We have subscribed our line for .20Mbps, but it is only supplying 11Mbps, would you please rectify or let us know what to do to restore to original speed.

i am trying to disconnect/cancell STC connection scince last november, but couldnot, i called 907 & 906, they said go to jubail STC office, when i go to office they said call at 907, i dont know what to do, internet service is disconnected in december, but bill is comming every month, now it become 1500SR balance with me which i didnot used.
i dont know where to complain, who is responsible for this issue.

Today in my busy schedule I visited at STC main office located in King Fahad Road - Riyadh.
My token was 1195 so crowd from 5 pm till 6:50 pm i was longing to disconnect my land line.
When i got my turn the staff in counter 7 simply within 3 seconds enforced me to come tomorrow on same time.

No reason bestowed

I have also sacrificed duty and visit at STC office
The staff must get input from customers it is my grievance.

Hope STC Authority will take necessary action

I am zahid iqbal from Dammam city.My land line number is.03-8327934. i have also internet facility on this number.I am very Disoppoint to find the STC phone land line and internet services. Because i am complaining about my phone and internet for 3 days consistently at 907 and customers services center Head office In Dammam. there is no dial tone and net speed is very wick and poor like STC services. I request you if you could not give us good services in land line and internet then please pick up your phone set and internet modem from my room. then i will take services from other land line and internet services.please check my landline and internet devices and provide me your repair services as soon as possible.thanks

I am Receiving Monthly Billing without Installation & Using of Service.
In the month of November 2012 I have Contacted STC for Land-line & Internet Connection I received a land-line Number through SMS 12925512 the very next day technician came and said due to unavailability of port in the DB box they cannot install the service I said OK no problem close my request I don't want service anymore. I didn't even Sign or gave my ID Proof. Then Suddenly from February 2013 in am getting bill SR. 245 and in March 2013 SR. 344 since I received the SMS for bill I contacted STC many times and raised a complaint request but still they did not processed my request and I am receiving bill for the Service which is not yet installed and used.

i Rasheed ahmed Land line no 48382409 i am using 3 year stc Internet 5 month before my land line disconnected with my permission no i went to vacation that's why now i am applied for new connection office accepted my application but the technician refused he is telling there no port vacant my old line 48353763 still there not disconnected,i know there is also 2 connection disconnected have vacant port but this technician not working properly he isn't coming here, today also got stc message technician will come and give your connection but i called him several time not responding please send another one technician please
