Billing Issue
Dear STC Team,
Hi... A.Salam Good Day ! Regrading my STC internet connection i need to cancel because i am going vocation i pay all stc bills but now he also asking pay the modem device 495.58 Riyal ,but when i purchase this STC conection that time he is asking this modem is free but when i need to cancel the connection he is asking pay first modem device payment then we cancel the internet please tell what i do i am waiting for your reply thankss...sir my iqama no is 2371183308,and service no is 1740818584 and Account No is 2033109248.

Stc phone disconnection
Dear Sir,
I have been updated my stc number by finger print, at stc store. And happen to my number saying that your telephone has been disconnect to due to non payment please settle this matter promptly or your service will be cancel. I have enough load, i can't call and send message.

But computer operator entered two mechine on my iqama.

Sir, I want to complain about internet service of stc employees. I want a internet connection at my home. I submit a application at stc office after that one of the employee stc company comes to my home and check the internet connection of the outside cable line of stc. He says, some problem in cable line, I will come again after 2 days and start your internet connection. But 10 days left, no one come to my home. Please take some action about stc employees. Cancellation of Uninstalled Internet Connection/Subscriptoin
Cancellation of my Landline internet connection
Dear Sir,
I want to cancel my STC landline internet connection/subscription. I have submitted the cancellation request in the STC office and they suggested me to call 900 and ask the service department to cancel this connection. I received SMS that I have landline number and it is activated.The technician also called me but unfortunately they cannot install the line because the available line box is full. I tried several times to connect service department, but I unable to connect with them and no one transfers the call to the concern department. My landline connection number is 0133449984. Kindly have a look at this and do the needful at the earliest.

FOOLISH INTERNET PROMO
Dear STC Service department,
I am writing of a matter which I am confident will be of interest to you.
My STC landline no 0138946192 for 10MB package worth of SR149 per month. Last January 24 2016. I received a phone call from your customer service representative which was offering me to upgrade my package from 10MB to 40MB for additional cost of SR10 per month or SR159 per month, so with this very attractive offer I agree or avail the offer.
The dilemma start January 24 2016 @ 8:42 pm when I received SMS mentioning that my credit limit was upgraded to SR450 per month. I was surprised. That was not the arrangement we made with the STC CSR. It’s very clear that there’s a negligence of duty from the side of STC CSR and Service Department. They did not update properly my package.
The next day January 25 2016 @ 8:15 in the morning I called STC Service department and I spoke to Mr. Mohammed Sharif, relaying my complaint and he gave me the complaint reference 7435488 and advised me to wait for the call of STC representative to fix the issue. I’ve been waiting for a call regarding with my complaint but no one contacted me. January 27 2016 Lunch time. I called again STC service department making follow up with the issue and Mr. Mohammed Sharif advised me to visit any STC branch to fix the issue, okay I followed Mr. Mohammed Sharif advised. I went to STC Rashid Mall alkhobar to raise my complaint. And again I am hopeless. The CSR at STC rashid mall alkhobar force me to pay SR450 in order to fix the issue. And he told me that the only solutions he can help is I have to pay and that the only time he will downgrade my package.
Is there anyone who can help me to out of this missed. I psychologically disturb about the bill SR450. I don’t deserved this. I Just want is to return my original package 10MB SR149 per month that’s it so simple.
I would like you to know that I had foreseen the possibility of doing business with your company in the future. Unfortunately, however, that will not occur if I am to expect this type of service. Surely, my unfortunate experience is not in alignment with your reputation, which I hear is of high caliber.
