land line 0112912270, iqama no:2247126200 , Device No: HG658 V2 Home Gateway. No internet connection due some technical problem, i hver check the cable connection is ok in stc db as well as in device. Please clarify and solve this issue as soon as possible.

Very long time incoming and out going not working in our landline , but payment bills only received, toll free number nor working , no proper guide of complaints points

I have billing sim of stc I paid 168 at 4 April 2018 but my net was not working then I activate 100 GB data but after billing data also automatically activated. Now both Bill I have to pay. But how it possible 2 difirent pakg at one sim . And how can both work at one sim at the same time . Please I want return my money

Hi,

My internet speed has been fine before my vaccation, After my arrival the INTERNET speed is very slow compared to the speed which i have been utlizing for more than 2 years.

Please advice so that any alternative or remedies can be made to sort out this issue.

My internet connection is(Home broadband) is not working before 2 days ago.
I complaint at customer care center at(900) in Jeddah , but no anyone come untill to solve my problem .

Please solve my problem, if you didn't able to solve my problem then please cancel it my internet connection, I have an other solution. I will buy a zain internet bundle.
