My parcel from China had already arrived at Malaysia on 6/21 but I haven't receive it yet. Track it online and it show [Arrive at delivery facility at Pos Laju Balakong] for have been 6 days! Have Pos Laju staff doing their work? WHY NOT SEND THE PARCEL WHEN YOUR JOB IS TO SEND PARCEL?...

I have been at this centre 4 times, and 3 out of the 4 times they have been offline. In all 4 times I have come at different times and still offline. No one bothers to update the clients what the progress is, we are meant to just sit and wait. Pathetic service.......
