Poor Marketing

Hello Pizza Hut Malaysia, I can't believe that you are the only restaurant that didn't offer a pre-booking service for Iftar in Ramadan. The excuse given was only a 1st come 1st serve basis because there are too many customers. But, the trivia is why the other restaurant even a smaller type can do it. It doesn't make sense for the people's to walk into your restaurant at 5 p.m, make and pay the order then wait at the table for 2.5 hours before the Iftar time. I think that excuse is unacceptable because you're trying to show your bloody damn arrogant bastard attitude and thinking that you're so popular while the Malaysian can't live without you. Your management is so fuck up. Now I know why most of the Malaysian has switched towards Dominos and Papa John. Not because they're good but the Pizza Hut Malaysia is so bad.

Seriously Unacceptable Customer Service

Hi all, We would very much like to advise strongly against visiting this pizza hut branch located at KULIM LANDMARK, KULIM< KEDAH. Yesterday (25/3/14) my colleagues and me, group of 13 planned to have lunch at the KULIM LANDMARK pizza hut after purchasing pizza hut vouchers online (total: RM 160). Initially we weren't aware that the vouchers are only valid for take away and upon notification by the store manager that it is not allowed, we then seek to ask if we buy other side dishes like spaghetti, drinks, cakes can we dine in? To our surprise she replied in a rude tone saying: 'Can not, we will place the pizzas at the counter and you can ONLY EAT at the counter because it is a takeaway.' Meaning, even if we are ready to spend more money, buy buying more dishes off the menu for dine in purpose, the pizzas will still be at the counter. At that point, although frustrated, we then obliged to wait at the waiting corner. The order was then finally done by 13.05pm AT THE FRONT COUNTER, they dont even allow us to sit and order at the table even when all 13 of us have already sat down!!! Fine, but when the receipt came out, the time stamp is miraculously 13.29pm! Awesome, they delayed the time on receipt so they can fool around with the waiting time, UNBELIEVABLE!

We waited patiently for 30 mins, well after the SO CALLED 14 MINS WAITING TIME and when we ask to check on the orders, the waitress treated us rudely and replied that they have dine-in customers now, so we have to wait longer whilst there is ONLY 5 tables to be served! Finally after 1 HOUR, the orders are ready. There are 8 pizzas and 8 bowls of soups but they provided NO SPOONS and when we requested for some chili flakes, they (the store manager and waitress) both gave us the ANNOYED LOOK & did not even say an apologetic word to us, THEN, they only gave us 6 spoons and 4 chili flakes...OMG!

Right before leaving, one of us (very loyal customer of pizza hut) then asked is there any compensation for the delayed takeaway service? STORE MANAGER conveniently IGNORED AND WALK AWAY. Disappointed and angry, we too turned and never will walk into that store again...

UNBELIEVABLE POOR SERVICE

Hi,
I've visited one of the pizza hut outlet which is located at Central Point, Kota Kinabalu on 28 Feb 2014 and I reached that outlets on around 1.10pm and it was full house and I request for a reservation for table if there is any because I need to run an errand nearby. After 15mins, I returned to the outlet and the waiter did not reserve a table for me even there were some tables have turnover to other customers. I was not sure whether they've also made reservation, so I waited for another 5 minutes. After that, my friends and I have ordered 3 spaghetti, 1 jug of drinks, 6pieces chicken wings as well as 2 bowl of mushroom soon. The mushroom soup arrived around another 15 mins and the jug of drink arrived another 15 mins. We were really puzzled as there wasnt many customers after we placed our order. After another 5 minutes, two of the spaghetti arrived but we discovered 1 string of hair was attached in the meatball of one of the spaghetti, I could understand that it might be an accident. Hence, I requested for a new plate of it and the service crew agreed on it. And after another 15 mins, the waiter served us with the replacement. However, what we've ordered were 3 servings ! What being served were just 2 plates even after 45 minutes of waiting ! Besides, our chicken wings wasnt being served as well. Can you believe that we've waited for our order for around 1 hour ? We've reminded the waitress and waiters for countless times. We were so frustrated and decided to cancel the rest of the food which wasnt being served. I cannot believe that this could happen in Pizza Hut . I hope the management will do something to improve the services as well as the cleanliness.

CLOSED EARLY

YR OUTLET AT KLANG JLN RAJA HASSAN IS OPEN TO PUBLIC FROM 11AM TO 11PM UNFORTUNATELY YDAY 3/1/14 AT 10.15PM THE OUTLET IS CLOSED WHEN I Q THE STAFF HE SAID WE HV PEST CONTROL SERVICES SO WE CLOSED EARLY. IS IT WHAT THAT I SHOULD RECEIVE WHEN I WALK IN TO YR OUTLET AT APPROPRIATE TIME? IT IS GOOD TO PRACTICE PEST CONTROL SERVICES AT FOOD RELATED OUTLET BUT THE OPERATIONAL HOURS SHOULD BE CONSIDED FIRST. IM VERY SURE THE LOCATION MOD CAN DO IT AFTER THE OPERATIONAL HRS, UNFORTUNATELY THESE IS DUE TO ABUSE OF POWERS AND ALSO YOU HIGHER RANKING PERSONNELS ARE NOT OBSERVING WHAT IS GOING ON AT YR OUTLETS YOU ARE ONLY TARGETING HOW TO CAPTURE SALES AND REVENUE FOR THE COMPANY. WE CUSTOMERS ARE BEING TREATED AS FOOLS EVEN THE LATEST WHEEL CHAIR PATRON WAS CHASED OUT OF YR PREMISES, WHAT AN INSULT? ARE YOU ALL THERE JUST TO SQUEEZE OUR MONEY WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DUE TO IT IM UNABLE TO PROVIDE IT TO MY CHILDRENS AND I REQUEST FOR THE LOCATION MOD TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THEIR UNACCOUNTABLE ACTION, KINDLY CHECK WITH YR OUTLET MOD AND VIEW THE CCTV RECORDINGS AND LASTLY I NEED YOU TO CALL AND EXPLAIN TO ME,MICHAEL 0166729630.

More than an hour and no pizza, what a service

On 6 March 2013, my family went to Pizza Hut Kulim Town for dinner. Looking at the order receipt time stamp is about 8.15pm. After a while drinks came, then followed by New Orleans chicken drummets, bread stick, ice cream and soup. After waiting till around 9.20pm, no sign of pizza. After calling the waitress to check, she took the order receipt to the kitchen the only I realized that the pizza is not even there yet. I decided to cancel the order. To add salt to the wound I had to pay rm25.50 as my bill was total up with a la carte price. My question is does Pizza Hut has an SLA for their service? Based on what happened to me tonite I'll assumed that there is none. Based on this incident, my next trip to Pizza Hut will not happen anytime soon.
