Verification of cardholder processing
I have an acct. With US bank Reliacard and had a dispute of transaction on 10/08 the following day received a text stating they needed Id verification that allows me to send picture of state Id and selfie. They sent me a new card because of dispute. Was told when uploaded selfie they would contact me if more information was needed.Never received dispute form in mail but received new card that was not activated. Tried to activate card could not because waiting on selfie process. Called several times to find if any problems with selfie but they said send in another one it might be the problem. Received a letter the 10/16 stating I needed to upload state id and selfie which by now have sent multiple time but sent in another one. Kept calling still no one could tell me if they received selfie and I'd. After was told to call back 11/02 was told to contact PUA at [email protected] because they couldn't verify So I asked why they couldn't give me an answer and it was out of their hand but this whole time my claim is open with no issues and is at $980. The next day received a text to upload again then 20 minutes later received a text that is was validated and was activated so I call and they tell me it's still not activated and someone would call me back. Called today and was told it was a mistake that it was validated and to send another upload. This has been at least 25 hrs. On phone no relief money for a month and no one can answer my questions and every one has a different opinion of what's going on and communication within this department with fraud I'd is just mind blowing. So I guess I'm back at the beginning with no food no way to pay bills all because of a dispute whick has never even been handled Wow

Reliacard frozen
Changed address...Now I am unable to pay my bill's, or buy food, or anything else. Soon I will be homeless. I can not believe that this has happened.. Keep getting the run around..Their customer service representative dont care about you or your problem. Hopefully a lawsuit will be started for us to claim damages.
Any advise on how to get my money would be appreciated

Usreliacard unlawfully closed my case of disputed transactions
Realiacard sent my card to an address that I haven't been at in over five years I received my eligibility letter from unemployment at my home address but never got the card so after waiting for five hours on hold I finally get through to these people to find out they sent my card to a different address and that it's active and being used! So they shit it off sent me transactions to dispute and papers to sign I signed everything I had disputed all transactions and have a open state police investigation active and they are refusing to pay any money back these people robbed a single mother of two children for $14,000.00 I am forced to stay home with the kids to homeschool been denied child support from the father and these they refuse to pay me my money this isn't over I will be sueing you people and I will get my money back if it's my last dying breath don't trust this bank people they are unlawful thief's and don't give a damn about your money thier security of people's information and money is so unperfesional it's pethetic. My children are suffering because of you. It's really convenient that you sent the denial of repayment letter to the right address though.

CARD FROZE, FAX # NOT WORKING
My card was frozen because I changed my address. I was told to Fax my ID and mail to 844-748-7428. The fax number doesn't work. What am I supposed to do?? I can't use my card!

My ReliaCard froze because I had to do a change of address. I was told to FAX my ID and mail to FAX # 844-748-7428 , but the FAX # doesn't work!!!! What am I supposed to do?! This is crazy.

Card locked twice for Chang of address
My name is Todd Tingler my card has been locked twice now for the same reason. First time three weeks and this time going on two. they ask for the same information over and over and take a week to get a response. Enough is enough I have bills to pay. The unemployment office doesn't understand the issues with you guys. Distribute the money like your supposed to. I got new ID new birth certificate sent social security card government letters and my W-2. Why and how is my info invalid when that exact info was used to unlock it last month. FROZE RELICARD
Over a month now my funds have been held hostage! If you make one mistake on a spelling, address street name, ave, or unit (apt) you will be investigated by their fraud dept. This is when you will not ever get access to you account it seems! They make you FAX FAX!!! your I.D and a bill to them and say they can't read it, or have some other excuses as to why they have not resolved my case! I mean you fax a colored ID and even a bill, on a fax it will not look very readable, and make people feel like it is their fault entirely! The BIGGEST thing is they DONOT, DONOT communicate! Their answer to how I would know whether or not my account has been fixed is to try and use it. At a ATM, store etc.. Ok, when you TRY AND USE IT you get penalized for declined transactions compounding the problem 10 times more THAN it has to be! Who the HE!@ came up with these guidelines and unethical ways of helping the consumer?
1. I move- pay a bill at my new address- account froze. (my misunderstanding of how my profile and address should have been chaged, but should not have to suffer for weeks because of it.)
2. I call and they had no clue what was going on.
3. I call and call and call and call, finally it is said my case is being reviewed by the fraud dept. Ok I can understand that and respect it, but the case never EVER leaves it seems.
4.I send in ID and bill
5. they didn't tell me to put Card ID number on cover page
6. resend it and my card was turned on for maybe a few days
7. account froze AGAIN!
8. Resend same stuff and its not right? blurry, small? "What?????? "you accepted it the first time!??"
9. Resend it numerous times knowing it can be read if they utilize there computer skills WHICH they should have. I mean a little extra help would be nice. Use a document viewer upload it into a hard drive and enlarge it. DONT have people FAX!! use a secure email and attachment method so things can be read.
10. over a month later waiting on this part to go through.
11. They WILL NOT UPDATE CARD HOLDERS AS TO THE STAUSA OF THE CLAIM! So the lines are ALWAYS FLOODED because they will not communicate to the card holders. We have zero peace of mind, in the middle of a pandemic too, utilities getting shut off, getting threatened to get kicked out of apt.
11. a They finally send a replacement card, and I was feeling good about it. well whahmp whamp whaa it cannot be activated because the old card is still tied to my account still. This starts the whole send in crap thing again!! I'm over it!!!!
12. (there's more but I am wore out and will leave it here) Because I WILL be getting back on the phone until it is resolved, they write me a check with my balance, or my lawyer gets involved!

Unlock my vard
I have something stolen money off my card online they send me a card but they have it frozen I can't get my money it's been a week and they're saying that I have to upload ID and a selfie I have done that a week ago now told me to do it again it's just just horrible and awesome like there's no solution

I too have an PA pandemic unemployment card from US bank ReliaCard and have been frozen going on 3 months. I have sent the necessary information to them at least 5 times. They keep giving the excuses that they never received them or that they can't read them! I've enlarged the documents but still the heartless reps won't help at all. They say the offline people unfreeze everything and no one can access those people. Ridiculous! I spend so much time, hours a day trying to get this resolved, it seems useless and they won't free up my money. No reason was ever given for freezing my $ in the first place. They need a govt. agency to come down on them hard. They have no right to continue to do this. It looks like they are a 3rd party to US Bank so maybe everyone on this board should contact US Bank directly. Terrible service from a seemingly bad company.

Frozen account AGAIN
US Bank has once AGAIN froze my account!!! I spent 3 weeks in pure hell for them to finally turn around and send me a new card which I haven’t even had for a week just for them to freeze my account again!!! I didn’t get to pay half of my bills from the last time these idiots did this to me!! This is ridiculous!! So now I have to sit here and WAIT AGAIN for MY MONEY!! Who are these dumb asses?! I’m sick of having to prove my identity every day time I make a purchase they turn around and freeze my account!!!!

Us.Bank.Reliacard requested a copy of Driver license photo enlarged at 200%, social security card and up to date mailing address back in August, 2020. As requested I replied promptly, Unemployment office of Pennsylvania accepted documents and informed me that they've contacted Us.Bank on numerous occasions and there has been no cooperation. Which has place me in financial hardship during these difficult times. Thank you for your time in this matter.

US BANK IS FRUAD
I had a few fruad charges on my account so I filed a dispute they credited they account and then blocked my account requesting documents like SSN CARD DRIVER LICENSE AND W2/PAYSTUB they said after 24-48 hours your account will be reinstated! It’s been a moth I faxed over the information about 4 times and even upload it on their website, all the reps says nothing shows they even received it in the system and no way to get in contact with that department just know if u guys are reading this I don’t see any hope , if u believe in god keep the faith cause this that’s the only way we might get our accounts back working

My card was locked and have been trying to get it unlocked for weeks. Faxed them twice and called at least 5 times. Very difficult to get through and when you do the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Always get different answers but no on seems to be able to resolve the problem. Not sure why the State of Pa. does not do something. Will try my State REp next.

(Fixed in 2 days) Two steps :
Step 1 --- Yes, send the FAX ( 844-748-7428 )
to verify your identity, including a copy of your gov't issued picture ID (driver license, state ID card etc.) your name & card ID #. *BUT* in order for them to be able to read your ID card, it needs to be ENLARGED by 3x and DARKENED by 2x before faxing it to them. DO NOT FAX IT YOURSELF !!
Step 2 --- Instead, call your state elected representative in your state legislative district for help. Tell him or her the urgency of your situation. Ask him or her to fax it for you (on State Legislature letterhead). Then text or Email your docs to your state Rep. Stay in contact until the problem is resolved.
