Saya yakin yang saya tidak perlu membuat aduan ke SKMM kerana UMobile pasti tidak akan mengabaikan aduan saya.

Saya berharap pihak Umobile mampu menaik taraf coverage internet di BAndar Seri Alam, Johor Bahru especially di sekitar kawasan UiTM. Coverage internet UMobile H+ berbanding dengan syarikat telco yang lain merupakan 4G. Seiring dengan perkerjaan yang menggunakan intenet saya berharap pihak UMobile mampu mengatasi masalah ini secepat yang mungkin.

Hello Umobile.
My area (Shah Alam) do not have coverage since last Sunday (19 November 2017). I cannot make any call and internet. It caused many inconvenience for me since I cannot open my Whatsup. I hope you can fix this problem as possible or else I will go to other plan. Not myself but any other user also dint get coverage.

Data of umobile always disconnect since evening at larkin johor bahru area.... my friends who used data also same problem. Hope can be settle the problem as soon as pisible.

Their badly planned promotional product each week is met with "sorry, the service is currently not available, we are currently upgrading to better serve your needs. Please try again later"
If you are going to provide free products do it big way and allow enough promotional products. perhaps do free products through out the day so that people can randomly check for it instead of having everyone jam the system and try to log in or try to get it at 8 am.
I will be transferring my number to digi or other service provider.

I have been using Umobile prepaid internet service for 3 years, and it promotes the best internet package but having the worst internet speed and its coverage among all the internet services. I'm really dissapointed as I have just sign the UMI30 and it costs me RM30. And it turns put to be H+ bilut I can't even make searching and watching YouTube. Umobile waste my RM30!

I dont know if umobile really take seriously on this complaint board or not but it seems umobile does not take it seriously. Please take our complaint seriously or I will make a report to SKMM of umobile's poor coverage, low signal and poor connection. We are living in 21st centure but in certain area in shah alam it is still 3G! Umobile claimed that its LTE connection in shah alam but its not. What the point of you giving cheap internet package if you customer cant utilize it. Making free profit perhaps?

Your booth is everywhere but you coverage is nowhere compared to other telcos. We are not asking umobile to provide LTE connection throughout Malaysia, but atleast in major city and urban area.

Please do upgrade your coverage or SKMM will have my say and public will know too.

I cant even connect to my mobile data which is I pay for a 40 dollar? I used this plan for about a year and usually this mobile plan don't make a cause like this. The problem is I cant connect the plan only at my neighbourhood which is at Bandar Seri Permaisuri, Cheras. I'm very very disappointed with umobile. Before this , I'm very satisfied with the plan that I choose and now? Please fix this umobile. You can't do this to me and other umobile's user. Thank you so much.
