Found on my account two fraudulent charges from MVW Match.com for $98.96 and $29.99. Tried calling them and all I got was a recording that their representatives are busy and will get back to you shortly.

I contacted my bank and they are canceling my debit card and also going to credit me these amounts.

If this is the same Match.com that is a dating site, why in the word would I want to use them? I just lost my husband of 40 years. SMH

was charged for renewal even though check the none renewal box was charged 119 u.s. dollars for a worthless dating site match only wants to match their wallets with your money . don't use this site it is a horrible app to deal with and they have no customer service needed to contact my bank to make sure any future charges would be blocked they are sooo bad .Don't use this site this company only want your money really bad just can't say it enough before you do anything call your bank and block the payment then cancel your account . Don't try and get your money back they really don't care about you once they have your money .

I have initiated a matching service with "Silver Singles.com" last year. Paid the initial cost and then cancelled my account by June 30, 2019. I received a cancellation notice stating no further payments would be taken.
I have never used WMNV.com therefore, I wish the $162.58 taken Jan 29, 2020, from my Mastercard returned to my credit card immediately.

I am really upset with this company. I signed up for one month the canceled my services and autopayment and the money is still being taken out of my account. This company needs to check the people they have here as customers because they majority of them are fraud. I never met one single man on the site, in the month, that wasn't trying to scam money out of me. Well money or amazon gift cards or iTunes gift cards. I would really like March and Aprils fees put back into my account

I tried the Match.com site the guys on it were a joke. If I talked to them after a couple of days they would ask me for money, amazon gift cards or iTunes gift cards. I have went on the site 2 months ago and stopped the service because I am not going to dating sites anymore and they keep charging me. Please refund my money for March and April, this is crazy to be doing this.

I was a Match.com member and I completed my guarantee period which entitled me to a free six month extension of my membership. Match.com charged my card anyway. I disputed the charge with my bank and Match.com took action! They closed my account, blocked me and banned me forever. They refunded the charge, but I lost my free six month service extension. All I wanted to do was prevent Match.com from illegally stealing my money. The facts speak for themselves. There aren't enough adjectives to describe how incompetent and deceitful they are!

Match.Com tried to take $121.+ from my Visa Card, luckily they couldn't.
I called and tried to cancel but that was useless. I will now call my card holder.

Married for 25 years. Have never signed up for their services. Went to atm machine to draw out $20 and it said I wasn't authorized to use that account. Went inside the bank and was told that fraud division put a hold on my card because of a suspicious billing of $131 by wmv*match.com. the teller knew me and my husband both and knew that was highly unlike me. I am so lucky there wasn't that much in the account so they didn't get it. But they are under investigation and I will get another card tomorrow.

I just received this charge on my debit card for $131.94. I don't remember ever paying for Match.com, but if I did it was years ago. Looking online, I see that they regularly charge people for services that weren't requested and even switching cards doesn't stop them. I'm not sure how this isn't theft.

I used to use Match.com, I tried the free trial and made a couple connections so I decided to pay the outrageous price of $30 a month in hopes of finding someone but as soon as I ended my trial the positive results stopped happening. The site lools like it has these good quality candidates but I started noticing that some women who spoke to me would stop speaking when it came time to meet in person and magically the city the lived in on their profile would change every couple weeks as if they were baiting members with conversation to make the site seem like it was working. The bottom line is there is nothing on that site that justifies the $30 a month fee, I have had more luck on free sites so you would think the steep price would at least filter out the scam profiles.

Fast forward to now, months and months after I canceled my subscription and I am having to get a whole new card because WMV*match.com just tried charging me $145...but here is the real kicker: the card they charged was not even the card I used when I payed for my subscription in the past. There is something deeply nefarious going on with this company and they are not only taking advantage of vulnerable people but also their finances. Please do something.

I have never used Match.com before and yet I was charged $84.89 out of nowhere today. After doing some research I see that Match owns another dating site which I have a monthly subscription of $10 with (not $84). It's shocking how poorly a company this big manages their users' data, especially such sensitive data as credit card numbers. Seeing all these reviews and seeing that it's been going on for many month is insane. How is this company still operating? This is a serious violation of user agreements...

Unauthorized transaction

I noticed this afternoon that I was charged $119.94 by Match.com, upon calling the bank I figured out that Match have charged me 2 unauthorized charges of the same amount. I cancelled my subscription on Match 8th 2017. I called Bank of America to file a complaint but they can only put stop to future charges and match has to refund me. Called Customer and was on hold for ever, took my information and said I will be getting a call from someone soon.
