STC new DSL connection applied

NO call received form STC for one week.then try to call but lazy people lieing on phone with lame excuse. like the don have any available number. i told them i apply online and i have the number issued by system. some are sying wait 2 days then 3 days then ...
after 3 week when i call stc they told me that the number which i am telling is on someone else name.
Now apply with new application 2 week is going on.

If you cant provide services to your customers please dont comite.

I applied for new internet line (20mbps), Technician came to fix it. But they told that some problem from main line and you to complain to Our STC service and i try to connect with customer service but there is no response.

I am using STC landline internet service sine last 3 years. Now I am going back to my country. I would like to transfer the ownership of internet landline to my room mate. Further I would like to ask, is there any charges of deactivation or transferring landline internet connection.

I know this is not the forum for what I have asked but if you help me out , I would be greatly appreciated.

I upgraded my stc internet to 40 mb but i m getting 20 mb speed. I called for complaint they told me to enter landline number. I entered it but voice said that it is incorrect number. Need help.
