DIDN'T GET PARCEL
I DIDNT GET MY PARCEL. WHEN TRACK THE PARCEL, ITS SHOWN THAT POSTMEN GOT REACHED MY HOUSE AND NO ONE THERE SO THE PARCEL BEEN SENT BACK TO SENDER AGAIN. BUT THE POSTMAN NEVER COME TO DELIVER PARCEL BECAUSE IF THE POSTMEN GOT COME MEANS WHY DIDN'T LEAVE A NOTE THAT NORMALLY WE USE TO TAKE OUR PARCEL FROM POST OFFICE. NOW MY PARCEL SENT TO MY SENDER IN MALAYSIA. THIS PARCEL IS FROM OVERSEA WHICH FROM ONLINE SHOPPING. I TRIED PAST 2 WEEKS TO CALL POST LAJU CUSTOMER CARE LINE 1300-300-300, BUT NO ONE ANSWERING IT. NOW IM BLURR THAT HOW TO GET BACK MY PARCEL. HOW TO CONTACT POST LAJU CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR.

Barang lambat sampai. Barang dah sampai di pos laju cwgn serahan klang lama hmpir 2 minggu already tapi smpai skrg barang tu blum sampai lg. Please update the tracking system. I need to know my parcel dah smpai atau blum.

Customer service sucks
I was sent a parcel on Monday (7/5) from Shah Alam and it was supposed to arrive the next day (at Butterworth) since it's only domestic so I kept checking the tracking website but still no updates on where my parcel is at. I had to call the hotline and put on hold for 20 minutes and it turns out my parcel arrived in Butterworth already but it was not updated (still hasn't btw).
So then I called the Butterworth post office like a million times to find out if i can pick it up myself but of course nobody picked up my calls. Thought they were all dead or something. And then I went to the post office anyway to find out about the status of my parcel. As you guessed it, the workers were not dead and in fact breathing and alive yet nobody picked up my calls. Then they told me my parcel has arrived but not processed yet. Fine, I'm okay with that.
What I'm not okay with is the fact they didn't update where my parcel was at currently and that their customer service sucks. Hope you guys can improve that in the future.

Barang lambat sampai
Sepatutnya hari ni dah sampai Poslaju Kota Kinabalu.. Tapi belum sampai pun.. Kalau order dari semenanjung mesti lambat sampai.. Tapi klau dari Beaufort Pi semenanjung cepat pula.. Sehari dah sampai.. Tak ambil masa seminggu

Sent a parcel thru Poslaju to Italy on 6th April and when check on tracking , it states Left KLIA hub on 9th April on the route to Italy.
Its been almost a month now and item still on route to Italy. Supposedly it should take 7 to 14 days to arrive Italy.
Made an official complaint on the 30th of April and still no updates whatsoever.
Disappointed with service and promptness to action

Barang saya sudah hampir seminggu dikatakan "processed" dekat Poslaju Transit Office KLIA Hub. Servis sangat tidak memuaskan, call berkali kali tak angkat. Email langusng tak berbalas. Boleh pihak Poslaju jelaskan tahap servis yang sangat teruk dan tidak memuaskan ni? Dan lebih penting lagi, boleh saya tahu bila saya boleh dapatkan barang saya?

Status remains same for 6 days
Hi,
I would like to complaint on the Pos Laju Puchong outlet. My parcel send by seller since 11/4/18 from Pos Laju Batu Caves till now haven't send to me yet. The status remains same since 13/4/18 Arrive at delivery facility at Pos Laju Puchong till today 18/4/18 still same. Tried to call the Pos Laju Puchong but both number no one bother to pick up. What's the purpose of us paying pos laju but the delivery slow like turtle.

Parcel not receive. No futher update in track and trace
Almost going to one week, I haven't receive my parcel. If call the Kota Tinggi always unreachable. No further update in track and trace. Very poor service!!!People send items by POSLAJU for emergency purpose and you guys giving headache by sending it late. more than 3 days the item still in kota tinggi, are you planning to send it or keep it with you!!!!

Sy guna pos udara,,,bukan pos laut,,,, klau pos laut sy tahu memang lambat,,,

Bad servis line in penang jelutong when I call from singapore wanna ask about post pending ? The person ladies pick up the call said 03 then close the fon directly never ask and never said anything !How I know what is 03? Is other line ? I get the post laju contact from Google . I keep calling she pick up but direct close the call. When we make the call mean we need some help but what kind of service pos laju giving ? pick up the call then close directly without anything voice? This is the services u giving to us?
word to the ladies staff from branch penang jelutong the person close my phone if u don't know how to respects ur customer in customer services better stay at home please. please be responsibilities in ur job. Thank a lot
