Zain cut my balance give me fake kareeb packge

Dear sir I used zain sim since 2012 and i used kareb package but 2 days ago cut my all money from my account I call helpline he said to me sorry sir our kareeb package have problem then 24 hours it well be fine today again zain dedication my money waallah it's harm ..zain i will receive my money in the day of qayement inshallah i stop using zain sim and i also tell him all my friends and people who are ther he also don't used zain service..

Internet very much slow !!!!!

Dear Sir,

I have purchased my internet sim a month ago. In the beginning the internet download speed is about 11-15 Mega bits / sec, but now from 9-10 days its running very much slow its download speed is about 10-300 Kilo Bytes / sec. Please reply as early as possible.

10 Sim card on my iqama

Somebody using 10 sim cards on my iqama, Already I visited the zain main branch in dammam and submitted the document for cancellation and that person told within 5 days it ll block, But still they haven't block the sim when i called customer care even they are not supportive when ever I call them they will be telling more 24 hrs to resolve this issue.

Please suggest me what can I do and how can I solve this issue.

I had 2 zain sim cards registedered in my iqama. As now only 2 sim cards are allowed in a iqama. I visited the zain office nd requested them to cancel and delete the connection. But still Sims are not deactivated and not removed from the iqama. I visited the office and also contacted the customer care. AND Still my sims haven't been removed. Could you please delete it as soon as possible.

Using my Iqama

Dear Sir,


I just want to complaint that someone using my IQama beacuse when i tried to purchase yesterday January 20, 2017

i just find out that i cannot purchase simcard because they said that it is full already but how come that is full if i didn't buy any

simcard from ZAIN, STC, MOBILY, i just have only one simcard which is from the Jawwy. so how come that my i already purchase

from Zain and how come they use my IQAMA nummber without my pingerfrint.

Please make an actions for this issue because this is a serious matter.

Dear sir my name is faisal naeem today when i call at imo in Pakistan one window was opened in front of me on the screen of my mobile it was showing restart your sim card. i just click on OK then it became again i again click ok after that my sim card is not working i am so worried. Please help me.

I recharged 200GB internet voucher and its showing the data balance as 300GB but internet is not working last 3 days

06/01/2017, i recharged 200GB data voucher on my Zain number 0581505120. recharge successfully done and its showing data balance as 300Gb. unfortunately i cant able to browse since i recharged. i called several times to the customer care and they suggested many ways to resolve the issue but problem is still pending. finally i make complaint # CS43362209 even this complaint was also closed without my feedback and resolve the issue. Again i called customer service to re-open the complaint no. still the problem is pending.......
Please take the necessary action ASAP.

Deduct balance but not issued mb and call minutes

Sir,
I subscribed sabab pacakge of worth sar 110 and zain deducated 110 sar from my balance but didn't issued 5gb and call minutes when I contact to customer care service they told me that due to technical issues they ll issue this balance on 8/01/2017and today is 6/01/2017 it means I have to wait for two days .now tell me who is responsible for these 2 days delay and also they are not returning my balance.
Tell me the solution or give me Comoansison for this.

4G 12 month Unlimited Internet Service Not Working

I have a 12 month 4G Unlimited Internet Service subscription and the speed is very very bad. Today is not working at all. No signal.
Please fix the problem is getting frustrating after paying all this money. The area I am staying is off King Fahd on Prince Sultan Abdulaziz Road in Riyadh.

Scame call from Zain

I received scame call from Zain telephone # 0599180756 , he said my Zain number is selcted for prize. He has given me Zain message code also. He was speaking Hindi/ Urdu , he claimed that he is working in Zain company and this is official call from Zain.He is asking for zain prepaid card SAR 1000 to process gift prize.

Please investigate and traceout the people who are involved in this scame.

Dear Zain Team,

I kindly request to cancel all the 10 sim's which you have issued to fake person's without my knowledge. I visited your office and complaint to your employee, as per his given information he has sent a request for deactivation of all the 10 sim cards and taken my finger print with my iqama copy and said that I will get a call for the verification of deactivation with in two days. But I haven't got any call from zain services. and I have a question? while issuing the sim card's to fake persons you haven't taken any finger print or iqama copy or any verification and when I came to deactivate them you are taking my finger print and my iqama copy, WHY!!! can I get your explanation on this. Is this you are maintaining you customer security while issuing the new sim card's? Its really very strange to know this, and I feel happy that I don't have any sim from Zain.

I need a quick action on this, else I have to take a legal action on issuing sim cards on my iqama to fake person's.

Showing invalid sim

I have one sim card of zain network on my iqama I'd no is 2304977909 and mobile no 0581124707 is disconnected and showing invalid sim because of finger print . I have visited many zain shop but not accepted my finger print. Earlier I went to zain shop in kila tower mekkah and operator says that finger print accepted but inspire of this my no is blocked and I spred this number in bank and can not use mobile banking . so please solve the issue. Verification code

I want to make moi account but unfortunately the secret number which is at the end of the page does not work everytime I enter it tells me wrong format again I try and it shows the same problem I entered 10 times and I lost my temper after that, so if does not work how will I proceed with verification code which is send to mobile number and wrote back in order to complete the account of moi.

When I came to ksa I took a number on my passport then it was not working after 6 months so I told them to get the number on my iqama and they said it's not our rule after 6 months they issued the number to someone else and now he is telling me come to abha and take your number back thanks to the guy.
