10GB Data Packege Deactivation

On 15 April 2017 at about 10:13P.M., I subscribed to 10GB bundle but on 16 April at about 9:15A.M. the same package was deactivated, mistakenly. When I contacted the Zain representative, I was informed that I lost 10GB and 75SR also.
There must be some solution that if this happens mistakenly than at least there should be some minimun returnable GB or amount.
Kindly, redress my complaint.

deducting the money without calling or using net

my phone no is 0598255460.When ever i am charhing with out using phone or not the amount is reducing continously.yesterday night i have charged 50 sr,but today when i checked the balance is 43 sr.i did not make any outcall or used net.i am fed up of charging.i might close this time if not corrected.

Sim not working

Intrenet slow

Am using monthly pospaid pakage149 riyal this
problems for evry day internet slow but am speed test check dwonlode 5.50mbs and uplode10.90mbs but internet call very poor sound and all browser slow all so youtube slow please help me any friends ?????

ZAIN POSTPAID 4G

I would like to recommend to all please don't buy Zain post paid 4G package (149 SAR), its download speed 99% less than 1 MB, Speed is better if you are using limited package like 65GB or 300GB. So take care about your money and time wasting.

Internet bundle issue

I have recharge my account 0595531225 on 7 april with 20 riyal card and send command for 400mb pakage but till today 8 april 1130 hrs i have not yet received data or confirmation message, amazing thing in all this i also unable to cal operator through 959. If try to do so system wil redirect to 1st loop automatic.

Disconnected line

Hello.

My number is 0599696909 and i changed mu subscription to the Shabab 249.
My line was stopped for no reason and i am now unable to make or receive phone calls.
I called your services (which was a disaster), visited the branch and called again (i asked to speak to the manager but i was told he was "unavailable") and my libe still doesn't work.
How can you ask people to upgrade to an "evolved" service when it's not even working!!!
This is just ridiculous!!
You HAVE to do something about ALL YOUR SERVICES in KSA as you won't be left with any customers!
Do you know what your mistake costs me?

Internet connection

Hello sir,
Last month i buy net sim to zain office(abquiq branch)here in ksa but when i use that sim i always have weak net connection which was not happened on my past net bundle,may phone is 4G LTE and i check every settings on my phone but there is no problem in it, that is why i thought it was the net sim problem,well if you have problem with your network please inform us or please help me solve my issue because my job is depending on you,,i am a zain user since my first time here in the kingdom..thank you

Cancellation of NET and CALLING sim

I went to zain office which is located in hail region , (NEXT TO PANDA) , One month before exactly and cancelled all my net sim and call sim ..but till today I could'nt able to get new sim from othet network like (mobily,stc) .every alternative day im going to mobily office to buy a new sim , but the officer in mobily telling me that still ur qkama having sim card frim other network and u need to cancell it ...again I use to go zain office to enquire whether all my sim cards are cancelled ..the offucer in zain will tell ur qakama have no sim card currently ...I dont know what to do ..since one I have no sim card ...zain is very worst network they not giving correct information for the coustmers...and also network is very low sometimes ...please give me a solution how to know that I have how many sim under my qakama and how to cancel it

Zain Internet Calling

Problem with Internet Calling since last 3 days in Bahri and these Zain people don't even bother to fix it. Rather they are asking me to change my phone or application used for internet calling. They think the problem is with WhatsApp & Facebook. Zain is bigger than these companies and will ask the entire people of Bahri to change their phone.

At last they accepted that there is a problem with their network in Bahri area and will try to solve this problem but no idea when it will be. They closed my complaint without my consent.

They charge money like anything and the network is pathetic.

Using Sudani and MTN without uninterrupted internet calling.

Dead slow Zain internet 3 months prepaid package for 300GB

I recently switched my Zain internet package from unlimited post paid connection to 300GB prepaid 4g package. After having the prepaid package The Zain 4g internet speed is very slow. I am using it in same place at Mushirfah Jeddah. Mostly the download speed is 0.75 megabits per second earlier in post paid package it was 9 megabits.
Thumps Down Zain. Now you have started cheating the customers.

I returned to finish my bussiness and addressed him again ,while accompanied by my mother.
My mother asked Mr. Ahmed Alawi Abdalwahed why he disrespected a customer in such an unprofessional manner .
Answer towards my mother with a firm voice from Mr.Ahmed Alawi Abdalwahed about his manners on March 26,2017 the response from Mr.Ahmed Alawi Abdalwahed was the conversation was over there was no further need to answer any concerns the customer had .Mr.Ahmed Alawi Abdalwahed feels his position gave him the right to give his back and walk away with total disregard for my concerns about my account .I am an American Muslim and feel that Mr.Ahmed Alawi Abdalwahed felt this disrespect was acceptable.
Mr. Ahmed Abdalwahed told my mother for him the conversation had no further purpose, reason being a man in his position and masculinity gave him that right to disscriminate and humiliate a female-with no man to defend her rights was acceptable by disrespecting her in front of twenty men and ZAIN employees.
Has a customer I demand a formal apology and an action proven to me that has been taken towards Mr .Ahmed Alawi Abdalwahed.

I paid 149 sr for 1 month unlimited zain internet sim with have 1 Pocket wifi as a offer But someone stole my password from my pocket wifi so internet is very slow. I want to change my password and I want to use it only myself..so plz give me the information about the change of my password.

FAKE CALLS

Dear All,

I want to share my experience about Fake calls about lottery prize money. I received a call from 059 896 2696 and he said you won a prize of 200,000/- SAR call back on this number for further details. When I told him Why I called back to you. If you are giving 200,000/- then you should make a call or continue with this same call. and then suddenly he started with abuse language.

So beware of these type of calls.

SIM CARDS NOT CANCELLED

I've been tossed back and forth for 5 days as your staffs are incompetent. Most especially the one at Sahara Mall who have been telling me that the system was down since Thursday (March 2) and won't even help me to contact your customer service!!! I had to google it on my own to look for another branch. Went to your branch at Mursalat (RFC009) and filed a cancellation for 2 internet sims on March 5 under the iqama number, 2246604934. According to Mr. Ibrahim Daifallah Alotaibe, it's cancelled already but the next day to my surprise it's still not cancelled!!! Went back to your Sahara Mall branch later that night again where I was poorly treated AGAIN and he shouted at me that it will be cancelled in 15days! What kind of shitty thing is that?! Is that how you treat your clients?? Cancellation after 15days and shouting at them?? You really need to double-screen your future staffs before hiring them. PLEASE CANCEL THE SIMS NOW. You guys are such a burden.

Always internet connection lost

Is there any problem with your network? There are so many people using zain but what and why the network sucks? Im not happy with your service when it came to internet connection. 4g? Really? Its useless. Yah its very cheap but the connection is same as the price. Good luck to your future.
