I cannot understand why will like this, very lag, slow, sometime no data service, wechat can’t use, whatapps can’t use, apa guna ? Kalau macam ini...one month need to pay RM 80++, this service 🙈I will to decide change to another mobile service

customer service very rude.Discontinue line even due date in 1week gap.
Hi,
Realy very bad customer service against customer.No proffesional at all.Another problem my mom umobile line was disconNected without any notice or sms and beside that still got another 1week to due date,Regarding that base i called to customer service bcs my mom stay alone in kedah sungai petani n i was in KL. customer service they even dowan give suggestion to overcome this problem only they keep on saying ask my mom to call them.It was realy stupidity to hear.So it mean umobile service not for elderly people and must communicate well in malay and english???how could i ask my mom to call customer service?how if elderly people stay alone in home to settle this kind of prob?
Even that is private and confidential must base on user condition and ability.I myself paid for my mom umobile acc,Just wants to know the reason of disconnection also customer service can't give proper answer.Such a worst service.

Kepala line semakin hari semakin terok sekarang ni.kadang kena on off data sbb line tiada.Tolong ambil perhatian boleh jgn org complains boleh baca saja.tapi tak buat apa2 nk baca org OKU pun boleh baca.Ambil la perhatian sama.jgn ambil perhatian bil tak bayar ja.bil tu boleh pula hantar kt e-mail massage bagai sbb suruh bayar.kami bayar tpi like mcm bodoh bangsat.duit nak servis bodoh.🐽.fikir la org nak buat kerja ka nk main internet ka jgn fikir nk hntr bil ja.bodoh la.hari2 dtg kerja tak buat apa ka.tngok org complains bersepah2 tpi apa tindakan yg buat?sama ja jdi bodoh jaa takat baca complaint jaa.🐽

Tiada line 3G dan 4G
Saya harap syarikat U Mobile lebih prihatin.. Kawasan tempat saya hampir tiada line... Signal H.. Tapi line tiada, amat merugikan sekali apabila saya melaggan Enternet. Data tak sempat habis, tapi dah tamat tempoh sebab enternet tidak digunakan. Saya turut sertakan gambar coverage u mobile di kawasan tempat tinggal saya. Berikut adalah kawasan tidak berwarna adalah kawasannya.

Trying to Rip of Money!
On the 11th October 2017, I made a call to Umobile customer service helpline to inquire about the suspension of my Umobile line. One of their representative informed the reasoning behind the suspension of my line is due to the outstanding charges I have not made for the bills being send to my address, which amounts to 9.60 MYR. I spoke to Ms. Joanne Xavier Francis (customer service) about this matter. And I believe we did solved it. However, I noticed in the ebill invoice I have been charged 10.00 MYR to reactive the suspension line. On the 17th October 2017, I made a call to their customer helpline again to inquire about this. Their customer representative (Ms. Roshini/..), told me that the outstanding bill is due to the calls I made. I noticed that all the representative I spoke to have different reasoning for the suspension of my line. Ms. Joane, however, cleared this as a reason of the bills being send to my address, without my consent or me subscribing for the said service. Hence, we already talked about this and cleared the matters. Its with huge disappointment I would say Umobile is trying to drain money out of their customers for no apparent reason. And I will make an official report on this matter to the Malaysia Communication & Multimedia Commission.

Connection what happen
Dear U mobile, I have been using u98 postpaid since last year. Initially, I find u mobile internet connection satisfying for YouTube. However, I couldn't do my internet banking at times and I have called to u mobile call centre before regarding this matter last year I believe. The person in charged told he will make a remark of my problem, and I found the line was going OK already, I figured it happens sometimes so it was okay. However, again I found at times it was hard for me for internet banking and googling. I was on and off so I just ignored and figure I just keep on using mobile even though I was quite frustrated for the services given. Moving forward, the escalation of frustration is leading me to feel tired, I couldn't even buy flight tickets using my internet that I have purchased with. I ended up going to cyber cafe, thinking why did I even continue using u mobile. I payRM 98 + gst for this every month, and I pay for what when I can't use it when I really needed to. Currently, I am using my mother hot-spot u mobile RM 78 to submit this. I pay more than hers, and I cannot even use mine. I am seriously thinking of switching to other telecommunication company. I seriously hope you can look into this matter. Thank you.

Line service’s bad
Hi umobile,
A few months ago, I did the same complain on the data coverage in my area of living. Although the coverage seems to be okay now, sometimes the line’s so slow even with the LTE on. This actually drains my phone’s battery as I do hope that I could have a consistent LTE reception like some other places in Section 7.
At other time, I couldn’t even browse with LTE or 3G on. I do hope you guys can fix this issue as I’d thought it was a problem on my part (i.e some hardware issue on my phone) but I’ve tried restarting the phone a few times but the problem persist and I couldn’t even receive messages due to the internet problems even if it’s LTE / 3G.
So, in conclusion, I really hope you can fix and enhance the internet service on your part for your customer as I’d left Maxis to your mobile service. I’ll leave an adress below for your references.

and she began to very bad attitude,
and no further help me to inquire about any other question,
the tone is getting worse, or even do not answer ignore, before Never encountered such a,
this is the worst attitude encountered,
that person is not suitable for customer service,

Akhir-akhir ini since akhir bulan 8 2017, coverage di area gombak sangat teruk sehinggakan penghantaran/penerimaan mesej melalui applikasi whatsapp sahaja sangat perlahan berbanding sebelum ni. Sudah hampir 5 tahun menggunakan line UMOBILE, tetapi malangnya coverage tidak seperti yang di inginkan dan diharapkan UMOBILE Walaupun sy dh ade line 4g dapat mempertingkatkan coverage.Saya tinggal di gombak sungai chinchin..

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY UMOBILE AMATEUR SUCCESS MARKETING
To UMobile and fellow umobile user. Never have I face such a rude and disrespectful service from any company. One of the worker from Amateur Success Marketing Sdn Bhd have:
1. Gave me false information regarding umobile service and further decline to assist me rudely
2. I've been verbally abused by the worker and the management of Amateur Success Marketing Sdn Bhd didn't take further action regarding their employee
I hope their livense will be suspended as I've heard that they've been giving second warning from the umobile center.
I enjoy using umobile service and the promotion that they offered. But I wouldn't tolerate with such rude and bad behaviour from your respective fellow workers.
Further reports will be make if there is none action to be made.

So ,this my problem ,when I register from your counter ,your staff tell me have 4G for my internet data ,but now I only have 3G ,is it my living place area not in coverage ?
So if my living place not in coverage area ,can you fix it as soon as possible

Coverage terlalu teruk
Pada 22 April 2017 hinggalah ke hari ini (24 April 2017) coverage di Sg Chua Kajang sangat-sangat teruk. Jangankan kata internet, nak call pun tak boleh. Ada dua bar sahaja.
Sepanjang 5 tahun penggunaan, tak pernah lagi terjadi perkara sebegini dan ini sangat-sangat mengecewakan kami sebagai pengguna. Terlalu banyak masalah coverage U Mobile semenjak dua ini. Tak tahu di mana silapnya.
Di harap pihak U Mobile mengambil berat tentang permasalahan ini atau kami terpaksa bertukar ke telco lain.

WORST Internet & Line
Seriously I totally fed up with umobile, during the promotion of Hero package, Line was so good. When the promo end, the line was so sloth ! I paid RM70+ and the totally not worth it. Baik tukar ke celcom, bayar lebih sikit pun atleast the line is better I guess. Please do something with your company, line etc. Totally disappointing !
