I haven't receive my parcel yet but the pos laju tracker stated that it had already delivered and the name it was deliver to is wrong is not CHIA. I think Pos laju send to the wrong person. Please help me check. EP49636239MY

My order from a shopping website overseas has not been delivered yet and I can only track the order untill 7th May and there is not update in the pos laju tracking site after that. I have tried calling customer service line, which is useless and only used 20rm of my phone credit and was busy at the end. even trying other numbers in other branches was hopeless, they disconnect the line before answering. my tracking number LP011945412HK..I have no idea what to do!!! the company that I ordered from says they no longer have the ones I bought in stock!!

18/5 masa update di KLIA HUB , lepas 19/5 update sama di KLIA HUB , tapi update masa sama di 18/5 difference 1 minute, buat apa ni ? pos laju atau pos lambat? difference 1 minute nak angkat masa 1hari, ni barang urgent nak bagi birthday present , tolong waste time thanks
