Parts did not received yet from 31may2018

Good morning,

Herewith i attached about parts did not received since 31/05/2018, when check in system got pick up at penang Pos then the item still at hub parcel Shah Alam.
My concern is that I requested part from Penang is to my customer to change part in vehicle before Hari Raya then customer will scold us y part didn’t received yet from 31/05/2018 that was important part for this vehicle that part only can move the vehicle.
Pls arrange as soon as possible to settled customer concern...(Proton Services Centre)

Poor service

My package tracking number is ER267461574MY the item was dispatched on 4th June 2018, on poslaju tracking system show that the item have been delivered on 5th June but not to my name and address.....it show delivered to yahya pos laju kota damansara. The packege delivery address is not pos laju kota damansara. And why put the status delivered? so frustating.

Another thing they never tried to contact you if you not home during delivery, what is the purpose of providing contact number such mobile phone and email to them?

Box pos laju pecah

Saya pos barang pada 4 hb. N luckily baang smpai ke kuching on 5 jun. tapi barang di peram dekat pos laju kuching utara smpai hari ni 8hb. Nekad pegi pejabat pos utk self collect sbb nk pakai raya. Tp sedih n kecewa sbb kotak da barai. Padahal beli kotak tu kat pjbt pos tu sndri. Nsb baek lah brg dlm tuu da seal lain. Klo x. Sape nak ganti ooi. Sape yg ada pos brg tersangkut kat poslaju kuching utara, better pegi collect sdri.

No update since 19/5/2018. It's been weeks! Last track BULKY ECBC, PMN. Then nothing! What's that supposed to mean? My parcel got sucked into a black hole and disintegrated into obsolete particles?? What's going on? Tell us what happened to our missing parcels!

Bila call customer support tak pernah nak angkat. Line busy memanjang. Please...improve your tracking system and lousy customer service.

Every single time parcel sampai Parcel Hub. Mulalah dia nak stuck sampai 2-7 hari. Buat lawak ke apa ni Poslaju? Increase la efficiency bekerja, kami menghantar barang bukan percuma, tapi berbayar. Memang lah lebih murah dari kadar syarikat courier yang lain, tetapi service tetap service dan anda perlu menambah baik demi menambat kepercayaan pengguna. Saya bersangka baik bahawa Poslaju mungkin sudah tiada masalah kelewatan, tetapi sangkaan saya tersasar jauh. Poslaju tetap dengan service nya yang boleh buat pengguna naik angin.
