Well I was going to make a complaint about your “twig” tobacco but it seems there’s not much point judging by the lack of response from other complaints?!!! So I’ll just say you’ve lost another customer 👍. I won’t waste another penny on your poor quality products.

Im not happy with this product I always have this but now the last 5 packs I’ve bought is disgusting and I’d like refund or replacement goods

since you have produced this new Sterling Duel cigs they have a distinct smell which smells like asbestos and the smell makes me feel very angry and uncomfortable.what you are doing to them I do not know ,but I wont be buying them again .lambert and butler are the same and i will not touch them from now on ,very sad you have chosen to mess with original brand .like every thing else cost cutting and greed involved /get the money but give out bad product thinking it doesn.t matter they will sell .not me anymore/shame on all of you profiteers

Sterling dual menthols cigarettes bought from the premier shop in a ten packet how come and why????!!! bought two packets £4.50 each only to open the packet to find the cigarettes were brown absolutely fuming took one packet back to the shop got my money back don’t understand how the shops are selling ten packets this needs to be sorted as they stopped selling tens years ago.....

Purchased sterling superking original red cigarette and found a whole cigarette paper inside my cigarette.
The cigarette paper found was another brand of cigarette (Winchester brand)

This is the scoundrel time I’ve bought the brand I smoke and have been disappointed in the way the products are made as I’m a paying customer and it is my choice to smoke I am fuming.. as if we pay this money to be sold a poor product.

I been smoking sterling for years and since the 30g started only being for sale IV noticed each packet I buy every week the baccy is half missing very loose and tampered with its from a local store in Bangor and the packet is in a see through packet over the tobacco pouch so it's cleery your fault it's dissapointing to waste money on tobacco half missing all the time and quarter of the rislas

i purchased a 50 grm pouch of tobacco from my local store and when i got it home and opened it the smell almost made me sick .I have lodged a formal complaint but i have had no response at all which im not happy about at all the smell got worse when i pulled out enough tobacco to do a hand rolled roll up ,it would be good if i could get some kind of response from the company at some point.

I purchased a 30g tobacco pouch from a Tesco store in Derby and I was very disappointed to find that the rolling papers were not included with the tobbaco. The pouch clearly states that the rolling papers are included. I would like to know why I have encountered this problem.

I make role up out my cigs as I don't like backy but I came across some blue plastic

I have smoked your cigarettes for years now and never had a problem with them until the past few weeks.
Am finding that they are going out and needing to be relitseveral times.
As a smoker you can imagine that this is quite annoying when you are trying to enjoy a cigarette.
Not sure if it could be a bad batch but would recommend you check into this problem please.

why can my local shop charge £8.70 for a pack of sterling superkings and other shops charge £8.15 a pack there is something wrong here

hi i brought 30g of bacci and there isnt 30 in there ive weighted it and its 20 this is a joke ive been byeing this for years not realising im getting ripped of this is descusting its false advertising i would like someone to come back and explaine why there doing this to customers because im surttenly not happy about this what so ever!!!

I recently purchased my 120 of my this brand , I’ve been smoking them for some years now .
I am now thinking of changing brands as when openingthe first packet from the Tesco petrol station in Honiton I could hardly feel the usual menthol hit...??? Obviously the reason for my choice is for the menthol , I preserved through the first packet but not enjoying them and feeling more of the harshness on my throat without the menthol , the second packet was better but now on my third and it’s back to the hardly any menthol.
I’m tempted to take the rest back as I don’t want to smoke this version.. I’m so disappointed, it’s not like you can try one and return that packet.. I really hope this is a bad batch , but then that would speak volumes about the quality control on these .. how can this even happen???

Hi, this morning at 5.45am I purchased two packs of sterling king size that were two x 20 packets. Im astonished that I can purchase One pack of sterling king size in morrisons or asda here in cardiff for £8.00 and this petrol station garage today the 25/09/17 were a whopping £9.65 a pack. i have bought a pack of 100 sterling superkings green but when i got home and opened them up 60 were sterling blue i could not take tham back as i had opened the multipack seal! please reply on where i can return as this is a lot of money to waste!!

Hi.. sterling tabacco 30g dont contain 30g it contains 20g why does it say on the tabacco package 30g when its 20g that's fraud with the whole package its 30g on the box it shoud say 30g and just the tabacco shoud say 20g and that misleading customers and not happy at all because ive been buying sterling tabacco for ages now if my complaint don'tget looked into i will be reporting this to rip of Britain and crime stopers this is fraud I've measured it in weighing scale and its measures 20g not 30g

I have been buying sterling red for some time I always buy a blister pack 200 when I opened one pack it was sealed like the others to my surprise there weren't any cigarettes in the packet I wasn't happy as it was my last packet and didn't have any more money to buy any more very dissatisfied with this

Stirling blue

I have been smoking for over 30yrs and have never had cigarettes this bad for quality before. After lighting the cigarette and having a couple of puffs, when you flick the ash the hole tip comes away with. It's like the cigarette is not packed tight enough. You loose a lot of the cigarette with this. I smoke 20 a day and since the packets have been changed 80% of my cigarettes are doing this. They are not cheap and am now looking for a better quality cigarette.

The taste has changed dramatically. They are harsh, unpleasant, not menthol, make you cough and make you actually want to stop smoking. Not a bad thing many would say. However, I feel that consumers are being ripped off in a totally immoral and inappropriate manner. On this website no spokesperson from the manufacturer has made any comment. Why is that? 43
