Its been more than 5 days which i haven't received my parcel from pos laju courier. I do not know it should be called Pos lambat or Pos laju. Its shows Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office but my item seems like going send to Holland that far.. When is my parcel right now?

Pos Malaysia courier is really worse than other courier.
My another parcel (purchased later than this parcel and delivered by another courier) which all the way from Korea already sent to my house and some more whatsapp me during delivery day to update status.

But this EN197631447MY parcel just a domestic delivery, but which had take longer time than international delivery (other courier).
Plus no one was answered when calling customer service during weekday.

Would like to suggest PLEASE improve efficiency!

Almost everyday i post about 5-20 items at poslaju. I have posted 16 items on the 5/2/2018 but 3 of my items still not in the system until today. I have made complaints to the staff yesterday. Hope this issue can solve. I used poslaju since 2015. Last year only i lost 8 of my items.

Hi POS Malaysia,

I stay in Tiong Nam area, 50350 Kuala Lumpur and would like to lodge an official complaint that since Dec 17 last year, all the mails at my area are not delivered by the postman. My neighbour has made several complaints to Pos Malaysia and was told that they are understaffed hence cannot deliver the mails to us.

Please resolve this matter soonest possible as all the important mails are not delivered and we need these mails urgently.

I sincerely hope Pos Malaysia can look into this matter seriously.

Some earlier stated item drop at counter on 2 Feb 2018 and when check today change to 6 Feb 2018 received at counter ?

Item ordered on 31st Jan, seller sent on 1st Feb. Checked on the status yeaterday and stated “Item dispatched out from consignment facility”. Now system down.

It is pretty damn cute for PosLaju to treat the customers like this. I regretted for not choosing GDex.

Call up 1-300-300-300 and waited for 10minutes. The beauty is, no one is answering my calls.

Pos Laju tracking EH768734026MY was handed and post out on 1 Feb 2018 at Kelana Jaya Pos Office. Until today still no update about the status of the item.

My parcel has been dispatched out from Butterworth poslaju station since 29/1/18 and after a week still no update of my good. no use calling your help line 1300300300 as no one ever answer the call! Pls take immediate action poslaju.
