ITEM STUCK FOR 2 WEEKS AND COUNTING
MY ITEM HAS REACHED MALAYSIA SINCE 28/12/17 AND CLEARED BUT CUSTOMES AND ARRIVED AT ECBC, PMN, SHAH ALAM ON 1 JANUARY 2018.
I CALLED PMN BUT THEY SAID THEY CANNOT CHECK ANYTHING ABOUT MY PARCEL AS THEY ONLY WORK IN ADMINISTRATION.
I CALLED POSLAJU SHAH ALAM AND FINALLY SOMEONE PICKED UP AFTER 7TH ATTEMPT. GUESS WHAT, BASED ON THEIR INTERNAL CHECK THE ITEM WAS NOT PROCESSED YET UNTIL NOW (4 JANUARY 2018).
NOTE THAT I CALLED THE HOTLINE NUMBER 20 TIMES AND NOONE EVER ANSWER ME. POSLAJU MIGHT AS WELL FIRED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT A WASTE.
ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW SINCE THE SELLER SHIPPED MY ITEM. "POSLAJU: BAD SERVICE, SLOW DELIVERY". ALREAADY FILED COMPLAINT TO KPDNKK, MCMC, LWE, SHOPEE.

NO FURTHER UPDATE SINCE THEN!!!!
Besides, why is the customer service center is so terrible? NO ONE is picking up AT ALL!

Cannot check the tracking number of my package
Enterprise say she was send the package on(28/12/17) to poslaju.But few days i just try to check the package tracking number at internet (online)..it show me not this package..is the system problem or what issues? Can let me know the package at where , tracking number:EN954199448MY

No delivery or status update aince 27/12/17
Parcel arrived in Penang post office since 27/12/17 but until now no sign of delivery at all. No one is picking up the phone. Please expedite the delivery please. Or if not please have the officers to pick up the phone so that at least we can speak to someone. Tracking number: EN976514053MY

Never update my tracking number
Pls update my tracking number already 9 days no news. Its a present for my daughter who is birthday today untill now no news some more it's not cheap for send from Ukraine I spend 310 rm for the service but I see no service at all my tracking number CP875595720UA

More than 1 week item not received - ER104293316MY
I order an item from SHOPEE on 15 December. I pay RM23.19 for your service but your service too slow. More than 1 week item not received.
Please check status for my parcel just update 18 & 19th December only. Suppose I received on 20 Dec.
Appreciated if your site can take actian why take long time to update in your system and why my parcel still pending for delivery.

Your tracking system is worst
My parcel is nowhere to be found in the tracking system which posted 3 days ago. Checked personally with the post office, it is already input in the system. My another parcel is already half way to the receiver, today it is no longer in the tracking system, nothing like it does not exist. Your tracking system sucks!

Parcel still in Balakong for 5 days!
Whoa Pos Laju, ur service is beyond worse! No other words to describe. My parcel was posted out by seller on 20th dec and arrived at Balakong Pos Laju on 22nd dec, and until now no sign of "out for delivery". Sleeping? Lately Pos Laju is being extremely inefficient. If you have lack of man power why not hire more? there are lots of people looking for job, so hire more man power la....haiya!!! teruk la. Call ur customer service, no one picks up. Complaint at facebook, no response also. So i will find every corner to post my complain till you upgrade your service.

Call hotline for a few days, call KL branch for a few days, call Penang for a few days, NO ONE PICK UP.

My parcel EG613227424MY has not been send out and is stuck with the status " Item can be collected at
Pos Laju Brickfields" since 18/12/17. CANT even call the branch number , the call was purposely hung up after 1 second. Bad Service

Parcel EG613227424MY stuck in Brickfields branch : "Item can be collected at PosLaju Brickfields" since 18/12/2017 . It hasn't send to me not even once. Called but it was purposedly hanged up after 1 second.

Good day, refer to the tracking no. EN944474976MY,
parcel accepted by 8 Dec 2017 and there's problem on delivery due to address issue
(why didn't clarify this issue with the sender on the spot while accepting the parcel ??) ,
thus requested second delivery with another address by Tue (12 Dec 2017) to request .
It mentioned will need 2 business days to proceed (i.e. 14 Dec 2017)
yet the status shown the item was sent back to the depart hub by 14 Dec 2017.
2nd time request for 2nd deliver by 15 Dec 2017, yet NO REPLY again
(is it your e-feedback form is open to public for fun ??) .
I appreciate your assistance to proceed the request of 2nd delivery to the new address.
We as the Malaysian who stationed oversea still choose to use your service for delivery,
can please concern our situation that we can't drop by to collect back the parcel ??
