni semua dah settle.

But, when I checked my item yesterday, it said it couldn't be detected like serious ah. Tried it again hours later, and it seems like my items was stuck at the delivery facility since 20th of July. Sampai selarang. Lahai, kau nak simpan barang orang buat harta pusaka kau ke post laju? Please, fix this problem before I get down at the office myself.

Wrong delivered&not being entertained

On 10th Jul 2018, I did my payment from " XXst stret", and On 13th Jul, I received this msg that my parcel had been delivered to " Bagan" where my address is Sri Petaling. I have been email -ing to the se" XX st Stret" and poslaju ( since poslaju 1300 is busy every single second), but no word from poslaju at all.
