I worked at BELK .this is my story:I have been with Belk going on 3 years, I enjoyed it at first, but then they are starting this ROC_THE_DOC thing so they lower my pay and then give me a HOURLY PAY INCREASE.when i first started it was 141 to 179, and NOW its 186..I work in the mens and kids...

What is the problem with this company?...

Suddenly, I get an email from BPM letting me know that my profile greeting 'was not approved'
My profile has been online since I became a member on March 24th.
My profile was decent and conforming in everyway to all their rules.

Spent a lot of time emailing...then...
