My parcel posted on 20.05.2018 and the latest update in the website was dated 21.05.2018 as consignment dispatch out from transit office. Called general line (1300-300-300) for several times and must take up to half an hour per call and email few times also can't get any feedback, update and solution on my missing of the parcel. Please arrange the delivering soonest as possible and treat this as an urgent basis.

I post my items from Kampar to Kuching on 4/5/18 using air mail but now still haven't reach. I have an urgent use. Now is already 23/5/18. Called customer care but never pick up. From Kuching to Kampar always takes one to two days only, now three weeks already, shouldn't you deliver my things fast?
