Dear Sir,

I cancelled my landline Internet on 25th - August -2015. Also paid balance amount that was 480 SAR. Land line number is 0133631926 and A/C number is 2026002187. On the same day I took 149/month 10 mbps plan. But now received old one bills which I cancelled before and paid all bills. I went 5 times to Jubail STC office, every time Manger says it will be resolved in two days. But still remains same, please look into this issue and solve my bill issue.

We have subscribed our line for 149 per month, but it is only supplying under 2Mbps, would you please rectify or let us know what to do to restore to original speed. i contacted customer service like 14 times and each time they say they will fix it and send technician but never happened..if there is no proper service then whats the point in me paying my monthly bills?
