Terrible umobile line

Internet too slow even as 4G. H or H+ mean your internet line os like snail. Telephone line always no service. Bad very bad. Complains to umobile seems no difference even though many times done.

Internet terlalu perlahan

Sejak kebelakang ini data internet terlalu perlahan berbanding dahulu (pada mula di gunakan).saya amat kesel diatas kejadian ini.saya 1 keluarga gunakan sim kad u mobile.diharap pihak pengurusan umobile dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut.jasa pihak anda amat di hargai.
So saya sertakan alamat no 9393 p jalan molek 1.taman ayer molek 75460 melaka

slow internet

"I don't no what your company problem . It's hurt when i want use emergency call or what ever .i have sunscribe UMI but it like i don't subscribe . it just say 4G but just like 3G .. It's sad and very bad . i did not deny umobile this before . and line umobile like a moment's disappeared and come like ghost . please fix it as soon as possible before i change my plan

COVERAGE INTERNET

HI..
i'm deeling a problem about the internet coverage of u-mobile every day at the address Pusat Komersial seksyen 7 shah alam blok b ,i hope you can fix the problem because i already called umoble center and they said it will be fix soon but it is almost 1 month but still the problem is still unfixed.

umobile no line

1.why u mobile line very slow at smk padang tembak? the problem is at Kuala Lumpur City.Why?.no LTE at my school area..sometimes cannot get call from caller.
2.I am very dissapointed because umobile join venture with viu regarding to add amount rm 10 montly at my billing postpaid. umobile not asking for any approval from me to add viu download billing. viu not get any approval from me too..that very dissatiesfied.im not using service from viu and i got to pay rm 10 monthly for 5 month.viu said i CANNOT get refund from it

Poor connection recently

Dear UMobile,

Im facing poor connection lately (August 2018 - October 2018) eventhough my network status was 4G LTE & still have high speed internet qouta left. Do inform us (your loyal cutomer😇) any update regarding this issue. Dont keep us blind. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any explaination/anything. Umobile claimed that internet speed for P99 plan is unlimited but seemed that after tested with okla still have limitation on the speed.nowdays internet speed can go over 150mb/s...

Internet connection very worst

Hi. I'm staying at Shah Alam, Selangor and Baling, Kedah. I subscribed prepaid internet plan GX30. Before this, there was no any problem with the connection. But since last week, my internet connection really worst. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

Line slow

Internet Line slow walaupun ada 3G and bar line full. Padahal pakai pakej P99 with unlimited speed limit cap. Nak update app pun cboleh langsung.

the line always 'x' and slow even i still have 8gb.But if i got 1gb free the kuota finish very fast within 2 days.and now i have to used wifi to connect my phone with internet.

Connection Line was slow

UMobile line was slow at Taman Banang Jaya, Batu Pahat, Johor. It’s keep loading loading and then just stop. I’m facing such problems since fews month ago and I load a complaint at UMobile center in Batu Pahat and they just saids there were no any problems with the line in this area and ask me to try again. Recently, the line is getting more slower or can say couldn’t load at all. Please fix it and I’m not the only one in this area whose was facing with such issues, there were others UMobile user facing the same issue too.

PACKAGE DETAILS!

I not understand that why ur I130 package but u just giving 10gb to the user to use it!!!! Even ur P98,P70 and others plan also provide more GB to the user, and also other more benefits! UMOBILE, u give user to sign on this plan to use with IPHONE! Not using with OLD PHONE! Can’t u just give more abit GB MAYBE LIKE 15GB instead of the current Stupid 10GB ONLY?Please make some improvement on this! We also pay u even more than others, make some fair package for us! Respect’!

services and sim card

i had already replace twice of the Umobile new sim card within half year. I dont think is my phone or personal problem to cause the sim card damaged. All my contact number inside were lost due to this issue. I dont mind to pay for the replacement, but its really inconvenient for people to go Umobile center to replace a new one. And some more it is sim card's quality problem and we as a consumer has to bear the cost of it?! I had heard many cases about Umobile sim card problem, please do upgrade the sim card quality.
At last, the customer service people at Kepong store are bad. Hope they can respond to a customer's questions and complaints with patience in future.

Internet connection problem

Hello Umobile.

I am a student of UiTM Dungun, Terengganu. As a student, the internet is very important and become a part of my study reference. I am very dissapointed with the internet connection of your company here in UiTM dungun. I’m using P70 plan for almost a year now and this problem arise a few months ago. I know there is no 4g coverage here but the 3g coverage here is also bad and every months after the problem arise, my quota remaining quota before my bill renew always have more than 50% left. It is a waste of money! I became lazy to spend my days playing and browsing the internet because the line is too slow. Sometime i decided not to do my homework because im too stress about the internet connection. So, the reason i write this report is to ask for your cooperation to make an improvement on the internet connection here so that i can do my work and study without any internet interuption. It is waste if i change my telco because the plan that Umobile offered is good and the only problem is the internet coverage. I am looking forward for your maximum cooperation to look into this problem as a serious matter. Thank you.

perkhidmatan internet umobile makin teruk dari hari ke hari.. apakah ini perkhidmatan yang dijanjikan umobile.. board director umobile kaut untung dari perkidmatan yang teruk.. mohon pihak umobile ambil perhatian sebelum pengguna mengambil tindakan yang lebih drastik.. jangan hanya pandai mengaut untung sahaja... shame on you
