Rude

So on the 9th of December around 7 45pm, in the ipoh headquarters, I wasn't sure of the procedures as i had never been there. I then proceeded to take a number. When the number finally came, i went to the counter and handed my pick up parcel form. She then went on to rudely tell me to put it in the box and called me 'Mabuk'. This is completely unacceptable. I am extremely cheesed off and flabbergasted by this comment.

very irresponsible service

Dear Pos Malaysia,

i would like to make an official complain regarding the poslaju of my area , which is poslaju kuantan (located at jalan bukit ubi). I noticed that the poslaju in my area has been very extremely lazy. Every single time that the item is being send to my house, the poslaju van never bothers to come, but rather they would just put all kinds of excuses on the tracking list for not being to be able to deliver on that day. For example, wrong address, unsuccessful delivery, owner not in home, when i have been clearly waiting for them since the morning. i find it very extremely irritating, as every single time i have to go to the poslaju office to pick it up myself and wait very long. i am a medical doctor working in the kuantan general hospital and i am most of the time quite busy to go to the office to pick it up, so i would appreciate if the item can be delievered to my home on the day itself rather than the pos man being lazy and finding all kinds of excuses for not delivering it. I find that most of the time, after a few days the normal pos man would just casually drop a delivery slip in my mail box asking me to go pick it up myself, i find this totally irresponsible and lazy. please rectify this problem at once or i will be force to bring it to the high up. M

Poor Customer Service

When I entered the Post Office, 2 persons were being served. When NO.3 staff finished with her customer, the customer that came in after me, was served and this continued for the next 10mins as the customer at NO. 2 was still being served. Is each staff only trained for a specific duty i.e bills? very bad system, customers should be served on a first come basis.

So Lousy Pos Express

Recently, I posted a card to one of my buyers through pos Express.
I trusted this pos Express because they issued a tracking number.
2 days passed and I checked the tracking number.
WOW! "Invalid"
My customer has not received the item.
Tried calling customer service for 2 hours and that bgm was so annoying.
What is this.
What's the point of using pos Express when the service is like normal mail
WHY DO YOU EVEN GIVE A TRACKING NUMBER

Unresponsiveness behavior

Dear Pos Laju,

I want to ask,if we not around at home, suppose you guys should give us an letter for collection goods at Pos Laju Office right?
Is it possible for you guys to give our neighborhood our goods to consign for us when we back? Is it possible to claim our goods with Pos Laju if our goods are missing? Be professional.

Haven't reach my box since 23 August

Seriously I cant trust this Pos Laju Malaysia.
In 2016 still missing delivery items?

Unable to get proper answer from customer care.
Trucking is still departed from KL on 23rd August but customer care said, if the box is not fit the container, they won't load the box. So where is my box now?

I sent another boxes from Singapore on 1st September and it reached to Japan on 30th September.
This is normal shipment. Malaysia and Indonesia are still unable to trust. Very unprofessional, inconvenience and poor services.

I am really regret to use Pos Malaysia i/o Pos Singapore.

Missing Mail

I have notice that my insurance invoice, bank statement, invoices from telco and mails have not being send to me for more than a two months. I am getting penalty for late payment. Please help.

So slow

Saya nak tanya, driver truck dari post hub shah alam mengalami kemalangan ka semalam? Sebab sampai sekarang x sampai. Call penang post laju dye kata lori x sampai lagi, saya gtau lori dah keluar dari hub malam semalam tp dye tetap kata mmg x sampai lagi lori. I asume lori jatuh gaung or xsiden laa.. dun mean to be rude, tp with u guys there are no point cakap lek lok...? Please check if anything happen to the truck... kesian family dorang... xtau ahli keluarga dorang kat mana idup ke tidak? Almaklum dari semalam keluar dari shah alam pukul 9mlm sampai sekarang x sampai penang lagi.

Bad Customer Service at Pos Malaysia Taman Kinrara

Dear Pos Malaysia,

Kindly be informed that we wish to file a complaint against En.Zailan, POS Malaysia staff at Taman Kinrara. We visited the office at around 12.30 pm on 19/11/16 to send a package in which we were asked to return the package. We were provided with the POS Laju envelope and consignment form ( contract) by the company who asked us to return package. En Zailan who was providing assistance to us was clueless about the form and on top of that he was rude towards us (i.e urging us to fill in form which he just gave us a few second ago). Secondly, we found out the printed address postcode on the consignment form was incorrect in which we tried to inform En. Zailan (Counter 4), however, he was rude again towards us and refuse to listen when we politely inform him that the postcode was wrong.

Please provide counsel and take necessary disciplinary action. We wish not to have unpleasant experience while visiting the POS Office again.

Parcel dissapeared apparently in my country N.Z?

I ordered something from eBay on 29th october it's now November 16th nearly 17th and still no parcel-Apparently it reached here (New Zealand) from wherever it came from originally on the 8th November but my countries postal service doesn't no anything about it and when I ask after ship which is the only way I seem to be able to see anything regarding this package they tell me to phone Malaysia post which will be very expensive from where I am and especially hard after the earthquake we just had-Which BTW has nothing to do with the loss of the package as it happened 4 days before the quake-HELP-what's going on and where do I look for my parcel-SYBSJ76753949 (tracking number)

Very poor Service

Dear Pos Laju
day by day your service is getting very poor im not sure it is because of your workers or the system you are having. but any how you ppl need to do something "POS Laju" have its own reputation dont spoiled it by own. sender posted the item on 21st oct now 26th till now i did not receive and when i called the customer care they are saying will receive on 27th. its weird from kampar to penang took 6days???! another case is when we gave company address bi logically should know whats the office hour but always come to deliver after working hour cause to unsuccessful delivery finally status shows collect at post office. come guys we are not paying for collect by our self

Tax refund cheque not delivered

It's about one month hasil dalam negari has sent my tax refund cheque by national post . I checked the address with them everything is correct but until now I have not recieved it. They told me that they sent the cheque to post shah alam. But no track number no anything else.

Service getting worse, this will be.my last dealing with pos laju

Postcode: 93350

13.10.16-online tracking, parcel in ;
Bandar: Chukai
State: Terengganu
Postcode: 24000

I expected delivery in kuching latest by 13.10.16 but unfortunately the purpose of filling up the city/state/post code column are irrelevant to pos laju. Pls tell me that pos laju are hiring the blind & illiterate to handle parcels since this year??

Service getting worse, this will be.my last dealing with pos laju

Package sent to US never arrived

I mailed a package of clothing and small souvenirs to the United States at Malaysia Pos in KL's Suria shopping center in March 2016. It has been over six months and the package has not arrived. I assume it never will. The woman at the Malaysia Pos service counter took my money and said she would put my package in a better mailing envelope. Then she called another customer to her desk. I did not see her put my package in a mailing envelope nor did I see her afix the postage. I still have the receipt for the mailing envelope and postage. I wonder if there is anything I can do to recover my belongings?

Bad service/poor public relations

The machine issuing the numbers was not working properly and button A was faulty so I pressed button B instead which is for all services. Waited for more than 40 minutes for my turn and when I gave my bills for payment, the counter clerk told me to get a number from button A. Hello! Was it my fault that the machine was not in good working condition?
But the attitude of the staff was atrocious. At least she should have carried out my transaction instead of asking me to start the queue all over again.
Please investigate and train the staff to be more helpful and courteous to ALL customers. At least we are still using your service and Pos Malaysia should be thankful for that.

VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!

Dear Poslaju Malaysia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible poor service !!!! Don’t you know what the meaning of LAJU (FAST) !!!!! The dealer from PJ has post my ordered item on last Friday and my correspondent address at PUDU only not USA or any other PLANET!!
As I know the parcel must reached by Monday. I do tracking every day, it shown that the item was out for delivery on Monday but when I’ve checked with my family members who stays at home from morning to night, they said haven’t received any parcel. I’ve tried to call to the branch which is handling my parcel (Cheras), nobody answer and always busy. Finally I’ve tried to call to the General Customer Service Line, same story. Finally I’ve tried call to 03-22672267 and ask to connect the line to respective department. When query about my parcel they said already out for delivery and it on the way. Ok fine... I keep calm until the next day.

Yesterday I’ve go through the same thing to contact them. Busy… Busy... Busy… I’ve asked the operator why my things haven’t reach my hands, supposed yesterday should delivered. He assumed some reasons for late delivery and given me the idiot answers. I said there is no chance you give me the reason, NOBODY AT HOME! He said today confirm will deliver.
This morning when I’ve checked the online tracking, stated as Error!! But only after few mins it turned to unsuccessful and remark to self-collect.

OMG I don't understand why my things haven’t reach my hands yet!! WHY the poslaju guy didn't call to ask if he can't reach my address or what??? Like other courier service, they did a good job when they call us if they're confused about the address or addressee not available.

Poor Service

It's a long waits when waiting a parcel from Sabah, but understand that of course it will take longer time than usual. Unfortunately when it is the day which I should receive my parcel (I do tracking it everyday), it shown that the item was out for delivery but only after 28mins it turned to unsuccessful and remark to self-collect.

I don't know what happen but WHY the poslaju guy didn't call to ask if he can't reach my office or what??? Like other courier service, they did a good job when they call us if they're confuse about the address.

In my other case, Poslaju wrongly sent my parcel to other hub. And I need to wait for another day to receive my parcel.

Poslaju is actually no more laju...Boooo!

Delay and bad service

If you ride a bicycle through your item destination is much more better than use POSLAJU EMS. Never trust this F..king post service, I sent a document by them I was told also I checked on their website that it takes only 3 to 5 days to deliver my item. But it took 13 days!!! From Kuala Lumpur to the capital of my country!!! They sent out my document on the third day!!! I hate them coz of their delay I suffered a big amount of money. Never use it my advice to you guys.

Missing Mail

We have been sending letters to Malaysia for some 40 years.
In the last 5 years we try NOT to send any cards, as they rarely get delivered...
Some one is thieving the contents believing there is money or gifts inside.
Yes 'Thieving'
3 weeks ago we sent 20 invitation cards to celebrate an anniversary - guess what
NONE were delivered - POST MALAYSIA should be ashamed - your countrymen
and women should be ashamed.

Bad Services

Last month, I go for online shopping and they use POS Malaysia as delivery source.

After the stated promised day (15 days), I still haven't receive my parcel, then I email to POS about this problem.
Then I just receive a notice that I don't have stay at the place when they delivered.
The truth is I stay at my house whole day long but the POS haven't call me or message me about the delivery information.

Then fine, they ask me go to POS office take or request for secondary delivery.
Of course I will request for second delivery.
Then I give them my full name, address and phone number for second delivery issue.

After that, they promised a date that will arrange for second delivery and i think that day I will receive it.
Unfortunately, I fail to receive it again.
I ask another times about this issue, they give me another date.
As you though, it failed again.
It really disappointed me.

I ask them why the problem will occur but they don't answer me.
I ask few times already but none of an email answer me what's the problems is.

After the failed delivery, I ask again, then they just tell me that my parcel already send bank to sender after 15 days stay in the office.
I felt very angry about it because, in previous email, they just tell me that they will arranged for second delivery to me but not to sender.
Until I ask and ask, they just tell me that the parcel already send back to sender.
Why? Why? Why?

I ask again about why this will occur and what's the meaning for yours to take my full name, address and phone number but not delivery the parcel to me.
They don't have answer me what's the problems is and why this will occur?

What's the means that you stated a date for delivery but none of it is true?
Is you play fool with me?
The date you stated just a decoration?

If you don't want send the parcel to me in the beginning, then why you ask my full name, address and phone number and ask me request for secondary delivery?
Is yours do in other use?
I felt threaten for your action.

Why in the end, you send my parcel back to sender but not me?
But ask my details?

Can you please responsible for your job respectively?
What's the solution that you had done?
Any compensation for yours to offset my lost?

Now I am trouble in receive the parcel due to yours mistake.
Why yours can do until that (Can't solve customer problems but have trouble to them such as me? Don't answer customer question such as me?)?
Then what's the meaning of exist customer services?

Before I write at here, I already mention that if I don't get answer, I will just questioning and complaint at here.
They still don't want answer me my question but said other not much related to my questions.
You don't care it will ruin your reputation, why I care about it.

Now your company trust to me is lower and lower, almost none.
This is because none of a date you said can be trusted.

What's the means that you apologize but not solve my problems?
I think this customer service is very very poor to answering questions.
Please learned how to answer questions okay?
I am very mad after email few times but none of am email answer my questions.
Don't answer other nonsense things to me.
I just need straight to the point.

Please take action but not just apologize but no result at all.
If apologize can solve all problems, then what's the meaning of exist lawyer and police?

I need answer.
Please answer me.
I had lost all my patient for keep waiting for the answers.

I need answers.
I will keep emailing, questioning and complaining until I get a reasonable and satisfied answer.

Please take it seriously.

Worst customer call center ever

minggu lepas, saya ada buat postage motosikal dari batu pahat ke pulau pinang. Semuanya diuruskan oleh bapa saya. Pada mulanya ianya nampak berjalan lancar. Setelah beberapa hari menunggu, saya cek barang melalui tracking number menunjukkan motor saya telah sampai ke penang. Untuk mendapatkan kepastian, saya menelefon Penang poslaju call center. Setelah memberi butiran postage, kemudian si penjaga call center tu tanya saya alamat. Then masa tu otak saya hang kejap. Kemudian saya bertanya balik alamat yang yg mane. Last2 saya kene marah balik sebab dia ckp x tahu alamat. Kene marah kaw2 pnye.Kak penjaga telefon tu, lain cakap tu biar terang and senang nk faham. Kalau cakap ALAMAT PENERIMA kan senang, xde nak gaduh2nye. Ni x mention ALAMAT je.bukannya alamat saya ade satu je kt msia ni.aduh hang palace otak. Serik dh pkai poslaju. Aku sarankan pkai la courier service lain. Biar mahal janji puas hati, daripada murah tapi service mcm jilakee.

Dear Customer Service,

Greetings from 10 Semantan Block B!

We regret to inform that your sending of Letters thru normal post takes too long and often takes a month or two. It is only a normal post with 60cents stamps.

We have to endure our clients' dissatisfaction and disappointment over the mail which is not delivered or takes too long to deliver.

How long will a normal post can reach the destination?

We are Condo Management and most of the owners rely on Posting to receive their bills.

Our envelopes (200++) in total not even reached their destination up to date:-

1. Invoice sent on 02-04th July 2016 (a lot of owners has yet to receive; some complained that it takes one month for them to receive); Post in Sri Damansara and Bangsar

2. Our AGM Notices sent on 23rd to 24th July 2016 (few owners received); Post in Sri Damansara

3. 10 Semantan Block B Berita sent on 28th July - 30th July 2016 (until now no owners received). Post in Sri DAmansara


Why it takes too long for the Post Office to send? It will really affect our business. Please look into this matter seriously. We are very unhappy with your service, if there is any other normal post company, we will not use Post Office to deliver our letters.

Superb low efficiency

Items sent from singapore friend from the same day to malaysia sarawak and also taiwan to another friend..yet taiwan friend received the parcel on second day after the date sent by my friend..to sarawak malaysai..even almost a week i still havent get my parcel..my friend paid money for post laju service and yet what we get is post lambat services..can you please be fast for delivery items? If i am in hurry,i sent my things through post laju and i get it late then why i have to sending muly items using pos laju??? Please answer my question and you stated there your customer service from 830am till 8pm and yet i make a caled to you by 745pm..no people is answering and keep entertained me with your nice music

Tardy post delivery services

We, residents of Taman Megah Mas , Petaling Jaya, Selangor (post code 47301) wished to lodge a complaint regarding the tardiness of the postal delivery services in our taman. Quite a number of our Taman residents' mails have been delivered to the wrong addresses within our taman. This has been going on for the past 1 month or so.

We hope our complaints would be looked into expeditiously as we are afraid some important mails , bills (eg. Bil Cukai Takisiran),shares allotment forms ,etc might be lost or arrived too late which could result in monetary losses, potential or otherwise.
