Poor Service
How long my product still need to stuck at pos laju? I been few weeks already and i do paid for delivery fee. I'm frustrated with pos laju service!

Salam sejahtera. Saya ingin bertanya tentang masalah perkhidmatan pos Malaysia di PO Kota Belud. Berapa lama barang saya perlu di tahan di sana? Saya telah buat aduan melalui telefon pada 24hb yang lalu untuk penghantaran terus ke alamat rumah saya, namum sehingga hari ini masih belum saya terima. Mohon tolong ambil tindakan segera. Saya bayar perkhidmatan anda. Bukan secara percuma. 3 barang saya pending di post office. Berikut saya sertakan bukti ‘kelembapan’ pihak anda bertindak. Sila hubungi saya sekiranya ada masalah.

Hi, this is three times I did order from lazada and shopee sites, they sent my order by post laju but post laju never delivery to my place. And the third time post laju refused to gave my order when I went to collect.
Plz if you don't like to take response so no need to take the order for delivery because usually customers no have time for shopping that's y they do online shopping, but if no delivery by post what's the benefits of online shopping?

Slow deliver service
Why I sure the pos express to send my letter and it have been 3 days didn't reach. I pay rm3 for the pos express and I get the slow service. Why!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delay Pickup, Failed Delivery
1st time: Pick-Up References Number CD 59435 on 19.10.2017
* Never Pick-Up
2nd time: Pick-Up References Number CD 64656 on 20.10.2017
* Pick-Up on 20.10.2017
* Return to Sender on 25.10.2017 due to Packing Problem
Please give me an acceptable reason.
1 ) Why failed pickup for the 1st time?
2 ) The 2nd time, pick-up on the 20.10.2017, but failed delivery because of packing problem?! Well, then why didn't return to sender on the next day, but after 5 days (25.10.2017) !?
We need posLAJU, not posLAMBAT !!!
I called 1 300 88 5258, they said for complaint problem you need to call 1 300 300 300, we are pickup department only.
By the way, thank you for your patience and manners to the person who is answering me.
3 ) And why 1 300 300 300 NOBODY PICKUP the PHONE CALL?!

Complaint about Slow Delivery & Didn't sent to Reiceiver
Sibu, Sararak don't have NinjaVan Courier (Selangor), so that transfered to Poslaju on 6 Oct. But Poslaju picked up on 10 Oct, then delivered until to Poslaju Sungai Merah Sibu (12 Oct) but parcel just left their office didn't do anything. Until 14 Oct I went to Poslaju office and got the parcel for my own. Please improve, thank you.

disappointed service very bad
I call the customer care service 1300300300 but no connect to speak to anyone,no people answer,just listern to the robot talk again and again.Pos laju balakong this office very bad service work attitude is very bad.i changed few addresses also unsuccessful sent,but another pos office was successfully sent .this is not first time ,if not improved then this will cause other people time trouble

Masalah Perkhidmatan atau Kakitangan ?
Assalamualaikum & Salam Sejahtera.
**Rujuk gambar dibawah**
Cheras ke Johor Bahru (hari ke-3) barang still tak sampai.
Sebelum ni saya hantar barang dari Pos Laju Tampoi, Johor kirim ke KL ke Terengganu, Sarawak ambil masa 1 hari saja da sampai.
Perlu ke tunggu sampai 3 or 4,5,6 hari ? Esok Jumaat 13/10/2017 (PO JB closed) then dibuka semula hari Ahad. Ahad office kami closed. So, disini saya berharap teruskanlah melambatkan penghantaran barang tu ye sampai ke minggu depan (hari bekerja).
Hal sebegini disebabkan masalah perkhidmatan atau masalah kakitangan ye ?
Maaf jika terkasar bahasa. Kami sebagai pengguna ada hak untuk bersuara dan memberi pendapat masing-masing.

Delivery lambat
Item sent out on 4/10/17 wednesday morning.
From kota kinabalu to kulai,johor.
Waiting till now never get any delivery yet.
Status of item tracking number has been received at Kulaijaya Pos laju 8/10/17 morning time.
Is it we need to wait for a weeks?why so late?
Johor gov off on friday&saturday.Is it take a many days
to deliver to customer?😞

POS MALAYSIA complaint of delay
I have some goods from Amazon.com on 31 July 2017 reference tracking nos LX629499425US. According to Pos Malaysia tracking record online shows that the goods arrived Kuala Lumpur and was cleared from the Custom on 11 Aug to the Pos Malaysia.
I have made a report to Pos Malaysia Refer Report Nos: 170-905-0861. Until today, i don't received any reply from Pos Malaysia regarding this matters.

Lost Tracking!
The tracking systems doesn't move at all, last updated saying "Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office" been stuck there for 2 days. Takkan la barang dari KL ke JB amek mase 2-3 hari. Pakai beca ke apa untuk delivery ke JB? Until today haven't receive my item. Called the hotline no. but no one answering! only the automated answer were answering the phone! poor service! Worst experience la!

Terribly slow delivery
The seller has posted the item on 27th Sept if I'm not mistaken, I checked the delivery status and it says UNDELIVERED and its almost the same time when i check it every day, and it finally says Item can be picked up from the Collection center, what is this? the postman didn't even reach my house, no note that has been left to tell me that the postman came before and I have to pick up? my tracking code is EP329683636MY, please do something, this is not the 1st time it happened to me

Postman Attitude
The postman here at Poslaju Nilai has a really bad attitude.
First, instead of sending our parcel to front door of my unit, he will just phone call me and ask me to take my parcel at the lobby of my apartment which cause inconvenience to us as sometimes I am busy cooking or having shower. Apart from that, while they calling me, they speak with very bad attitude just like we are not the customers. Eg, “Hello, ini Poslaju, turun ambil parcel SEKARANG.” Sometimes, I missed a call from that postman and when I realised I call it back. The postman will not answer the call and we have to come down and check whether he is still at the Lobby as the parcel cannot be collected at the same day after the delivery is unsuccessful.

Late delivery, lack of system track update
This is Pos Laju or Pos Lambat service, i have been waiting my parcel for 2 & half weeks already, parcel was posted 14th sep from Kuantan to Kota Kinabalu, today 3th Oct, i haven't receive it, even on the tracking system it stuck at Kuching transit hub, i've call pos care & manage to get an update of the parcel, know what?? the parcel already arrive 22nd sep at Pos Laju KK & no sign of delivery, how bzy are you there pos laju staff?? slow as ####, this is the worst experience i ever had with Pos Laju.

Delivery lambat
cakap 3 hari sampai. ni. dah 3 hari. x sampai2. kita check tracking dah smpai. tpi pegi ofis poslaju. dari pkul 2 smpai 5 petang tunggu di ofis poslaju. last2 disuruh dtg lagi esok. buat apa kat poslaju tu? buat barang ke hantar barang dengan cepat?

Tlg cepatkan delivery saya.....mainly this item Ep367924725my....dh dekat2 1minggu 4 hari dah....haih..blm dpt lagi..plz.be fast.......if ade banyak delivery hore ppl for it...don't juz sit doing ntg.......think rasionally......think matured too...sorry for this kind of complain but im really over it....ade org ingat saya tipu mereka and all......nama saya makin hari makin buruk so tlg hantarkan cepat
