I have also dealt with numerous charges for various amounts without authorization. I’m disputing this with my bank Sefcu and Microsoft needs to get it together. I’m not understanding how they can charge people’s cards like this (unauthorized) without descriptions of what the charge is for. With all of these complaints I’m surprised there is no class action lawsuit against them.

Microsoft answer desk billed my credit card for 145.06 and would like to know why and I want my money back .please help

I have been getting billed randomly since October 2019. The most recent was today, 1/21/20 for $10.71. I AM NOT CONNECTED TO XBOX. Refund this please. I have tried since October to figure this out.

For months now I have had charges to my credit card that are repetitive without me purchasing anything for Xbox. I am trying to get a contact number now for months. I did not want to chat with any online that doesn't work. I can not believe that this charges or not being monitored my a supervisor, not unless they are in this scheme too. That is want seems to be going on in this company. I want my money refunded. I will have all my bank statements with all the unauthorized charges. You are smart thieves hiding behind the internet without providing real customer service, just taking people's money at your will and this as got to stop. I am sick of this type of stealing, when all we did was to buy your product an Xbox.

Microsoft withdraw $108 from my PayPal account. I have no idea what his is for and have PayPal investigating!

MICROSOFT *OUTLOOK 0000 - MSBILL.INFO, WA for $21,55.
I have no orders listed on my Microsoft account.
I am particularly disturbed because I never authorized this credit card or any other credit card to Microsoft for billing purposes.
I have disputed this charge with AMEX. I would very much like to find out where you got my credit card information.

I got charged 10.59 7 times and a charge for 5.29. I need this reversed asap. I don't have the email my husband used to sign into as he is away right now.
