I just discovered that a charge shows as "Pending" for WMV*match.com in the amount of $119.94. I did not renew an subscription with Match and moreover, my 6 month subscription expired months ago. When I called the Toll free number listed on my online bank statement, I reached an offshore call center rep who stated emphatically that they cannot offer any more than 50% credit. I firmly challenged that fact, and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told after being on hold for several minutes that there was no supervisor available but that they would leave a message to have someone call me back in 24 hours. I had already been on hold for 55 minutes, previous to speaking to the rep. I asked for the supervisor's name that would be calling me back and she replied "Al Pacino'...really???? I asked where she was located and she said "the Phillipines..." she began to giggle on the phone and it was clear to me she was quite pleased with herself. I requested that I be transferred to an on shore , U.S rep and she refused. I was so angry I stated that I would be calling Match's corporate office. Clearly the rep and her supervisor were not concerned in the least.

I am a dating coach/blogger/author very well known in the industry, and I have in the past referred literally thousands of my readers and customers to Match. I've been hearing several complaints from followers swearing they did not want to renew and in fact marked their profile not to renew, yet they were still charged. This appears to be an ongoing and growing practice.

When they complained to Match - they were unable to get a refund, and if they complained enough, sometimes they were offered a 50% rebate if they were lucky. In doing my research, I've discovered that we are not alone. There have been literally thousands of complaints for this issue among other Match.com scams. I am in the process of assembling enough pissed off customers to file a class action law suit against them.

8-5-16. They made a PENDING charge to my bank card. I have been married for 17yrs. I've never used match.com, or any other dating services. This world is starting to get too weak for me. To many loop-holes. Hopefully I will be able to stop that transaction from going through, then I will be changing my pin. This is BS

I was charged $68.97 by match.com on 6/22/2016 and I don't even belong or want to. There is some shady dealings going on. Dollar Bank has had issues with security breech before. Wondering if there are others!!!

9/23/2015 my bank's Security dept called to inform me of unauthorized activity on my credit card - 8 charges made by Match.com, all same amount of 10.04 except 2 for 20.08. Glad my bank froze that card. Match is not able to resolve this, they request a 23 byte transaction number that my bank does not have or know about. Match's own system does not reflect this activity. WARNING - DO NOT TRUST MATCH WITH ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

I had an unauthorized charge from match.com for 68.97 charged to our business account. I called and got the run around. Finally they searched it through our credit card associated with our business checking account (our business is a funeral home!) The person on the phone came back and told me they would credit our checking account. I said ok, but who authorized this? He said mam, I cannot give you that information. I said, you cant give me information about someone fraudulently using our credit card? We rarely use the card associated with this account, however ironically, we were refunded through paypal for something we didnt get and this card was associated with our paypal account. The refund was issued the same day the match.com charge occured! I am so mad.

I am a subscriber as of 6-6-14 and when I go on match.com site it is asking me to subscribe plus I added photo from my gallery & it keep asking me to post a photo.. I also email a few of my likes & I don't no if my emails are being received.. right now I am not a satisfied costomer..until I receive some positive results..
