I have just noted that Norton took 2 payments from my account for the annual subscription and there does not seem to be a way of contacting them directly to have one reimbursed.

First payment was taken on 1 June 2014 for 99.99

Second payment was taken on 3 November...

Multiple charges on my account that I have not authorized! Two charges of 3.18 and 63.00 dollars that last month....

Well I was overcharged for ONE month. I reactivated my account for their $7.50 for one month I sent an email to BPM Saturday 1/3/15.. I was charged $33.00 when I only reactivated it for $7.50 We will see how they handle my situation
