Dear sir, I would like to inform you that Each time I will reload my Zain Prepaid Sim Card, just after few hours after I reload it and when I check the balance it is reduced already even I didn't use it, and if I have a load of 15.00 SAR after few hours without using it the remaining balance will become 0.00 SAR only, and after my balance will be zero even I didn't use it, I never subscribe for any services or use mobile data. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible, thanks

Since 13th June 2019, I cannot browse the internet with above number sim card. I have contacted your customer care around 50 times but the problem remains the same.
Yesterday I have contacted your local branch and purchased a new sim with the same number, unfortunately, the problem not solved.
I have raised various tickets in ZAIN portal and explained well, but your team is closing the tickets with resolving the issue.
Please confirm if your team cannot solve the problem I will cancel my connections.
It is really shaming that a company like a ZAIN cannot solve the problem of the customer and closing the tickets without resolving.
Please look into this matter and arrange to solve the problem at the earliest.

This is second incident and complain to block the attached number issues on my iqama without my permission and knowledge.
how come zain issue numbers on other iqama, it's really very bad service and incident, you can easily catch the sale person who issue the numbers on other ID'

Balance Deducted on Prepaid Sim
My Zain number is 0598347654 and i add 10 SAR in my account in this morning.My last package was 750 MB and 75 Minutes for 1 week.This morning i call zain center to check that the package is renew or not he said wait it will update automatically.Now balance has been deducted but the SMS i didn't received and the package is not shown on my number.
For Call center why wait 10 minutes every time? Now second time i Call Zain Service same 10 Minutes wait first and the man tell me that you used internet so your balance has cut.But still i received messages that i have anniversary 2000MB is balance.It means you show in message MB Free and when we use it charged.Very Bad Services

On my Zain number 0598347654 today i have add 10 SAR Balance and for confirm my last package which is 750 MB and 75 Minutes for 1 Week.I call the call center today he said the package will automatically renew because the package has activated on your sim.Now my balance has deducted but the package not activate can you check.
