To cancel my zain postpaid number
Dear Zain Team,
My name is Danish Mehboob Ali Khan and my iqama number is 2426125395. 4 months ago 14th of march 2017 i bought a zain postpaid internet sim 831030473134 from hofuf zain care outlet. I used that one month and after one month i cancelled that date on 11-04-2017. Than now i try to buy a new sim but the older one is showing. That is not cancelled. I go to zain care outlet more than 5-6 times to cancel the old number but they did not solve my problem and because of that i cannot buy any other number. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Detection of balance without any usage
Dear sir,
I am sending this e mail due to unjust dection of balance. I am using zain network , in my account 10 royal is available. I have just take one local call to my friend of 1 min they detect my all balance.
I just want to know this how you detect my balance without any reason.my mobile no is 0595904881.

Poor Internet Speed Zain 4G Postpaid
Dear Sir/Mam,
To whom it may concern, I regret to say that this is the worst internet connection I have ever experienced,
January 2017 I took that Zain postpaid 4G connection 149.00 SAR per month unlimited data plan.
Since that first day when ever I connect it, for a while like 5-10 Minutes I get transfer rate around 1 MB but after within minutes it drops to 50-60 Kbs/Sec.
In the beginning i have registered complaints several time,s according to services center they "increased my speed to 42 MB and its showing in our system your connection is working quite perfectly".
But till now nothing has changed still suffering same problem,
My humble question to you is that problem fixable or not ?
I have already made my mind if doesn't work good i will quit this connection.
I believe that customers feedback matters to you and expecting some better solution on urgent basis.

Deduct balance from main account instead internet package
I have this issue since from 10june 2017.
Many times I have deducted balance from main account instead of Internet pakage.
I already complain the issue at customer's care service (959) but still I didn't get any solution of this technical problem by Zain telecom.

bad service
i was purchased i phone 7 plus and next day i noticed that its volume key are stuked, and they made repair by open the device they did not replaced it and also it takes more than one week. apart from that once i recharged my prepaid zain connection next day itself it shows 70% of data is consumed after on wards speed will reduce alredy it does not have any speed. actuall zain is not treat customers well and also they are not providing better service they only aim to make profit

I want to address one very important issue that needs your attention...I am from Pakistan .On 31st of December 2016 I landed at Jeddah Airport and from there I purchased Zain Sim on my passport... I am using it from last 4 months. On 31st of March 2017 I purchased zain's Data bundle offer of 300 riyal for 3 months. But on 27th April I got message at 12:49 pm that (your sim is going to end today at 2 pm. Make sure your finger prints from near Zain office) Sir i want to tell that i am working in night shift..and i was sleeping at that time... And basically its wrong to inform a customer on a very short notice. Secondly when I went to the Zain office which is near to Makkah Tower and my office, approx 15 times and called on customer center 15 times plus but no body facilitated me with correct information. Every body treated me like a ball. Sir it was ethically wrong not provide even a day to your customer. Today I was informed that you have to buy a new sim and your specific data is also waste. What?? I mean what about my rest (2 month data bundle cost 200 riyal)? Sir I am not a rich person.i am here to work far away from my country ,family and kids just to earn money. These 200 riyals are so precious to me.
Once upon a time this place was the center of justice. Our Beloved Prophet teaches us sincerity and honesty. But Sir this is not fair to me. It is requested to you please give me justice by give me back my offer of Riyal 200.i am waiting for a kind reply from your side.I will b very thankful to you...

Zain representative unprofessionality
Hi
I have changed recently to zain after being a regular user postpaid for mobily for almost 3 years, i needed to change because what i heared about the your good customer service but today i felt i was mistaken about it i took my wife to change her number to zain as well i went to jareer bookstore in sary street in jeddah and it was only one female customer in the queue and i waited your representative to finish with her for one full hour from 10:00 to 11:00 PM standing with my family for your representative to finish and then when it is my turn he told me system is down i told him why you did not tell me from the start he told me you did not ask me as if i should ask him what about the system when i approach him. he was very rude and illogical and it really hurted your image in my mind
