Poor postal services

I am one of the residents from Courtyard & Upper Sanctuary apartment, MJC new Township, Jalan Batu Kawah, Kuching wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the service of your postal services. The daily routine of the postman is did not put the letter in the mailbox but left it on the mailbox, causing a lot of letters lost or wet. This situation persists for several months from June 2017 - present. We as residents feel dissatisfied with the services provided. We need your prompt action to prevent such things recur in the future.

I am one of the residents from Courtyard & Upper Sanctuary Apartment, MJC New Township, Jalan Batu Kawah, Kuching want to express my dissatisfaction with your postal services.

Every day Postman did not put the letter into the mailbox but left it above the mailbox causing many letters lost or wet. This situation persists for several months from June 2017 - present. We as residents feel dissatisfied with the services provided.

Here I attached pictures for future reference and action from your side.

Pos Office Brickfields

Please look into the laziness of this outlet Pos Office Brickfields. All my packages are done thru here and everytime it is unsuccessful delivery even though I am working from home. My security calls me whenever there is a visitor and I receive no notification slip. SO HOW is it an unsuccessful delivery?? I've been facing this so many times then I'm telling the sellers PLs don't ship to me via Poslaju because I know brickfields handle my shipments. I thought I am the only one until I saw the Google reviews on this outlet. 81 reviews all saying the same thing as me. Something must be wrong with the staff there, lazy and irresponsible.

Update: I spent 2 hours in the city jam to go there and collect only after 4 working days and they say they sent back to sender yesterday. And yet this morning i checked before leaving and it was still able to collect. I drove angry and frustrated. What is wrong with you people?? They don't even give a shit. Now i got another package just reach their outlet even after I tell the seller NOT to use Poslaju. Are you guys just collecting the shipping fee without doing anything at all? Just sit there and mark unsuccessful and wait for people to collect.

Very slow delivery

My parcel sent out from Penang on 14/9/2017 finally arrived in my mail box over the last weekend (today is 25/9/2017). I am in KL. I called the customer care line 1300 300 300 so many times but unable to connect to anyone to speak. I send email on 19/9/2017 and receive an auto reply stating that someone will answer me in 2 days, but no reply after waited two days.

Very slow delivery

My parcel sent out from Penang on 14/9/2017 finally arrived in my office letter box over the last weekend (today is 25/9/2017). Before this I called the customer service 1300300300 many times, but cannot connect to anyone to speak. I sent an email on 19/9/2017 and I received an auto reply that someone will response in two days time, but no reply at all. I like Poslaju but please improve the service.

Poor service

FRUST....

Ini adalah kali pertama sy niaga online n poskn brg ke customer guna khidmat pos laju. Setau sy bila guna khidmat pos laju..brg akn smpi dlm 3 hari..Saya pos laju barang 18/9/2017..10 unit (9 unit ke kl, 1 unit ke neg9)...tp sehingga mlm ni (21/9/2017)...cm brg ke neg 9 je customer terima tgh hari td...yg 9 unit lg di kl belum lagi smpi ke tgn customer...sy cek no tracking masih di pos laju parcel hub...tidak bergerak...yg peliknya nape di neg 9 brg blh smpi? Sy byk kali kol pos laju utk bertny status brg...tp x dpt2....Esok cuti maal hijrah...Sy rs malu dgn customer....disebabkn servis yg lmbt cmni...

Terrible service

I have been kept calling customer service hotline almost 1 hour but totally don't have worker pick up my call !!! How come the operating hour still indicate start from 8:30am ??? I'm really disappointed with POSLAJU service !!! Wasting my time & money , still cannot solve my problem !!!

Tried to call them to get clear process if i would like to send my wife to collect but no one answer.

i am work at RHB investment Bank at Muar. i received call from poslaju worker, but he cannot find my home address, i ask him send to my office at Bank,he say he dun know that bank and location, i say i can take from their office, and ask when can take, he say he vy busy, he cannot confirm his time, then hang out my phone.
As a poslaju worker dun know RHB bank at bandar Muar, vy too much.

attitude vy bad, they cannot find our location ask take our things myself. then call him back, ask when can go to their office take, he say cannot confirm time. then ask him send to my office at bandar muar, becouse i work at bank, he also say dun know. slow delivery

Why is Pos Malaysia taking sooo sloow! Its been more than 3 weeks, and still no sign of my delivery. The latest update on tracking was on August 27 stating that parcel is out for delivery from hq at KLIA Nilai. Does it take THAT LONG to send my goods from Nilai to Seremban? Every time I call them no one answers (they must be busy with their hands doing something, I guess). Just because your a GLC company, does not give you the right to give bad service to customers.

Unethical Clerk

My pos laju docket EH 54 965 080 0MY.
Please hire clerk who really want to work and dedicated to their work.
Your Taman Kinrara branch clerk does not bother to read that my parcels are fragile. He just fit my parcels in the plastic bag and dont bother to check them then throw them in the cart!
You broke our sentimental memories when 1 of as the parcel is broken.
I hate your service!!!!!

Why need to open my parcel?

WHY DID YOU NEED TO OPEN MY PARCEL?
Do you all know the real price of the things that I send it back to Malaysia? You all don't know right!
So you all just agak by yourself and just take it if you think the price is not correct? HOW CAN YOU DO THAT?
This is the problem of privacy not just on your own decission!
How you just open all by yourself and not even asking from the sender or the receiver? You also can tell the receiver to open by themself and NOT ON YOURSELF!
THIS IS THE PROBLEM OF PRIVACY! So this is what poslaju to do right? If the presents in the parcel are too expensive so the officer can opened all by himself or herself? THIS NOT MAKE A SENSE!
And to us just depend on our own luck and depend on the officer's mood? What the hell is this?
By the way, I repeat one more time IF YOU REALLY NEED TO OPEN THE PARCEL JUST TELL THE RECEIVER TO OPEN BY THEMSELF NOT BY THE OFFICER HIMSELF OF HERSELF! THIS IS THE REALLY BIG PROBLEM OF THE PRIVARY!
