I called to see where my card was on July 3, 2020. I was told that it was mailed out on July 2, 2020 and I would receive it on July 8, 2020. Of course it still hasn't arrived. I called back today and was told it was never sent on July 2 and it wasn't mailed out until July 7, 2020....
