Hello,
I recently purchased one ZAIN Internet SIM from one of the outlet giving promotion in National Care Hospital.
Upon getting this Internet SIM, I was told that the Mobile Wifi Router which is with this Internet Bundle Package is TOTALLY FREE.
I paid aroubd 149 SAR on spot and get the activated data sim with Huawei Mobile Wifi device.
Now, when after almost two months, when i ask them to cancel this SIM as I might be leaving Kingdon on Final Exit, the ZAIN Customer Service tell me a new story that you have already made one year contract with us, in case you want to cancel the line, kindly pay 25 SAR for each month remaining in your yearly contract.
This is totally surprising. They should have tell me each and every thing in detail before getting this package. Now, they are asking for 25 SAR for each month for the sake of nothing if i cancel the package from now.
The all I can say...very bad billing of Zain...very bad experience.

Today in the morning my mobile balance was SAR 20 but in the evining Zain mobile sent me a message that your balance is zero. The companay must show me the detail of usage of mobile because I recieved only one internet call during the whole day.

Recent changes in validity
Hi... i want to express my dissatisfaction on the recent changes of ur network... using zain since years now..my name is sudarshana mehta... i have been extremely upset with the recently changed validity of prepaid numbers... where validity was 1 to 2 years its now 1 to 2 months... is this really right? I feel its totally unfair tht every month we actually need to run to a store for recharge... its extremely stressful... then how is prepaid beneficial? U shud clearly just tell everyone to change over to post paid if thts the intention? Seriously a very bad change... its a bother to ur customers... ur services shud b to make life easy for customers not to distress them this way... extremely upset with this change...

Un authorized to register iqama from other internet provider
Last Augus 28,2017 i bougth 10GB mobily imternet voucher from one of the store in batha due to of my weak vission of my eyes i ask the sales man to load the internet boucher and ask me give my iqama and then he ask me to put my finger to his biometric reader he said im not yet registered i told him my sim card is already registered in mobily and moi because i have a car he insisted to read my finger from his biometric suddenly ot appeared to my mobile moi notifying me that im registered to STC and ZAIN im upset how come that im register to this network provider seems my sim card provider is mobily. I complain about that matter i told him that i will let my saudi friend what is the real message notification of moi to my cellphone suddenly they deleted the messages i realy upset i ask them if they authorized to capture my personal profiles they not able to answer. Now im asking for help which saudi agencies can complain of this illegal activities because im pretty sure that this store will use my iqama number and finger for their illegal activities. The store is located at batha close to manila plaza and infront of the mosque.

Zain Postpaid Plan
Good day!
I wanted to avail the 149 Postpaid Plan but they said I was on postpaid plan already after checking my iqama. I bought 300 GB prepaid before on a store, little did I know that they sold me a post paid card and I have to cancel it for me to avail the 149 post paid plan. I cancelled it and paid for 5 SR and they said to return after 4 days. I returned after 6 days but still they couldn't give me another postpaid plan and said I need to return after 2 days. Wtf!? How many days does it take for the cancellation of a plan on zain? 1 week? 2 weeks? 1 month? Or 1 year? I badly need the unlimited plan because the 5GB plan doesn't suffice my needs and it's so slow!

Zain Pre-paid Internet Sim become Postpaid
I bought a Zain Internet Pre-paid from Batha Electron one of retailer in that area last 2 weeks ago. When i check my bank account today I saw that the simcard was postpaid sim and I don't even sign any paper for it.

Deduction of money without my knowledge
I am noticing that even without making any phone calls my balance is being deducted for which I am not aware of from whom or where. Just 2 weeks ago I noticed that my balance is 0.00 Saudi Riyals. I then recharged my Zain calling sim with 10.00 Saudi Riyals just a week ago. Today I just happened to check my balance and it shows just 2. 50 Saudi Riyals. I did not make any calls within this period of time that would have cost me 7.50 Saudi Riyals. I checked my Google account from which I bill my paid application through Zain. I checked the order history from play store but I didn't see anything abnormal. Netflix was the last I had made a free purchase and I canceled the free purchase.
I do not have any idea how my money is being deducted.
Please let me know how this is happening.

My iqama number is 2407388251 and im using zain network for calling zim. Too much advertised i recieved in my message with charges so that everytime i recharge my calling zim, the balance is authomatically lost.
Please removed all advertisement with charges.
Hope u will solve my problem.

i subscribed to 1 year contract internet service(zain) with 149 monthy dues of 149 SAR which is a waste of money. can you please fIX THIS.
can i request for a disconnection? i will end my 1 year contract on december. can i request for disconnection ? is there a penalty for that ?

call barring
I have a problem with my zain sim...when i try to make an outgoing call it keeps on saying that the call barring is active when i did not activated it and tried also the solution provided by zain in the net.(instructions)..but still i cannot make a call outside ...how will i fix this .please fix it.
