hi.i send parcel by pos Malaysia from Penang to saint Petersburg on 02/02/2018 and i am tracking is pass over counter......buterworth...klia....and last is saying that is in transit waiting to release from Malaysia to Russia.can you please explain what is that mean? my parcel supposed to be received today but is haven't reach the other country yet.please help me who should i contact and how to let my horrible days pass?

My parcel went missing on 17-11-2017, I argued with my sender to refund me, but my sender told me that his responsibility is just to post the parcel and he pushed all the responsibility to pos laju for the missing parcel (i think the sender should share the same responsibility too, right?). My sender insisted that I will get nothing in return unless pos laju compensate for it. According to my sender, he filled in the compensation form on 17-12-2017 after the parcel is confirmed missing by pos laju(Pos laju please tell me if you received the form or not and whether it's still processing). But until now, 13-02-2018, I didn't get any answer from both sides. I phoned Poslaju customer service a few days ago and customer service told me that the case should be closed already and compensation should be made already after so long, but my sender told me that he received nothing from pos laju. Both sides are telling me different things here and I need an ANSWER, who is telling the truth here !!!

6th february 2018 and now still haven't received the parcel yet .

Package ER138148105MY is shown in the PosLaju trace and track system as "unsuccessful delivery" twice on 9 February 2018 and 12 February 2018. I was at home on both dates and no one came from PosLaju so how can it be recorded as "unsuccessful delivery"?

There is no card in my mail box to state that package had been attempted to be delivered and no one is at home. Because it is not true, I was at home and waiting but no one came. The delivery person is not doing his/her job.

Please deliver urgently as I have been waiting sometime already.

Parcel 52025661822 has reached Malaysia on 10/2 but yet to pick up by poslaju. Why is it taking so long, while my other parcel that reached on 12/2 has already picked up by them yesterday (12/2). Did they miss out my parcel or is it lost? Customer services are useless not helping.

I wonder why the service is very bad these days and it wasn't just due to the nearing festival celebration. Normal days are no less than this. It took more than 5 days or even a week to update the parcels. It wasn't like this before. Please do something about your services. Very disappointing.

Pos laju is very disappointing these days, my parcel stuck at Poslaju parcel hub for few days and already 5 days from Seri kembangan to Kepong, r u kidding me? 5 days for 20km?!!
