This is my 2nd time face with same situation with KFC Tesco Kajang.
1. Food did not cooked well - My children suffer diarrhea after ate KFC last night 19/10/2017
2. To slow to take order - Not attend any training?
Please close your store.
To all, please stay away from KFC TESCO Kajang!

BAD CONDITION OF FOOD AND RUDE STAFF!
Went to KFC Section7 Shah Alam . The staff on duty was 2 female were super rude! She didnt ask "dine in or take away?" and assume its dine in . When I said its take away, she smashed the plate on counter with loud URGHH ! god such a bad manners!
The food was totally NOT HOT ( mashed potato is hard and cold) and the burger is SOO HARD AND IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT! I believe its bcoz the bun & mashed potato ( also coleslaw not chilled! ) were placed at room temperature! PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE!

Air Con not functioning properly
I am at the kota kemuning outlet now. Very hot and no proper ventilation. The toilet is very much cooler. Outlet staff not helpful at all. Tin cans with no brains.

pekerja kfc jalan stadiun alor setar biadap
13 Oktober 2017 saya drive thru porridge ala carte dgn harga rm4.90.tp bila dpt saya buka hanya ada porridge kosong tanpa ada ayam.saya pergi kembali ke kiosk untuk minta diisi dengan ayam..perkataan utama yyg kuar dr mulut sy 'minta maaf yer nak tnya napa xda ayam'..jwb pekerja di situ yg bernama farah 'dah kt plain,sy bubuh plain la'..dgn kasar dia ke belakang untuk isi ayam..saya sngat tidak berpuas hati dan membalas 'budi bahasa budaya kita yer'.tujuan aduan ini di buat bukanlah untuk menyalahkan sesiapa.tp saya sngat berharap pihak atasan mengambil inisiatif untuk memberi melatih staff dgn adab yg sopan bila berdepan dgn pelanggan..

Pekerja bising
11 oktober, 2017....pekerja di branch kuala berang, bertshirt kfc merah hitam duduk bersama ramai2 sambil makan dan bersembang dalam keadaan yg sgt bising, sambil bergelak ketawa tanpa segan silu. Sy xkisah diaorg nak borak, tapi xperlu la sampai nak menjerit2 gelak ketawa sampai kita yg tgh duduk makan ni rasa tercekik ibarat spt duduk dalam kedai mamak, dik, kita kalau nak bising2 tak mai dah restoran kfc....ingat nak makan dgn tenang, gelak macam langsuir dik, mana adabnya? Masa tu, xde tempahan parti atau sambutan hari jadi...kita phm la customer nak celebrate...tp u all kan staff, hormatlah sikit kat customer...harap dpt diperbetulkan keadaan ni. Dah tegur satu staff lelaki, tp jawabnya biasalah gini....ke nak sy mengadu kat tempat lain?

Did not get as requested
Pada 7 oktober 2017 lebih kurang jam 10.14pm saya membeli set snack plate dan cheezy wedge dari staff yang bernama Ain di KFC AEON bandaraya Melaka . Saya cuma 'take away'dan pulang jam 11pm. Bila saya balik,saya mendapati set yang saya dapat bukanlah set snack plate tapi cuma set rice plate. Saya sangat kecewa dengan kesilapan ini sedangkan saya dikenakan bayaran untuk set snack plate. Mohon pihak KFC mengambil tindakan sewajarnya atas aduan saya ini.

BAD SERVICE
I have make a KFC delivery order via call center around 12pm today (total 9 sets) , and informed by customer service asst that the delivery will be reach within 1 hour mean will be reach before or latest 1pm . Below are the call history between customer service and myself.
1245pm - customer service asst said will take within 1 hour from 12pm and ask me to wait.
1255pm - customer service asst said the system show out of store (Subang Jaya)
110pm -135pm - repeating call to customer service center and keep telling same reason ( on the way and store manager will call me shortly ) , but nobody is calling me . System showing "ON THE WAY" from 1255pm
136pm- finally someone call me and told me the delivery is now going to my place . I keep asking the store manager and she answered me if cant wait , just cancel . Short of manpower and busy now . The attitude is very bad and the line was cut off and she never think to call me back for arrangement.
At last, I have to call back the no and told them to CANCEL all my order .
The problem is if the branch is short of manpower , at least inform to the customer service centre to STOP receive order from client.
And last, The KFC delivery to my office at 2pm .
ONE ORDER TOOK 2 HOURS FOR DELIVERY .....

TEPUNG AYAM SANGAT KERAS !!!!!!
hello, kat sini saya nak beritahu, quality makanan anda sangat tidak memuaskan, saya beli 10 ketul ayam spicy yang sangat sedih rasanya, tersangatlah keras dan sejuk, ayam seperti di goreng balik semula, kulit ayam berwarna hitam, saya betul-betul kesal masa tu kami sekerluarga puasa ingin makan ayam tersebut tapi ayam yang sangat keras, kami amat kesal ayam yang di bungkus bawa balik tu keras yang menyebabkan nenek saya yang tidak berapa ada gigi sampai berdarah gusi terkena kulit ayam tersebut, MOHON ANDA PERBAIKI DAN JAGA KUALITI PRODUK ANDA!

Bad attitude of one of your staff
Hi, there is one of your staff name ELVIS, who is a Chinese guy worked in your branch in Jusco Bukit Indah Johor. The attitude he showing to the customers is very bad. He did not answer me when I ordered my meal and my request and did not show any friendly expression to customers. It was such a bad customer service. Then, I told one of the Malay girl staff on this issue and she did apologize to me although she is not the one who make the mistake. Later, I saw ELVIS pointed MIDDLE FINGER to me. He is such a rude man. And I think this kind of staff's attitude will affect KFC brand image if he still become the frontline staff. Actually I am quite disappointing with these kind of customer service. Lastly, I hope that KFC can take action against this staff.

roti terlalu keras
salam, di sini saya ingin sampaikan ketidakpuasan hati terhadap makanan yg saya order di kfc kota warisan yang baru di buka beberapa hari, customer x la banyak tetapi bila saya order zinger burger dan bila sya nak makan, kena pa rotinya keras mcm da biar terlalu lama? tolonglah.. perbaiki

Incomplete order
We bought 2sets of Snack plate from aeon Big ampang. It was a take away. Having waited for 20 minutes only to find out once came back home was there was no mashed potatoes in both the sets. Very disappointed with them.

SIKAP PEKERJA YANG TIDAK SOPAN
Saya sangat terkesan dengan sikap salah seorang pekerja kfc,branch baru di emart riam miri.tgah hari ini saya datang bersama kawan saya dan memesan makanan untuk di tapau dan pada masa yang sama staf kfc(cashier) wanita yang bernama CLAUDIA tersengih dan ketawa terbahak-bahak di depan saya.apabila saya tnya kenapa dia tidak mnjawab soalan sy dan masih ketawa yang ketika itu juga ada staf lain (wanita) berbaju uniform hitam hnya senyum dan tidak menegur.perkara ini berterusan sehingga lah saya dan kawan sya beredar apabila pesanan kami sudah tersedia.Pada manager branch tersebut sila perhatikan staf anda dan ajar dia cara melayan pelanggan dengan lebih sopan SEKIRANYA pihak kfc masih mahu dia bekerja.

KFC SELAYANG BARU
Saya dah banyak kali pergi ke KFC selayang baru sbb rumh berdekatan dgnnya, tp setiap kali saya pergi d sana, mesti masalah dgn tong sos di bhgian tingkat atas yg sentiasa kehabisan sos, atau staff nya yg malas nak refill ???? 1 day sy pergi berbuka puasa di sana pada Puasa tahun 2017 ni, ada 1 pelanggan cina prmpn menekan tempat sos tu agak kuat sbb mmg dah xde sos..tetiba seorng pekerja prmpn india (auntie) marah pelanggan itu sambil menjerit "ooii..ingat ni awak punya barang ke? ni KFC punya, kenapa tekan kuat2? mau rosakkan ke,kalau mau saya boleh tolong! saya tengok dr jauh..india tu bukak tong sos cili..OMG mmg sosnya takde, dah habis, seboleh2 dia ambik pinggan pelanggan tu dan urut plastic sos tu dlm pinggan pelanngan tu, dan put back the sos dlm tong, bukannya nak refill????suck!!. lepas tu ada 1 customer tertumpahkan air, auntie india ni mengamuk lagi dan cakap "AWAK INGAT SAYA TAKDE KERJA KE?" padahal bdk tu tak sengaja langar..saya dah lama perhatikan pekerja auntie india ni suka berborak sesama bangsanya dan tak mau refill sos , masalah sos mmg ada setiap kali sy berkunjung d sana..saya tak pasti samada KFC Malaysia tak bekalkan sos mencukupi ke atau pekerja nya yg malas nak refill tong sos ni ??saya rasa sepanjang sy makan KFC di dlm Malaysia ni, KFC Selayang Baru ni paling teruk layananya ,dengan ayam yg sangat kecik,tak berbaloi dengan harganya...please read my complain and please upgrade standard KFC service especially di CAWANGAN KFC SELAYANG BARU INI

CHICKEN IS ALWAYS NOT READY
This is our 2nd time in 2 weeks chicken is not ready at the holding rack.... KFC is selling chicken but chicken is not ready? U have got to be kidding me... Not at closing time but at 8pm, dinner time! Once at the mines shopping mall at tea break time no original chicken is ready. ask me to wait 15minutes.... today outlet at balakong (new KFC outlet not at the old balakong but next to cimb) they ask me to wait 20minutes!!!? REMOVE THE NAME CHICKEN FROM THE BRAND NAME.... everytime we went ask to wait for chicken!? your main meal is chicken! what nonsense is this

Service buruk, pekerja dapur perempuan biadap
Pada hari sabtu, 3/9/2017 , bertempat di kfc bandar baru sungai buluh pukul 7 petang.
Tolong kepada berkenaan:-
1. Customer servies yang buruk, layanan kepada customer kurang tiada adab , sedangkan setiap pekrja telah diajr bagaimana hendak melayan customer ? Perlu ke beradap ? Kenapa ?
Sy order bucket kfc 9 ketul tetapi kena tunggu selama 1 jam lebih kerana ayam baru nak masak? Padahal ayam banyak ayam di rak. Asala yang diberikan kerana sy order ayam 9 ketul nnti customer yang akan datang ada yg order 1 ketul mereka marah tk dpt ayam , sedangkan saya yang datang dulu ? Selama ni sy datang kfc yang lain okay services!!!!!!
2. Kenapa pekerja di dapur boleh masuk campur urusana di kaunter ? Sedangkan awak perlu masak ayam di dapur ni nak sound orang tetibe dengan tk ada adapnya , poor service

AYAM LUAR HANGUS DALAM TAK MASAK!
Good Evening,
Madam/Miss/Sir,
Regarding to the subject above, I would like to complaint about:-
1) Recently, I bought kfc chicken at KFC Restaurant Taman Damansara Aliff (Johor Bahru) and it is partially cooked
2) The taste and smell of the chicken is norm, not a special spices from KFC self
3) The chicken is too small and quite scorched.
4) The chickens are UNCOOKED
5) YOUR STAFF IS QUITE RUDE. HOW CAN WHEN THE LORRY BLOCKED THE DRIVE THRU WAY, YOUR STAFF ASKED MY MOTHER TO COME OUT AND PAID IT?!
6)BELI BUBUR DAN SANGAT SANGAT CAIR. IM DISAPPOINTED
We as a regular customer feel fully disappointed regarding this issues because it doesnt happened only once. We hope that the management can take action and return the success of KFC.

Hangus and half cooked
Saya beli di kfc damansara aliff johor bahru, ayam hangus dan dalamnya half cooked! Kalau dulu kita dapat smell and taste the spices from kfc, sekarang macam ayam gireng biasa je. And the staff is quite rude. Hope ade perubahan sebab kita regular customer kan. And pagi tadi saya beli bubur kfc, bubur sangat cair and ayam ade 2 potongan je . Wth?!

Staff KFC pantai chenang menggunakan bahasa yg kesat terhadap CUSTOMER, ayam terpaksa ditunggu selama 20 minit sedangkan KFC ni adalah tumpuan pelancong dan sepatutnya ayam perlu standby..

Bad Attitude Female Staff Of temiang, Seremban Outlet
Female malay staff with cap loves to ask customer for tips and when customer refused her request, she corporate with another staff to ignore entertaining customer to order meals. when customer try to snap their photo, they avoid but finally managed to snap their photo.
Take serious disciplinary action against these female staff at Temiang KFC, Seremban outlet.

Food poisoning
Kfc setiu walaupun baru buka tapi sangat kotor dan berbau busuk. Khamis lepas sekolah buat jamuan makan di kfc setiu ini.. Malangnya, seramai 11 orang guru muntah2 dan cirit birit. Kejadian berlaku pada hujung minggu. Jika hari bekerja, kfc ni mmg dah kena dgn jabatan kesihatan mcm y berlaku dengan kfc jerteh. Sekarang pihak sekolah tengah siasat dulu bilangan murid yang terkena keracunan makanan sblm bende di panjangkan. Terima kasih

QUALITY OF FOOD
KFC Mantin, Negeri Sembilan ,
Services bagus , pekerja nye peramah dan fast response. Even setiap kali pergi kene beratur panjang pun cust still can wait, relax2 je . But tak puas hati sbb selama hidup makan ayam kfc tapi knape kat store mantin ni sy boleh dapat sampai 2x ayam panas tapi bila makan dah berbau dan busuk . First time terkena sy boleh terima maybe ada problem dgn freezer or chiller kat Situ, tapi ini second time tau , sy langsung xleh makan sbb rasa busuk . Please control your quality of chicken before served to cust. TQ
