Technician complaint

Dear STC Team,

Yesterday a STC technician(Jamal) came to troubleshoot my neighbor connection issue and he switched off my connection and connect the other cable, kindly check and let me know why he remove my cable from port #30.

Currently I have lost my connection.

Out going Barred

Discontinue the internet services

Dear Sirs!

I am using fiber Optic Modem from Non 2014 @ monthly subscription of 164 SAR per month with the 10 Mbps package. Just 3 months before STC without my consent changed the package from 10 mbps to 40 mbps which i never enjoyed also and started charging me @ 354 SAR per month. Now i want to discontinue the internet services as i cant afford to pay 354 SAR per month please guide me in this regard.

Dear STC,

Kindly please fix our internet broadband connection with my landline number 2035765452 or 02035765452 My iqama no -2316727953.I went to franchiseof STC they said call to 900. I already called the customer hotline 900 but the voice prompt is Arabic and every time I press the technical support the customer service always says that the number that i press is not for technical support. Please solve this problem ASAP.I am suffering because this problem since Saturday.

STC Landline And Internet Connection Problem

I have problem with my landline phone and DSL internet connection for 6 days. I have called 900 for further clarification. No response after 48 hours. My landline number 0126620212. I made a complaint again through live chat MySTC. Case report number 7733905. Please response regarding my problem. I am considering for other internet operator if this problem not solved.

LAND LINE PHONE - OUTGOING CALL STOP

I paid already my previous bill and only I have to paid the latest bill, my landline no. is 012 287 5227, I can't call outside but I receiving the calls, and I can't understand why stc stop my outgoing call service, even the due date to the current bill is still valid till next month.

Kindly check and open my outgoing call services.

Fiber optic Internet

Dear Sir

I am going on final exit, currently using STC fiber optic internet from last 6 months. could you please advise me that i can go for final exit without disconnection of my STC internet. if not what is the procedure for disconnection?

Is it possible to transfer the same internet package to some body else, kindly let me know the procedure and cost?

bill problem

i am using landline number0126230169 I have got excess amount on my bill. when my line cut the amount on the message was 334.84 SR after one hour when i went to sedad they told the amount is 752 SR the following day when i checked my account the message was 620.39 Sr and when i checked the detail for this month is 285.55 SR. It is clear there is something wrong with my account. Would you please check for me so that i can pay and get connected.
