Why my parcel taking so long ???? It's already 13 days I'm waiting for my parcel arrive !!! CONSIGNMENT DISPATHC OUT FROM TRANSIT OFFICE ??? No update until today ! Very2 poor service ! SERVIS TERUK. PALING TERUK.

4 kali datang ofis pos laju dlm hari yang sama tapi tak boleh ambil barang. Alasan nya barang tak punggah lagi. kalau dh tahu tak boleh punggah jangan berjanji dgn pelanggan. macm baru sehari bekerja!!. membazir minyak je dtg sana. tolong hantar pekerja pergi khusus.

Item dah kata out for delivery, tpi x smpai smpai juga. Fyi, pos laju tu dekat je dgn destination yg kena hantar item tu. x smpai 15 minit pun. ini dari pagi x kan x smpai lagi. Aku perati je ni. dah 5 hari macam ni. Buat malu je. Nama jak pos laju tpi service mengecewakan. lambat gila. baik tukar gi pos lambat. ni dah 2018 lah tolonglah improve service tu. kalau nak cny pun, x kan trs x bagi komitmen? melampau gila. kalau item tu emergency n mmg kena dptkan segera mcm mna? Fikirlah. POS LAJU X BOLE HARAP!

item dah tulis dah out for delivered. meaning item x lama lagi lah sampai. tpi sampai skrg x smpai. Noob lah pos laju ni. nama je pos laju, tpi lambat gila. please lah. ubahlah service tu. buat malu je. memalukan je. aku mmg x percaya pos laju ni, tpi seller tu yg guna pos laju. haihh. WHERE'S MY PARCEL

I read the poslaju notice said that if the parcel is sent before 13th of February, the parcel should be arrive before CNY starts but I'm still here waiting for my parcel since 10th of February.
Does the Poslaju staff not doing their job? I had almost the same problem last year and I don't want it to happen again.
No offense to the sender because she is experienced.

Failed to delivery as promised, disappointed!

Posted several parcels to East Malaysia the last couple of days. For one of the parcels to Kuching, it’s been two days and there has been no update at all! How is this is possible?
Another parcel to KK, posted over the counter last week and today the update is that it has only arrived at delivery facility (but not out for dispatch). How can this be? What happened to next day delivery and confirmed delivery before CNY for deliveries before 13th of Feb??
One more example, another parcel, from Subang to SG Besi. Posted over the counter on the 8th of February, 13th of February at 5pm it was still at cawangan serahan sg besi. This is so unacceptable! How do they expect people to use them for business or to trust their services?

Stuck at transit office for 2 days and haven't arrive delivery facility at pos laju Kuala Lumpur

Two of these were dispatched out from transit office since 12/2/2018, the destination for these two parcel are Kuala Lumpur, other parcel also dispatched out from transit office on 12/2/2018 but already delivered to my customer although the destination was more far than these two parcel above such as Melaka.

RUDE AND UNTIMELY

Good day,

Please take immediate action to deliver my parcel by today.
As checked, it was delivered at 8:54pm.
This is rude and untimely. Your working hours are up to 5:30pm.
How could you expect people to wait for you until now.
Been trying your hotline and that doesn't even help as no one is carrying the phone.
If my parcel did not get couriered today, I will escalate my issue.
I paid for the courier and I deserve my parcel to be couriered.

Stuck in Transit Office

I've called my nearest poslaju courier and they said my parcel which is an iPhone inside, stuck at KLIA with other 8 phones that need to be shipped to Sarawak. it has been one week plus and im worried and frustrated of the fact that im not gonna receive the parcel before cny. i URGENTLY NEED THE PARCEL ASAP 😫😫😫😫 pls poslaju. do your things. fix whats not right! 😫πŸ˜ͺ
