Saya order barang dari Lazada then seller dah bagi tracking number parcel poslaju, tapi check2 traking site poslaju pun lambat nak update, okay tu tak apa la. Then 2 hari tak update status parcel tu, masih stuck di 'consigment dispatched out from Transit office' dekat 'poslaju parcel hub', item expected sampai dalam tempoh 17-19 May, hari ni dah 19 may tapi item tak sampai2, then yg consignment dispatched tu update pada 16 may, 2 hari tak update dah, tolong hantar parcel saya secepat mungkin, tak expect lambat macam ni sebab item dari Semenanjung ja and saya di Sabah, item kecil ja

Parcel being stolen/lost by Poslaju staff
The parcel being sent to Giant Kinrara Pos Office on 5th of May 2018 and it does not have any record of my parcel on its track and trace website.
I have tried to contact Giant Kinrara Pos Office but they can't track as well and purposely hang up the phone when we are talking half way. This is very suspicious that it seems the staff doesn't want to me continue asking where is my parcel. I suspect Poslaju staff have stolen my parcel.
I have filed a complaint with Poslaju but still, there are no updates from them. It has been 2 weeks from now. If Poslaju not able to give me an answer and return my parcel, I will make a police report on this.

POS LAJU WORST SERVICE
I am so disappointed with the service from POS LAJU, especially now when you are trying to promote your EZIBOX.
I had received an SMS at 4/4/2018 7pm to inform me to get the parcel from your ezibox in Gombak before 5/5/2018. You had also tried hard by sending repeating reminder to me on the 4/5/2018 8am to get the parcel.
Thus i went over to the POS LAJU branch at Jalan Gombak to retrieve the parcel. I keyed in according to what were given at the SMS. BUT there is an error prompted that the good is not ready yet. Then why are you so hardworking sending the SMS to me to collect the items???
Went in to ask your staff, and your staff rudely answered me that the item might sent over to the POSLAJU at BATU CAVES.
SO WHY IS THERE AN SMS ASKING ME TO COLLECT THE ITEM BEFORE 5/5/2018 AND NOW IS IN BATU CAVES????
SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO NOW????
PLEASE DO NOT INTRODUCE A NEW WAY OF COLLECTING IF YOUR STAFF IS NOT EDUCATED ON HOW TO SERVE THEIR CUSTOMER!!
AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED WITH POS LAJU SERVICES NOW... YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANY BETTER IN THIS WAY.

Late Arrival of Parcel
Hi, a parcel was sent to me on Monday from Selangor. However, it has been a whole week and yet the parcel has not arrived yet. I would like to request for Pos Laju in Mukah to manage the time of delivering parcel properly as the office to collect parcel at my place of study is only from Monday to Friday at 4.30pm. The reason why I say so is because I've experienced multiple times where my parcel arrive on Friday at 6.00pm, when the office is already closed, which means I will have to wait until Monday to collect my parcel. It is crucial for me to receive the parcel asap especially when it contains food that will expire not long after it is being sent. I found out that it was taking too long in Pos Laju Sibu for God knows what reason. I hope Pos Laju will consider my complaint and suggestion to improve your service. All I hope is for Pos Laju to live up to its name, Pos Laju meaning parcel will be delivered fast, not the opposite because otherwise, you should probably change the name of your company/service to Pos Lambat. Thank you in advance.
