Bad quality, ingredient of puzza hut
I bought the pizzahut pizzas today . I’m honestly so disappointed, bad quality ingredient, bad result bake, they just taste absolutely awfu, very poor Enclosed the photo for your reference.
There is really bad quality of puzza I get it and tjis is not the first time I have. I wish I could get my money back.
I will not consider to buy pizzahut in future..

No credit card paper roll
Had dinner at Pizza Hut PJ State
Payment via credit card was not allowed due to no paper roll. Not even spare one.
Waited for paper roll. Store Manager inform getting paper from seksyen 14 pizza Hut store.
Disappointment of course.

Delivery of " raw" spaghetti
I ordered the so-called REG SPICY CHICKEN spaghetti at 11.46.43 am, it arrive at 12.42pm.
Out of my expectation, the spaghetti appear to be "raw", the sauce was so little, almost insignificant, accompanied with 3 slices 2mm of chicken arrabiata. I wonder, why don't you directly deliver the uncooked one packet of pasta? What a shocking , terrible experience for me.
The description wrote in the menu completely different in reality which disappointed me very much. This is cheating, bullying, plotting against customer's rights.

Food came to us very late and before all food came to us asked to pay first
Last month i went to pizza in setapak area around 10pm to sit there and eat.the staff said can't sit there but can take away becouse less staff.today 2nd time i went to same pizza hut .we order 4 person set...there order item came to us very late...but the staff there ask us to pay first becouse they wants to close account.....im very disappoiment with staffs atitude.pls reply to me why this happen in that pizza hut!!!!!!????

Cheating
We just bought take-away cheesy bites combo set 1 plus 1 side order of garlic bread. Later we were informed that they do not have available 'containers' for the mushroom soup. We were given 2 choices- to eat there or change to 1 garlic bread roll. We selected garlic bread roll. When we collected, we discovered that they did not include the free garlic bread & cheese dips. They explained that cheese dip is not available & instead replaced us with thousand island sauce. WHY DON'T THEY INFORM US THAT CHEESE DIP IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF PLACING OUR ORDER. THIS HAPPENED AT 3RD MILE ROCK ROAD KUCHING BRANCH OUTLET. CHEATERS!!!!!!

Bad Services Of Pizza Hut PD
Order set cheesy pizza yang ada 2cup of ice cream. But end up tunggu sampai 1jam langsung tak dapat. 3kali tanya pada different staff tapi masing2 jawap sekejap. Datang sorg staff informed that ice cream dah habis. Senang nya bagi alasan. Minta tuk tak bayar part aiskrim tapi kena bayar.
To Pizza Hut Port Dickson tolong belajar cara berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan...Perkataan maaf langsung takda....Kenapa bila order staff tak beritahu awal2 ice cream dah habis.....

Bad Service - Auto City Branch
We call this 019-653 5441 (counter h/p) order pizza. She promise us will delivery at 1 hour soon, but after 1 hour we still not yet received any pizza that we order so that we try to call her. After call twice, she answer call. She said our location is outside the range cannot delivery. But why they not tell us early instead let us wait for a long time & starvation. I really not satisfied this kind of service.

Bad service
My friend and I ordered 4 slices of cheese pizza and 4 slices of pepperoni pizza and the price come out at RM120 when the price per slice is RM5. Then, we ask the cashier back how come the price is RM120? And suddenly the next counter cashier YELLED at us with a loud voice saying the price is RM5 per slice and don't make the worker confuse with the order when we were clearly said 8 slices of pizza and not 8 boxes of pizza. The other customers in line were looking at us being yelled at. That was very embarrassing and it was very rude of her to treat us that way. I hope Pizza Hut management can a discipline action on the employee(s). This happened at Pizza Hut Indah Permai, Sepanggar Sabah around 4.50pm on 19th November 2017.

Me and my husband went to setia alam pizza hut.on Saturday 11/11/2017 around 11.35am .we order pizza n we feel food is too much n we ask her to cancel order immediately but they tell us we can't cancel the order coz already print receipt.normally they will print receipt after eat but here they print before we eat.then my husband ask the staff why u can't cancel the pizza they talk so rude to us.after a big arquement my husband wan meet area manager suddenly the staff came and let us know can cancel the pizza n give us new receipt.area manager never cum to meet us.we waiting 1 hour here for pizza they never give us.they told us will service in 15 mins but they cant give us pizza on the time.they took service charge from us but very bad service.the staff name aiza and moon.

Poor delivery
I've order pizza hut today 6/11/2017 at 1916hrs. They have told me that will deliver in 30 mints. Someone name iza from bandar baru ampang pizza hut called me around 1954hrs saying will deliver it in short while. I've called pizza at 1300882525 & 0196533637 ms iza and asked to cancelled the order around 2020hrs. Then the great ms iza is asking me " uh pizza tak sampai lagi"!!!!!! What is this? This is how you guys treat a customer?
This is not first time happening to us. It's bee 3rd time now. What kind of service does pizza hut providing? Not even call andapologize to me.
If you never improve your service, you will loose your customers.

Kejadian hari ni dekat paradigm mall .kami tunggu lama dalam 10min tak ada seorang pun yang datang serve bg even bagi menu pun tak .saya panggil tapi tak ada sorang pun yang layan .paling sakit hati bila dorang sibuk berborak .klau mcm ni lah service pizza .dah la lambat ,bila dtg bg menu dn muka x senyum .kalau cmni lah teruk nya service pizza ,baik pergi MCD jer atau KFC sbb dorang tak kan biar kan cust dorang tnggu lama .

I have order Pizza Hut few time , everytime they say don't have chili sauce! Omg if I go eat pizza don't provide chili sauce for me why I need to choose Pizza Hut, you go ask other, if KFC MCDONALD don't have chili sauce will have customer? They have calling me after delivery the pizza, I say why I everytime also same thing? U all don't have working? No order stock for it? U know How your staff reply me? Poor delivery service!
Late delivery. It took about 1hr30min to reach my place! With no apologies. My kids was starving since 1pm from 2.30pm!! What kind of services is that. The pizza came and it already become very hard. My kids cant even chew on it! How terrible! No apologies no free voucher given from the delivery guy!! Seriously u don't deserve to have customer. Eat domino pizza or other pizza better. Totally disappointed

DID NOT DELIVER AS PROMISED
I ordered Pizza for my company guest from overseas, it was supposed to be their lunch before they leave to the airport, can you imagine the embarrassment that we had to endure, due to Pizza Hut's incapability's, and no responsibility attitude. The scenario is as follows I ordered thru toll free line, after completing my order the staff told me that delivery would be in 40mins from time of order which was at 11.30am. At 12.10 not delivery, so called up the toll free line and they told me that they just despatched and i would receive my pizza by 12.20pm. Waited and waited and at 12.38 i receive a call from their outlet in Store saying that its raining heavy and they cant deliver on time and dont know when they will be able to deliver due to the rain. I seriously don't understand why they cant despatch from the nearest outlet from my area, I am based at S23 Shah Alam, and there are two Pizza Hut outlet which is way much nearer to my location, one nearby KPJ Selangor, and the other at Kemuning Utama. If Pizza Hut thinks it cant deliver on time be responsible enough to call us immediately to inform. Pizza Hut delivery time is 40mins yet you are not capable to commit, Domino's delivery time is 30mins and they even give you a free voucher if they cant deliver on time, and yet they are right on time rain or shine. Do look into your management if you still want to remain in business.

im sorry to say, but i strongly feel that pizza hut malaysia customer service is the most lousiest useless service. no matter how many time customer complaint also they dont respond, and dont give a damn. i think the best way to avoid further disappointment with this company is to boycott it as a whole. a company who dont respect their customers, dont deserve to have customers. better eat dominos pizza, or canadian pizza, or even bake own pizza rather than supporting this kind of company. i am totally disapointed to the max with pizza hut malaysia.

THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT TO PIZZA HUT DELIVERY MALAYSIA AS MY 1ST COMPLAINT GET NO REPLY AT ALL FROM PIZZA. HUT. i FIND IT IS TOO MUCH WHEN THE PIZZA STAFF TRY TO PLAY WITH CUSTOMERS MONEY. WHENEVER I ORDER PIZZA DELIVERY, THE DELIVERY BOYS FOREVER DONT HAVE THE CHANGE MONEY. WHAT THE ### IS THIS??? THE EXCUSE THEY GAVE IS THEY HAVE GIVEN THE CHANGE MONEY TO SOMEBODY ELSE. THIS IS A TOTAL BULLSHIT! AS FAR AS I KNOW, EVERY PIZZA DELIVERY ORDER, THE RIDER NEED TO PREPARE WITH THE BALANCE BEFORE THEY DELIVER THE PIZZA, BUT THIS PARTICULAR PIZZA HUT, THEY BRAVELY PRACTISING THIS SCAM OF NOT RETURNING CUSTOMER BALANCE. IF ONE CUSTOMER THEY DONT RETURN RM 5 BALANCE, IMAGINE IF THEY DO THIS TO 10 CUSTOMERS PER DAY, AND HOW MUCH WOULD BE THE INCOME FOR 1 MONTH? ?? AND THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME MORE THAN ONE TIME. Very rude manners by a Pizza delivery guy
This is to informed that I has been calling the customer service department to longed a complain on some issues from last Friday and till today there is no respond from Pizza Hut Malaysia. . All the Duty manager says is will report to the relevant department and will get back and till today there were no calls. Looks like all my calls has gone to some deaf ears. It's very embarrassing such a big company and they take thing easy. Are the staff not paid to do their works is the directors don't care what's going on.

An incident by a Pizza Hut delivery guy at Bangsar, Malaysia. At approximately 6.30pm yesterday, a pizza delivery guy came to the condominium to deliver pizza to a unit owner. However, he refused to comply to the condominium security rules and regulations. He insist on riding his motorbike through without going through the security procedures. Then, he got down from the motorbike and walked into the guard house and started shouting at the security using all abusive and foul languages against the security. Finally the security managed to get him registered and allowed the delivery guy to go and deliver the pizza. On his way out, he went into the guard house again and started scolding the security and push the security against the wall and challenge him for a fight. Another security personal who was on duty at another station has to rush to the incident area and insisted the delivery guy to leave the area.
This incident never ended there. The same guy came back in the night and was looking for the security and asked other security personal for his contact number. The same thing happened today at around 4.30pm. He came back and insisted to see the security personal.
I as an resident feel very disappointed that Pizza Hut can employ such a character.
Upon further checking with the condo manager on the incident, the manager has reported the incident to customer service center several time yesterday and today and yet no response from the management of Pizza Hut Malaysia.
I feel very unsecured with this kind of incident and regretfully to inform that no action taken by the Management of Pizza Hut Malaysia.
