Order Not Delivered
Hi My name is Wan Makhzan mobile phone (0199980091).
I was very disappointed with the services made by pizza hut cukai Kemaman, while I had made order was NOT SENT. Here is the conversations that I had with customer service
approximately 8:16pm - telephone booking is made and orders taken for 30 minutes.
approximately 8:35pm - received a call from pizza hut kemaman said a slight delay due to rain. I accept and acknowledge it.
approximately 8:45pm - the rain stopped and received a call back from pizza hut kemaman to make the delivery.
Approximately 9.00pm - I made a call to the pizza hut cukai kemaman and inquire order status and was told pizza will arrive. In my estimation a pizza hut kemaman to my house just 5 to 7 minutes due to 1 km distance, but the new staff as main reason.i accept and acknowledge it.
An estimated 9.15pm - I make a call to 1300882525 and found status has been submitted but not yet received pizza. I talked to customer service and assured to make immediate delivery.
Approximately 9.30 pm- once again i was make a call at the insistence of my children and can talk with pizza hut cukai and he admitted that the same dispatch many troubled times with his shipment. I was a bit disappointed because the pizza hut cukai itself acknowledges this problem but still use the same guy.
9.45pm- Other dispatch came to us and said the order will not delivered and asked to make a new order.
I was very disappointed, frustrated and angry with the way a company is long established but the service and management is still conservative and irresponsible.
I, as an old customer may be looking for other options to enjoy pizza hut pizza but not yet in Pizza Hut cukai.

down grade menu
I had a dinner at pizza hut metro city matang jaya..we order hut meal 2..all item sent to our table except MD cream fondue.. when i ask the staff she inform that the cream fondue is finish..and replace with garlic flatbread. Im very disappointed with her action becuase in the menu there is a choice of ceaser salad or cream fondue. Since cream fondue is finish she should offer or replace with ceaser salad.. if ceaser also finish she should offer something equivelant or slightly better and not down grade my menu... in your menu cream fondue cost rm8.50 and your garlic flatbread is only rm3.50 different of rm5. That why i say down grade of menu..

staff rude, service lambat
10/6/2016 Pizza Hut Aeon Mall Melaka.Service teruk dan sangat mengecewakan! Staff kaunter depan yg sangat kurang ajar. wife saya order 05.30 pm dan kemudian dimaklumkan untuk tggu, selepas 15minit wife saya pergi tanya tapi masih belum siap, selepas 15 minit berikutnya saya pula pergi tanya tapi masih juga belum siap. kemudian sy tanya berapa lama lg. kemudian staff kaunter depan tu hanya jawab. 'memang la, lama lagi, nak kena la tunggu dalam 10minit ke 15 minit' pastu sambung main handphone n beborak. memang kurang ajar!! mintak nak jumpa manager pon die buat tak tau je.lepas 10 minit yang berikutnya selepas jumpa dengan manager br la diorg bgtau yg order saya td tak sampai. so saya kne tunggu hampir sejam untuk dapat pizza tu. nasib la manager nye baik. kurang sikit panas hati. mintak sangat pihak pengurusan ambil tindakan.

Mushroom soup
I have bought a mushroom soup but no mushrooms in it, there was only a little mushroom flavor. It was very unsatisfying. So here I want to call on your part to take action. So add more mushrooms in it so that it is worth the price plus, the customer will like it. Don't just gain profit only, satisfy customers first please. Thanks!

Pizza late delivery and misbehavior on phone
I have ordered pizza on the way go 2 deal at 2.15 pm on 24th february, pizza did not delivered untill 3.30 pm. When we asked to cancel order, some one from sri serdang phd misbehaves badly on phone and cutsoff. Also tried to make complaint to their call center at 3.30 pm... they cut off the phone. Absolutely bad and worst services and should be black listed particular branch.
Exaxtly same happened few weeks back from same branch.

Pizza taste like normal bread and mushroom chicken roll hv no ingredients inside
We ordered vege lover pizza.. It's taste like normal bread and have no taste... Why should I pay so much for normal bread..I ate the pizza at cyberjaya outlet it was nice.. Your taste depends on your city isit? And your garlic bread taste like butter bread.. No garlic taste at all... If you can't provide a good food please close your outlets...😡😡😡😡😡😡

Hari ni 19/01/2016 lebih kurang dalam Jam10 mlm I and husband takeaway pizza,payment dah buat waiting almost 30minutes then suddenly staff bagitau mushroom soup da habis. Hw come blh habis? Kenapa masa payment tdk inform custmer yg mushroom soup habis? Then my husband marah staff sana cz I pregnant I sanggup dtg just for pizza&mushroom soup,staff buat muka terus masuk kitchen then buat mushroom bila da siap packing staff xda pun say SORRY or THANK YOU then buat muka terus masuk dalam u can check cctv. Sampai rumah I nk makan soup tu rasa dia ya allah masin sangat2 cek resit payment nk ambl nama staff pn resit drg dah ambil.. WTH! Mcm tu ka staff pizza serve custmer?? Bagi alasan mushroom habis,bila custmer marah dia buat yg baru then bagi yg masin. Rasa mcm nak viral kat facebook spya semua org tau mcm mana layanan staff pizza hut kat gaya street sabah.

2) THE PIZZA CAME LATE AND WHILE THEY SERVING THE PIZZA, ITS FALLS/DROP ON ME. THE 'HOT FROM OVEN' PIZZA DID FALLS/DROP ON ME, SOME ON HEAD, MY SHOULDERS AND MY BODY. THE NEW STAFF DID IT & SHE DID APOLOGIZE. HER NAME IS AIDA. NO ACTION TAKEN FROM THE MANAGER AT THAT TIME. AFTER WAITING FOR A WHILE THEN WE ASK ON OF THE STAFF TO CALL THE MANAGER TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS. AS FOR US, THE MANAGER SHOULD ON HIS OWN INITIATIVE COME AND APOLOGIZE YOURSELF ON BEHALF OF THE PIZZA HUT. PLUS HE ALSO SHOULD AT LEAST ASK ABOUT MY CONDITION AS WELL SINCE THE PIZZA WAS STILL HOT & ITS FALLS/DROP ON ME. WORST IS WHEN WE CALL THE MANAGER, BUT HE DID NOT COME. HE PURPOSELY IGNORE US. WE HAVE TO CALL HIM TWICE BEFORE HE COMES AND APOLOGIZE, BUT QUIT IN A RUDE WAY.
3) WHEN WE WANT TO PAY, THE CARD MACHINE IS NOT FUNCTIONING. WELL THEN WHATS THE USE OF PROMOTION: "Are you craving for pizza? 4) ONCE AGAIN WHEN WE WANT TO PAY, THE MANAGER DIDN'T SHOW UP. HE PROMISE EARLIER THAT HE WILL COME & DISCUSS AGAIN ABOUT THIS MATTER BEFORE WE LEFT. AND AGAIN WE NEED TO ASK HIS STAFF TO CALL HIM THEN ONLY HE CAME, BUT DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ANYMORE. HE JUST SAID THAT HE'S BUSY GIVING A HELPING HAND AT THE KITCHEN SINCE THE PRANGIN MALL PIZZA HUT IS SHORTAGE OF STAFF. NOT EVEN SORRY. AND THE NEW STAFF AIDA, WHEN SHE SAW US JUST BEFORE WE LEFT, HER REACTION IS DO THE 'TIDAK PUAS HATI' FACE TO US. NOT EVEN SMILE, SAY THANK YOU OR SAY SORRY.
I MEAN WHO'S THE BAD PERSON NOW? WE EVEN PAY FOR OUR FOOD.
MY SUGGESTION IS THAT PIZZA NEED TO TRAIN WELL THEIR STAFF, MANAGER ESP ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOW TO ENTERTAIN YOUR CUSTOMER & HOW TO REACT IF THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPENS. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

Bad service delivery!!!!!
I was planning to have dinner at Pizza Hut Giant Kelana Jaya.sat there for more than half an hour and only got soup and beverage.order took damn long to arrive.they dont even set up the cutleries on our table.NEVER COMING AGAIN!

Bad service and worst food
Pizza hut in Vantage Tanjung Tokong be severe indeed ! The service and food here is terrible. Food ordered not sufficient. The garlic bread was very salty , the taste of mushroom soup very tasteless like im drinking a cup of plain water. The pizza was like shit! Im very disappointed. Pizza hut is no longer as it used to. To manager incharged on 3 Jan 2016, Please do something to solve it.

Bad Dine In Experience

- Step in. Have seat on our own.
- Table no proper arrangement.
- No menu serve in about 3 min time (inc'l asking from the waiter) so I've to take it myself at cashier desk.
- Decided to order, raise hand for the waiter 2-3 times. 1st time - no eye contact, 2nd time - saw you but pretend no saw, 3rd time - same as 2nd time.
- In the end, I waiter in 3 minutes then I decided left Pizza Hut Johor Jaya then I went to Pizza Hut Permas Jaya (AEON).
FYI - this is not the 1st time of this bad dine in experience at Pizza Hut Johor Jaya.
Few years back the service was so good & the pizza was in indeed very delicious.
I think Pizza Hut Johor Jaya facing heavy Manpower issue that actually the waiter only a person from ard 6pm to 630pm who attend all customer at 1st floor dine in area. It is really tough for him, too! And so the customer will slowly went off.

No delivery!
In addition, my sister and I end up starving bcs there's no food left in home so we have to be starved until the next day. And its not easy to fall asleep in a real hunger. Pls, just make a lil change on delivery services.

No delivery!
I have been keeping this for so long and i believe I'm not the only one who are facing this situation.
I have no idea what does the delivery means to Pizza Hut's company but the last time I checked, delivery is one of the facilities that exists in the world. It is to help those customers who are unable to dine in & take away at the restaurant itself.
What my point here is, every Pizza Hut's restaurant should have a delivery services. I was told by the operator that delivery services are limited due to the designated zones. To me, if there's a few branches in the area but only 1 branch who had the delivery services and the zone is only covered not more than 4km, then the company should have another branch who serve the delivery services. If not then, you don't have to serve it if such in transmission. You don't have to serve the services if only to make it in a equal level with other fast food companies but no quality in work.
I'm really not satisfied with how it works. Delivery services is actually to ease the customers whom had troubles; no transportation, etc. I don't think customers would be mind to pay extra price for delivery if the delivery area is quite away from the center.
I hope this could be fixed & change the way how does it works to ease the customers entire Malaysia.

Pizza Hut
I ordered Pizza at 7.15pm and was informed that it will be delivered at 8.15pm. When call the hotline I told taht the delivery boy has already left the restaurant and should be there any time. At 8.28pm i received call form 03-56318216 checking my address. When i told him my address, he said the address given to them by the call centre is wrong. I told him taht this is not the first time i make order, he very rude told " saya cakap call centre bagi salah alamat" and ram the phone. I waited for 10 minute still no delivery.Then i called call centre to cancel the order. After a while received call from the same person to check again my address, i just told him that i have cancelled the order and advised him to be courtesy when talk to customer. During the entire incident there is not a single word of sorry from anyone. I do understand at times delay happen due human error, but the manner customer problems solved is the issue here. FYI, this is not first time we face rude service, earlier my wife was scolded by the delivery boy fro questioning the delay in delivery telling you are not only customer i have so don't talk a lot.

Rude Employee at Kelana Jaya
i'm here just to share that your worker is fooling around and not taking their job seriously.
it was happened at Pizza Hut Kelana Jaya beside public bank. I was really happy to hear that your company make a new dish from Nik Michael new signature pizza.
and i ordered 2 of it and your employee said that it will be done in 20 minutes. And after 40 minutes it is still not done yet. then,I ask a refund from your cashier because it's already too long. then your employee at the back bad mouthing me and used a bad word to me. is it my fault that i need to wait for 40 minutes to enjoy your pizza? I was really disappointed with your service hope you can take an action to this branch. well most of your employee at this branch not doing their great job and make other customer dissatisfied.
PS: really glad if you can give a voucher like domino's if you ever late.

worst pizza hut
Seriously disappointed with the services provided by pizza hut aeon bukut indah in johor bahru. the plate is dirty when requested to change the staff said just water stand. Even a simple rules of f&b also cannot comply, do you want the customer to bring own plate? Secondly after requested for more than 3 times, only they gave us the new plate but with weird smell (wiped with dirty clothes).I wondering if this is a fast food restaurant, the pizza was served after 30 minutes. Then the waiter takes sooo long so passed us the menu and take order. sorry no next time

Bad service
6 of us arrived at Pizza Hut Kompleks Pusat Bandar Pasir Gudang and 12.15noon, there were other 2 tables waiting for order since there was only 1 staff attending to us first. After 10mins then only they served us drinks (ONLY!! no glass, came 5mins later). soup n garlic bread came 10mins later. By this time, the other 2 tables already had theirs pizza!!!! where are our platters and 2 plates of chicken and pizza?????
After we made noise, the pizzas arrived but it was wrong order! it was already 1pm and the mat salleh behind us also pissed off and left. They had to bake another pizzas for us which was served 1 hour after the order!!
Don't promise us free pizza if you fail to deliver within 30mins! You are 1 hour late and no free pizza what so ever. Even when we asked to pack our left over drink, your staff gave us lame excuses. Hey, that;s not free, ok. i paid for it and the staff did it anyway reluctantly
Short of staff is not an excuse for bad service. You provide services so you have to think how to please your customer in what ever circumstances! I'm not going there anymore. Domino's Pizza is much much much better and they really serve you on time and really give you free pizza if fail.

Noisy vent
How come none of your staff bother to check either the air vent or exhaust fan at the shop Again it is making noise the whole night and I can hardly sleep.The other time it was smell of gas and now it's the noisy vent. Don't you have anyone inspecting?

Poor service and bad spaghetti sauce
Today on 22/1/2015 my husband ordered variety box.The order is for spaghetti bolognoise but ended up getting spaghetti carbonara. the order was returned and replaced by spaghetti bolognoise...but the sauce stink and bad odour as though used Expired ingredients.....unable to eat the spaghetti and throw into dustbin..banned pizza hut entire my life!!!!!!

inefficient service & late delivery
I ordered pizzas by phone at 9.07am(20.12.2014) and was informed that they will be sent within 30 minutes. At 10 pm when I called enquiring about the delivery, I was informed that it was supposed to be 45 minutes. When I complaint that even if the delivery takes 45 minutes, the pizza should be delivered by 10 pm. I only received my pizza at 10.25pm and was informed by the delivery boy that he only departed from pizza hut Kompleks Mutiara KL at 10.10pm to deliver my pizzas. So my question is what is the problem and why cant the manager at least inform his or her customer that the pizza will be delivered late due to whatever reason. At least then we know that Pizza Hut cares about its service! Now I think Pizza Hut never bothers about their customers! Pizza Hut Malaysia should improve the delivery service if not we customers will never order from Pizza Hut again. There are other many other pizza delivery services that we can choose. In conclusion, Pizza Hut Malaysia has a very bad delivery service.

Very poor and slow service
Pizza Hut at Megalong, Donggongon Penampang Sabah has to be the one of the worst outlet I’ve been to so far. The service is very slow and over-relaxed. Tonight, 19/12/2014, I had to wait for 40 minutes for our pizza to arrive and by the time it did, the time was almost 10pm. The building doors were already shut by the time we left the outlet and it was a longer walk around the building to our vehicle. All this because the food was delayed by inefficient kitchen staff. Preparing a pizza doesn’t take this long, I’m certain. I informed the clerk at the payment counter that I’m one very unhappy customer and that I shouldn’t be paying for food of which I lost my desire to eat because of their lousy service. She could only apologise and told me to ‘please come again’, a robotic and clock-work phrase. I believe the kitchen staff are too playful and ignorant of customer service and I’m also sure that the outlet manager is no different in attitude. A lousy experience for my family and certainly I’ll never recommend this outlet to friends. Paying over RM60.00 for very, very bad service, I believe the kitchen staff should be paying this amount via deduction from their salary.

Worse service crew.
On 11 nov 2014 2pm. Nobody serve us while walk in to table even the table still dirty for almost all tables. Meanwhile, all crew is gather chit chatting. We ourself have to ask for menu instead of they serve. Plus it diffciculties to make order while the rest is loitering in group and only trainee have to serve while they still very new, seem they haven't taught anything yet. Unfortunately the order made but according to Pizza Hut procedure they should serves drinks first instead of food right? I been request third time for drink and the crew ask for another crew instead of she herself to pick it up. I been ask her for so manytime why she can't pick my drink instead ask other people. Even our soup has clear but I told them to clear table before next meal is coming but they refuse it.
