My STC internet fiber connection was not working for last 6 days. While i got tired to registered complain many time but my issue still not solved. Every time I recharge 10SR. There is VAS charges 7.50SR deducted from that 10SR. Pls remove this VAS charges from number 0503162809. Thanks.

This is to inform you regarding my internet connection, i observe around consistent 1 week my connection stop every 8:30 AM and resume 6:30 PM. Please send one of your technician to rectify the issue. Landline # 014958073. Even the customer service you provide calling 900 is really useless.
