On the third of Jan 2017 an unauthorised payment was drawn on my credit card of $183.28 Australian. i did not give permission for this action to take place and hereby insist the funds be credited back into my account immediately and no further interference is to be made...

I rented a car from Hertz in Bari in August and in November €42.70 was deducted from my credit card saying that Firenze police spotted me driving fast. However I spent my holiday more than 700 kms from Firenze in Bari!!! So what?????????????
