Umobile , saya baru je lagi guna umobile .. time saya beli haritu , alhamdulillah saya puas hati sangat .. tapi time ii hujan lebat , internet saya auto tak boleh guna..macam macam cara dah saya cuba buat tapi at the end , hasilnya tetap sama .. tolong fix masalah line ni .. saya guna gx38 .. internet sebulan tapi tak boleh guna langsung .. please fix this problem 😭😭😭 .. saya ada kerja nak kena buat .. jangan lah buat macam ni umobile 😭😭😭 .. pls perbaiki line ni..teruk sangat dah ..

Umobile line is SUCK! umobile line here at Melaka state Krubong area all day long 1-10kb/s only. Damn Suck. We feel cheating by umobile.
Umobile please don't keep expand business but no care about your line coverage area.

Ape masalah laa line umobile ni... Aku bayar setiap minggu ntok unlimited call ngn internet tapi service sumpah sial... Sakit aty btul laaa.. aku call operator pulak mcm² nk tnya... Pundek laaa... Sebelum nk suruh org langgan sila perbaiki service terhadap customer....

Masalah line yang kerap bermasalah di area IKBN Wakaf Tapai dan Kg Temala Hilir.

1. Area under their good coverage,
2. Few user at the same area never complaint.

After I had few day experience with it, changing sim card to phone(s), to their modem, to different area, even try at a "good coverage area" that 10km away too, conclusion is:-

ans. for #1: Good Coverage, it is slower than 0.2mbps, ping out, everything out, don't mentioned the 2G, 3G, 4G or LTE.
ans. for #2: Few user, never complaint, I think the user(s) must experienced high-blood-pressure, stress overwhelming, might got heart attack, they already ran away and ported to another telco company left the horrible nightmare (never found Wifi signal with uMobile name) in my area though.

There are no coverage line 4g, even 3g does not have at area taman seri impian, jln lencong barat, 05150 alor setar. It only have h+, even that can't even use whatsapp properly.

Hi umobile. Apa yang aku boleh cakap service line korang mcm macam lahanat. Aku sabar lama da. Bayar bill mahal nak mati. Line coverage macam babi! Beragak la sikit bro. 1/4/2020. line umobile terlalu TERUK! hanya 2g nak hantar whatsapp pun tak lepas. Kedah, kodiang pida 2 bukit hantu disini sebelum ni tiada masalah. Apa kes ni??

I saw the new ads showing there's a new Unlimited plans which speed up 2x from the normal existed plan..I was kinda like wow? its 2x tho..maybe it could be better for me since i use it for my studies and watsover..So i decided to purchase the GX38 and then the Internet was kinda BODOH as hell..Srsly no joke..Like watafak is 2x internet speed with 4G full bar but no functions? Wanna say my place has no supported LTE services? like hello..My area got 4G full bar tho..After that somemore i decided to purchase the Booster Add On the 14 days 10GB..Become more slower..Like watafak did u guys want?????? Money? take lah..But give us what we paying for also lah...at town also line got stuck inikan pula at taman area..

Umobile GX30 dulu laju je tapi sekarang tiba-tiba slow nak upload gambar pun tak lepas. Asyik kena off on balik data. Mohon kekalkan kelajuan yang lama
