10/30/17 unauthorized charge to my account of 59.79. I want a refund

Same thing happened to me. They charged my card $78 despite my cancelling 45 days prior to the "auto-renew" that by the way, they require you to participate in just to make profile. If you are one of the people who is paying attention, and cancel IN PLENTY OF TIME, as I did... it will not matter if you have a cancellation number because they will charge you anyway. Even if there is a technological error on their end... too bad... be prepared for their stone wall customer service department, because THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS... under ANY circumstances. As directed by their corporate level, they are posing as one of America's trusted brands but really they are just a greedy online company who is trying to obtain as many credit cards as possible and continue charging them by any means necessary.

A missed called wake me up from sleep on 7.30am, I checked my phone msg, it state I have a payment charges Rm719.53 at WMV*match.com in the morning time 6.44am. to my card. I have no idea what is it, and I use this card to withdraw money ONLY. I never key in this card info for any online transaction. So I direct call to the bank side, they said the payment will hold for 14days from now on, they help me to block my card and also my account. And I need go bank to change my new card, if after 14days the on hold payment really charge by match.com, then I need to key in form and also report to the police side.

I noticed this morning that I was charged $77.95 by Match.com on my credit card, upon my credit card customer services, they informed there were 4 unauthorized charges at the same amount. Now my credit card is saying they can only refund 1 charges and I have to call Match for the other 3 charges. I haven't used match in over 10 years, I don't know how they have my new account information. .

I just noticed a fraudulent charge of $77.96 (US) 4 times from WMV Match.com on my credit card. I had account with them 10 years ago or more ago, it was cancelled and I have no clue how they got a hold of my credit card number. This is ridiculous. I called their 1-800no# they took my name and my email address, saying they will forward my info to the customer service team and request for refund. How the hell do they get away with this bull shit and still remain in business. Can we NOT shut them down. I will post on every single post, facebook site, blogs and report them to bureau business to get them shut down!!!!!!!

MATCH.COM SEEMS TO THINK THAT THEY CAN ADD CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND MAKE YOU PAY THEM. CUSTOMER FOR 15 YEARS AND THIS PLACE NOW SEEMS TO BE RUN BY YOUNG NAIVE CORRUPT FOREIGNERS.

I WILL BE CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE BBB TO GET THIS SITE SHUT DOWN.

Worst app,site,name and service just complete garbage . So terrible you have to try and scam smart people who you think are fools and don't check there banks every few days. Like you really thought you could get away with it is the funny part. Like I said pure trash ,peace out punk washed up trash site.

I did one time transaction of 32.24 $ for monthly subscription on 12 June on this website. The next day morning I called up customer care to cancel my auto renewal and keep the account active only for this month. The same evening 13 June I found three more transactions of 32.24 each on my credit card. Though all the four transactions were shown as pending still why did they post these 3 transactions next day even though I clearly informed customer care I do not want to continue. When I call customer care they deny about these 3 duplicate transactions. I have reported them as fraud to my bank and blocked the card. I hope people reading this message will avoid match.com and stay away from trouble.

trying to stop charges when you never had an account is seemingly impossible . I would love to stop being charged for unwarranted charges.

I cancelled my membership yet continuedespite to be charged on my card..I want my money back.

Signed up for 1 month subscription. NOT 1 month plus renewal at double the cost. Charged my card. Did not intend to use site. They would not issue a refund. On Match 30 days. Not worth paying for.

Every time I access this account I am directed to an "upgrade now" site for service that I already paid for.

I canceled my account with Match.com twelve years ago when I met the Woman that I am currently involved with. I am totally baffled as how I just got a charge of $50.07 on my Credit Union account. This not even the account that I used to pay them way back then.
