Bad services

28/5/2023, semasa verada di Pizza Gemas, cashier perempuan telah meninggikan suara semasa mengambil order..saya belom habis pilih dia da beritahu total harga..minta tisu dia cakap xde..minta tambah sos, dia nak bg sos botol yang dah nak habis..lepastu dia dengan 1 staff lelaki gelak2x..kenapa? Kami bukannya makan free..please alert sikap staff di gemas ni..lain cawangan saya pergi semua friendly..

Poor quality

Poor quality description: The actual and the picture in the menu are not same, the meat were reduced in size and quantity, the cheese covered the pizza portion without meat. The meat also in very mini slice at the portion of pizza with meat and it is not sufficient to portion of pizza that need to cover the portion of pizza do not have meat.
Pizza Hut need to take serious and do not repeat it. Because next time I will not tolerate and take legal action with vedio.

POOR SERVICES

Saya dan keluarga telah berbuka di Pizzahut Senawang beberapa hari yang lalu. Kami diberitahu bahawa order perlu dibuat secara atas talian. Kami mengalami kesukaran membuat order memandangkan itulah kali pertama kami membuat order. Pihak kakitangan juga TIDAK membantu kami membuat order. Atas disebabkan itu, kami telah order tanpa air minuman. Malah kakitangan juga tidak peduli atau tidak perihatin dengan order yang kami buat.. Bayangkan kami berbuka puasa tanpa minum air. Selepas itu, saya telah membuat order tambahan utk air minuman, malan order berkenaan lambat dihantar ke meja kami. Kami faham jika ketika itu, kakitangan berkenaan juga tengah berbuka puasa tapi pada masa tu, kakitangan leka berborak tanpa melihat order yang datang, sehingga kami terpaksa memanggil dan bertanyakan ttg air minum yg kami order sedang order telah dibuat secara atas talian. Amat mengecewakan. Pihak PH Senawang ketika itu HANYA mempunyai 3 buat keluarga shj yang berbuka disitu.

CADANGAN SAYA:

1. Hantar staf pergi kursus keperihatin dan Customer Service
2. Latih etika kerja yang betul
3. Perihatin dan bantu sekiranya ada customer yang tidak pernah order secara atas talian.
4. Jangan sesekali berdengus sekiranya mendapat pertanyaan dari customer

Late And Cold Food

28-09-2022.Bahau , Negeri Sembilan
I Ordered 2 regular Pizza , 3 Mushroom Soup, 1 Garlic Bread, 1 Chicken carbonara spagety. I ordered thru Pizza Hut App and stated that order time 7.25. Estimated Delivery Time is around 8.25. but till 8.45 i did not receive the food and no one call . So i call the The call center and ask about the status. He said he will check and ask the store manager to call back..Around 9.00 one person call and inform me there is delay cos the driver stuck somewhere and not back yet.. i told him if the pizza is not ready please cancel the order..he told me the rider is on the way...nearly after 25 munites the pizza arrived, ( 9.24pm) . when i checked the food..the soup is super cool..the pizza id not cool..the spagety was cool.. i called back call centre and informed about this and the call centre guy told me that the manager of the store will call me in a while about this matter. it has been 14 hours since she told me that thats why i am posting here..and chech the pizza picture i attached that i got with the order. (able to eat 3 slice only from the total 6 slice- 3 more is burn)

Order and working attitude

Walk in order at 8.11pm. Wait out Of ahop. After 8.30pm. Ask the status and the answer is LET me see the order slip. Then ask to wait again. But Saw other late comer customer got their food faster Then Us. We ask again Our status. Their answer is wait again, one more yet ready. Until the almost last customer taken their food. We ask Our status again But the answer is ‘are You intend to Cancel Your order ? We Will refund You money.’ What attidute is this ? What pizza hut slogan ? We got Our food at 8.44pm. 33 minutes for a order.
Sorry ! I Will not support this shop. This product.

PAID AND DIDNT RECEIVED MY ORDER

For more than a year I'm waiting for PIZZA HUT to refund back my money. The money has been deducted from the account but the order is not placed and they said our system is currently a problem. Okay, I understand that sometimes the online systems will have problems.
But to date, I didn't receive and call or email regarding the refund. I call the customer service they told me" We will try to sort it out asap". How long the pizza hut company takes time to refund.

I need an immediate response from PIZZA HUT SDN BHD. The details have been given below hope to get a fast response from PIZZA HUT

Claimed closed at 9.25pm

I was a regular customer for Pizza Hut Bandar Baru Nilai... today 6/9/2020 at 9.25 we arrived at PH BBN, while a staff was looking for us to be seated, another male staff in tshirt came and told us, they are already closed...What!!! at 9.25pm ... i went out and checked for the bussiness hours.. and it is clearly stated 10.30 am -11.00pm. Obviously... the guy was lazy since i could see his colleague7 did not agree with him by looking at the watch and look surprised...

Maybe it is time for us to make a change.. no more pizza hut in future

Compliment

I am regular cust.for pizzahut...even my son also like to eat at pizza hut...FYI,i always eat at PH Aeon Manjung,PH Teluk intan and PH Setiawan...all food was great..including the service.Today 20/08/2020 I went to Take away Pizza...what I was impress is,the quality of your food,totally awesome...No taste issue...all same...you can check my order today Combo 3 rm25+6 pcs drumstick,4 pcs smoked wing...its really worth for my food...and also your pizza bread was soft and fluffy...

Wrong Pizza topping being given

I have complained Pizza Hut many many years 2004 ago under Operation Manager Mr. Wang and James Lee regarding service being given. Today 4/5/20 as being a Pizza Hut Customer for many years, this problem still persists till today. I have order a combo for RM25/set deal. As a meat lover, 10 out of 10 times when I order pizza, ground beef is a must for my satisfaction. I have informed the waiter that I would like to add topping "ground beef" 2 times (RM10 for large pizza). I asked him if he knows what is ground beef and the answer was yes..I told him "make sure ground beef double as I have paid for"
I waited for 30 min, then my order rolls out from kitchen. I told my son to check the pizza while I was standing next to him. To our surprise, there wasn't any ground beef on top of the pizza. I asked the boy where is my double extra ground beef topping. And he was pointing at few pieces of sausage as ground beef. Same person who keyed in my order. I told him he must have out of his mind to differentiate between ground beef and sausage.
What make me angry was when he returned from kitchen with my pizza, he told me there are OUT OF GROUND BEEF. I was exchanged conversation with him saying that he must inform me if it is out stock and return for what I have paid for RM 10 extra topping. Further more, I have stressed that ground beef is a must when I ordered. Very irresponsible staff. I told him to call his manager out. When the manager out from the kitchen, he told me that me can replace my pizza with ground beef. I was very very angry at 2 different stories from 2 different persons. Lie lie lie lie to customer !!!!!!.

To the top management of Pizza hut, why this problem still persist after many years. I guess many staffs don't have a proper training to understand the names of ingredients being use in pizza or the order print out in kitchen is too small or don't understand the short form - like my order with extra ground beef prints as "2BGF" as add 2 times ground beef.

At the end of this, they lost RM 49.00 sales and reputation as I demand for refund.

Serve spoil seafood lagsana

dine in at pizza hut megalong mall kota kinabalu sabah and my order is seafood lagsana, when the food reached, it smell so bad, sour, then i taste a little bit i found out the food is spoil and it is bitter. The staff in kitchen who cook this food dint come out to apology and i heard them laugh loudly..they dont even care if customer already eat this food will Food poisoning..service so bad!

CLOSED EARLY

10:10 pm Pizza hut Wangsa Maju Sek 2 .I went there at 10 :10 pm and I saw the opening hours it's shows till 11 .00 pm .So I thought it's still open and I enter the shop .they said we close because out of dough . It sounds so stupid why they have to put opening house till 11 :00 . Just for dough your closing shop one hour earlier ...sounds very stupid.Hope pizza hut management take this as an issue serious .

Take order but never deliver

Service boy took order- personal pan pizza , we waited 40 minutes, Then came another service boy said finished selling, they’ scared we’re angry, so they never inform. What kind of service they are providing ?is this the working attitude they are having ? They are about 10 workers here, none is efficient. The management should re structure the Pizza Hut working etique. Moreover they are not serious in working, heard some of the utensils dropped on floor into pieces. The worst centre of all Pizza Hut that I ever been.
BAD SERVICE with all the inefficiency manner.

Bad Attitude of the Manager

On 17/12/18 4.45pm, I went to Pizza Hut at Bukit Indah Aeon. I ordered the promotion set with 2 Regular Pizza with Onion ring OR Wedges and a bottle of Pepsi. Then I went to have my lunch. When back,my order was not packed. After 10mins, I managed to speak to the Manager (I think, in Blue Uniform) Mr Izad and he packed my order and he just left us standing there without informing us that he had gone to the kitchen to bring our Pepsi. At the same time, we checked our order and we thought he had given us the wrong packet as our order include Onion Rings. Someone order with 2 packets attached together and for that moment we thought that could be our order. So my husband just took the packet and waited for him to come back to us so that we could check with him. The moment we checked with him he was very rude by asking us is My Name Mr Ong and I replied No and he said why are we are "Stealing". This got me very angry as he mentioned Stealing twice. I questioned him whether he knows the meaning of stealing? (take (another person's property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it.). When I paid for my order of $59 do you think I cannot afford the price of an onion ring? If I want to steal will I stand there to wait for him.

This really upset me and disappointed with the standard of service given by your staff. He could have explain to me that my order is either with Wedges OR Onion ring and I will apologies for the misunderstanding. This is unacceptable. Please kindly investigate and waiting for you reply on your action to be taken.

The taking of wrong orders

I order 2 personal pizza’s with extra cheese at PHD today and the workers here heard it as 2 personal pizza and 2 molten lava cake ..... n the way the handled it was so rude .... it pissed me off even more
Because I had to spend extra money .... n the manager was so rude .......
I think that you’ll should at least given a compensation because you’ll are clearly at fault ....

I don't received my orders

I have order my food at 9.30 pm and waiting till 11pm and dint received food
Around 10 .40 I have call your customer service hot line and the staff inform me the food should be on the way.he will call back after check with melaka Cheng restaurant out let.but till 11pm.no one call.is this your blady service .If this what you can deliver closed down your guys shop .Don't make customers to wait for two hrs end up no food.i will post my worst experience with pizza hut with all my friend and family to make sure no one order food from your stupid company.i have spoken to two stupid customer service staff but I end up no food today.my name is vishvam...And my number is 0124292521...Add no 10,Jalan BS16,Taman Bertram setia' melaka 76450....I want the feedback before send complain in fb.

BAD SERVICE

The price for a take away pizza is suppose to be rm10. Instead, Me and friends were charged RM27. 25 FOR A REGULAR PIZZA? The worker should inform us beforehand that the price would be DIFFERENT if we order during dine in, and not at the TAKE AWAY COUNTER. The manager only said "sorry, she was a new worker here". Then? If shes a new worker, your restaurant should be responsible and CHANGE the price. Instead, the manager insist us on paying the price OF NON-PROMO. This is not acceptable, as far as i know, your restaurant has no problem to change the price. The worker only admitted her fault but refused to change the price? it is really unfair for us to pay extra rm17 just bcause she was a "new worker". PIZZA HUT LIKAS KOTA KINABALU SABAH

waiting too long and cold pizza

I wait for my pizza half and hour plus although didn't have so much people! Waiting long hour for my pizza and what I get was cold pizza. What should I respond to your workers? Why I get the cold pizza when people get hot pizza? Why pizza hut will serve customer with cold pizza? Waiting too long hour already make us disappointed, when get the cold pizza it's was not disappointed only, it's was make us feel that we are unrespect by pizza hut! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. This situation shouldn't happen! If many people then I'm ok for waiting but the outlet was not much people! The staff there still have time to fun around themself and chit chat there while customer waiting for more than half and hour. Dine in need wait so long time while take away just wait five minutes! Then why should customer dine in while can get the pizza in short time with take away? Can management team give me some feedback why? Can give me a reason why serve customer with cold pizza? Can I get back my respect from Pizza Hut?

Staf ambik order tanya take away ke yes please saya tanya berapa minit dik dia jawab 20 minit lepas 20 minit datang2 xde bayangan order saya, saya bak resit manager macam blur tanpa sebarang information dia ke belakang tunggu lagi 20 minit aku dah angin pergi tanya mana order saya dik dia cakap oh order akak tak naik dalam sistem aku pun jawab tu bukan masalah saya dia buat tak tahu selepas sejam tunggu baru dapat makanan hampeh tu tanpa mana mana staf pun meminta maaf gila sampah service korang piza hut Malaysia

POOR SERVICE FROM PIZZA HUT PORT KLANG, MALAYSIA

Today 28/9/2018, My friends and I had a bad experience with Pizza Hut, Port Klang.

We ordered Pasta Lovers Weekday (Docket No.11022) #table 24. Our order time was 13:32:56. Since we were in a hurry we aspect the Spaghetti will be the fastest menu for us. Even the staff has confirmed that the Spaghetti will only takes about 15 minutes.

We waited until 40 minutes,then only the 1st Spaghetti reached our table. But it was too late... We have to get back to our office. In the end we told them to pack our Spaghetti, which was also delayed... where we have to wait another 10minutes for them to pack the Spaghetti.
Oh...another thing, we had been given Burnt garlic bread!!!

Reason for the delay provided by the staff was not acceptable. Too many customer, is not a good reason. When you say the order will takes about 15minutes, they should reach our table by that time. We know if we were to order Pizza, it will take longer time, that is the reason we asked for Spaghetti.....But in the end, we were disappointed.

We hope Pizza will improve their service in Port Klang.

The worst delivery service

I been waiting for almost 2 hours for my pizza to ne delivered and still waiting. Really regret to have pizza hut in my thought. Very bad service. Really annoying. Better for you guys to stop the services. Your competetor even better

Staff Rude

i went to this PHD on 17/6/2018 around 1600hours and i just ordered 1 small pizza but waited almost 1 hour but there were no much customer also. .okay fine.. The thing i want to make a issue now is the staff( 2 INDIAN girls) at the customer service who treat me like shit.. They both sitting infornt customer playing, eating n talking (No respect at all)..i get hurt wen they teased my name n making fun of it bhind the counter, they thought i never heard it but unfortunately i heard each and everything clearly.. they both laughed so loud n teased my name..is that how they should behave.. Actually if i want i can argue with them on that time but i just kept quiet n went off because i don't want because of that 2 stupid girls attitude that PHD reputation get down sumhow there also few customer still waiting for their food. pls trained your staff properly about customer service manner and how to respect their customer.I want the manager to take action on your staff attitude and i also 1 of the regular customer to that PHD. previously its not like that but now getting worst n worst..
I NEED A SOLUTION FOR THIS TO BE TAKEN!!!!.

Poor HQ Customer service

Poor service regards online delivery service....not helpful at all.order stopped from 6pm to 10.30 pm....keep on telling wait for 1hour for make a order, there is no delivery staff.online staff not dedicative and giving silly reason.at last when call staff said its closing time cannot make a order,then why ask to wait ???
Hope please improve and give well trained to staff.please check what is the error?hq pls make changes...thank you.
