Super slow delivery
I ordered an item online and the seller was in Klang. This seller posted via Poslaju which was supposed to be fast.
I waited 4 days and yet i have not received my item, though i'm just staying in KL which i considered so near to Klang and i don't see any reason what exactly causes this long delay. My tracking no. is ED338947123MY with below update on 22.12.17.

PARCEL DELAY AND NO UPDATES
Hi, its been 5days for me to wait for my parcel EH638293526MY. It's supposed to arrived on 19/12 but its keep delayed and no updates. Like before its took only 4 days for it to arrived but why now its being so slow and keep on delaying it.

hai pos laju.. supplier saya tlh pos barang saya pada 14/12/2017 dari terengganu ke batu caves. 15/12/2017 barang telah berada di pusat mel nasional. sejak 15/12/2017 hingga sekarang tiada sebarang update dalam sistem dan barang saya juga masih belum diterima. mohon semak EP298067225MY. parcel not arrived to my friends
It been almost 1 months the parcel still have not sent to my friend in Hong kong. It keep show that Item dispatched out HONG KONG AIR MAIL CENTRE but until today and already been 1 months. My friend still have not received the parcel. I have call to customer service but no 1 answering i been calling many times. Please give me a feedback and where is the parcel sent?

Where about is Pos Laju Transit Office
Tracking # EN951436770MY suppose to be send to Limbang but somehow it landed in Pos Laju Sandakan, Sabah...I really need the item urgently and when checked today...It is at Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub)...How can my item send back to KL?Please improve your service and it really affect me... Because I need to wear the item by 17 Dec 2017 which is tomorrow...Seriously, I am really disappointed with the services...Please expedite your service as per Laju in Malay is cepat, pantas, serta-merta which is nothing of the three...

Setiap kali beli online inilah tempat yang akan sangkut sampai berhari hari. Kadang2 tulis dah keluar pastu patah balik. Rasa sebab LAJU sangat kot sampai parcel xsempat turun. Penang selalu 2 hari dah sampai. Ni dah seminggu. Bukan pertama kali. Sebelum ni 2 3 minggu baru sampai. Oii..... Kerja betol2 lah! Orang bayar kot untuk servis.

Saya punya barang pending dihub dari 7 december 2017.still no update.. Dh one week process.. Tak kan x settle lg.. Just update receiver sekurang-kurangnye tahu update status ni no respon.. Call dh lebih sepuluh kali no respond even email also no respond..

Service slow
hi....just want to complain about the delivery....sebelum ni dalam masa 1 hari je boleh sampai barang...kenapa sekarang slow eh?...ade problem ke?...item saya dah dipos bulan lepas...tapi pada 5 december baru ada update saya punya parcel and baru di pick up....then patutnye minggu lepas dah boleh sampai...sekarang saya kena tunggu lagi sebab barang dah dihantar semula ke org yang pos tu sebab saya tak ada kat rumah...please fix your service if u guys got problem you guys should tell us

Not receive my parcel yet
Hye. Im waiting my parcel since 5/12/17. The item first dispatched out from Pos Laju Jitra , Consignment dispatch out from transit office at Pos Laju Alor Setar. Then on 6/12/17 the item processed at Pusat Mel Nasional then again Consignment dispatch out from transit office at the same place. In the same day the item arived at delivery facility at Pos Laju Segambut and item dispatched out fron Pos Laju Segambut. On 7/12/17 it say item dispatched out from Pos Laju Kepong but Im not live in Kepong area but I keep waiting. But then on 8/12/17 the item get back again at Pos Laju Segambut (Item dispatched out), its normal ?? And recently status on 9/12/17 item processed at Poslaju Parcel Hub and consignment dispatch out from the same place. And till now I don't get ny update about recent status of my parcel. I understand its public holiday but why my parcel get back at Poslaju Segambut ? And can someone explain what is the meaning of POSLAJU PARCEL HUB ??

6 DEC 2017, CONSIGNMENT JUST DISPATCH OUT FROM TRANSIT OFFICE.
7 DEC 2017, AFTER 6 DEC DISPATCH OUT, NO MORE UPDATE ALREADY, THAN I (SENDER) CALL 1300300300 FOR REPORT NO UPDATE SYSTEM (CALL WHOLE DAY JUST GOT ANSWER)
8 DEC 2017, STILL NO UPDATE.
9 DEC 2017, STILL NO UPDATE.
10 DEC 2017, NO WORKING DAY.
11 DEC 2017, SELANGOR AREA PUBLIC HOLIDAY.
I SEND A PARCEL ONLY FROM SELANGOR AREA TO PENANG NEED 3WEEKS, AND ALWAYS NOBODAY ANSWER THE POSLAJU HOTLINE NUMBER. HOW CAN I FOLLOW UP MY PARCEL? STILL DELAY. WHO PAY WITH THE PARCEL DELAY AND STILL NO UPDATE WHT WE NEED TO DO? JUST STILL WAITING UNTILL SYSTEM UPDATE?

POOR SERVICE FOR POSLAJU
My parcel was posted by the supplier on 30th Nov 2017, until today ( 8/12/2017) i haven receive my parcel yet.
I had called them more than 50 times to Poslaju Nilai Branch 06-7994393/ 06-7994168 but no one pick up. What is the point that putting contact number and customer can't reach them ?!!!!!!!!! And i try to called center number 1300-300-300 also no one pick up the line !!! keep on waiting the line more then 10min also no one pick up the call !!!
at last , due to no ppl answer my call, i purposely went to poslaju nilai branch in taman semarak to check what happen with my parcel..
When i reach there, 1 malay lady attend me.. after checking the tracking number of my parcel, she told me that my parcel is in our branch and they try to send out on 4/12/2017 but no one receive the parcel so they send back to office. Then 5/12/2017 - 7/12/2017 they never try to send 2nd times. then i told her, since i'm here now, can u check and i want my parcel now.. she said u can't take yr parcel now . i really donno where is yr parcel , and donno where they put, is too many parcel behind, u just wait for the delivery lah ..!!!!!
WTH & WTF IS THIS ? IS THIS THE SERVICE THAT POSLAJU SHOULD PROVIDE TO CUSTOMER ?
what it means donno where is my parcel ???? since i'm there , just find my parcel lah !!!!

PARCEL TO SPORE- HELD AT MYKULA
RE" TRACKING No": CP 136366978MY
Sent 1 small parcel to Singapore on 14th AUGUST/2017 - it cost RM 38.00 - but till now not delivered
TRACK & TRACE SYSTEM shows that it had beeN held MUKULA office on 11th SEPT/2017. - but no reason given.
The parcel contain only Educational reference book.
Emailed complaint but till now no response from POS MALAYSIA.
At least POS MALAYSIA could inform us the reason for the parcel to be held in MYKULA Officeand what is the next course of action to be taken.It had been more Than 2 months but no response from POS Malaysia.
Their Phone lines are are useless ...
Our client are waiting for the Parcel- What shoudl i do???
Should I report to the CONSUMER COURT- PLease advise ....

No one picks up toll free number or branch no.
I have been calling customer service toll free no. 1-300-300-300 More than 12 times in a span of 4 days at different hours. No one picks up!!!
Also the Kepong Poslaju branch.
This is extremely disappointing. All I wanted to check was a non delivery item..

Masuk ni kali ke 3 punya barang saya Xboleh check tracking number. Bila check .. Dia tulis 'tracking information is not available' .. Mmg POSLAJU lambat update sistem ea. Memang normal ke kalau buat keja lambat ni?? Kalau lambat update sistem, tapi brang smpai takpe. Ni dengan barang pun tak sampaii . Hampeh ar

Kenapa pos laju sekarang ne lembab sangat buat keja..x reti nk call kh no custemer yg received barang...check tracking no out of delivery dari jm10am pai jm6pm d tunggu x muncul2 jua..last2 check balik tracking no boleh plak dorg hantar balik p pos opis...sdgkn alamat yg d guna untuk penghantaran alamat yg slalu d guna setiap kali brurusan dgn pos laju...bikin sakit hati larh keja orang2 pos laju ne...

Poslaju service
My items arrived at poslaju brickfields on 9nov17 but it’s still has not been delivered yet until today 16nov17. On Monday, 13nov17 I called the customer service to check on the status, she told me she will arrange for the item to be delivered to my home address and expected to receive it by 15nov17. Today,16nov17 i still have not received it yet. So i made another call and i was told that my item cannot be delivered to my home address. I need to collect it myself. I was so frustrated. Why didnt they tell me earlier that i need to collect it? You should have tell me earlier when i made the first call. I told the second officer that I couldn’t go and collect it today because i just went through knee operation therefore i couldn’t walk. What upset me the most is that,the second officer said when i made the first call the officer wanted to tell me that they actually couldn’t deliver it to my home(after confirming that i will get the item by 15nov17), but my phone line got cut off. If that’s the case,couldn’t you make the effort to call me back to inform me?I suppose this is not how you should perform your duty right? What if I didn’t make the effort to call to check on the status? My item will be return back to the sender after i paid everything? This is not how you treat your customer.
Please look into this matter thoroughly. I know I am not the only one experiencing this.
