very dead speed zain 4g lte mobil wifi

I have 4g Lte WiFi,I couldn't use in my home because I have to go another location out of my area.I informed to customers care but didt take action.more than 20times call to customers care but never mind my problem.

very very bad services

I took new internet sim 3 Months unlimited on 31st October, the

ONLY ONE DAY I USED , THAT IS ALSO VERY SLOW,

Today i faced very very bad experience/problem, i couldn't used your net,
I paid 332 SAR for 3 months Unlimited

with in 2 days had very bad experience
Iam very much upset with your service, signal strength is showing very good but nothing opening

Please resolve it provide me good service for paid amount

Assalamualaikum

Myself Mohammed Abdul Qayyum,during travelling i lost my mobile today. i Request you to block my sim card or give me information about how to block it. so that stranger cannot use my sim card for any purpose.

SIM CARD BLOCKED

I have one sim of Zain network under my iqama id that is blocked or sim is not working.
It shows emergency calls only.
The number is 0592464959.
Under iqama id 2364483020.
My this number is also registered on MOI account.
Now I cannot login to my MOI account because I cannot receive a verification txt msg.
Kindly support about this issue and provide me the better solution to reactivate it for few days.
I'll be thankful to you.

poor signals for 4g lte

I bought datasim for 320 SAR for 3 month internet. I am living in exit 6 and workin in almarai headoffice. Problem is i am getting low signals in room and in office too. Speed is very low and cant do my work. On road outsite home getting full signals, but that gives me no benefit as i cannt work with my laptop on the road. Is iy possible to reimburse me money.

Wireless

I have a 4G wireless internet, it worked perfectly till a month ago and now it is really bad, I called in several times to see what is wrong with the internet and to send someone to at least check on the area, so far no one had contacted me neither they had fixed the issued after calling them several times, it is either that they are doing this on purpose or they do not care about their client.

I just buy 2GB internet sim with zain number 0831033967220 but it say no network. I cannot use and i tried to return to the seller but they did not accept. what will I do. Very Very Poor Speed

I have subscribed for 15 months mifi package. In the beginning speed was enough to open internet pages and now even a single page needs minutes to open.I am very angry with this company.They are robbers. I will never subscribe in future to any of their products.

Disconnected my number in Zain

Please desconnected my number in Zain , iqama no. 2186216608 , Im Jobairah m. Rinabor , cause it's too much coming stranger calling or miss called even Im not using . Or in whatsApp anc tango . I don't need anymore and it's gave me too much trouble blocking me and annoying me and have trouble even with my husband . Thanks .

Zain re-charge

I bought Zain sim card in Riyadh airport last january 28, 2015. but i dopnt have iqama back then, so the teller requested me to give my passport number during that time. but when i received my iqama in my current company, i bough a zain prepaid card to recharge my zain sim card. but everytime i enter my iqama number to re charge my zain sim card, check your iqama number is appering.! i enter my iqama number correctly but still! cant able to recharge my zain sim card!
